      I purchased a Groupon on 11/23 for 3 massages. When I called to book my first massage, they said they werent booking Groupon massages until 2/19. The Groupon expired in March. I didnt have enough time to book 3 massages. I put in for a refund and Groupon would only give credit and wouldnt refund my card. I wont be using them anymore. To top it off, they refunded both of my sisters cards for the exact same situation, but wouldnt refund me.

      I purchased a Groupon for a bowling game at Main Event. According to the description provided by Groupon, the coupon could be used for bowling games. However, when I attempted to use it, the store manager informed me that the coupon could not be applied to bowling games. Despite this clear discrepancy, Groupon is refusing to refund my money. I have been in contact with them for over a week, but they continue to deny my refund request.

      Have never been so frustrated by the sheer incompetence and indifference of such a large organization before. When you have an issue with them (not if, its inevitable if you use them more than once) customer service is available only via web chat which I believe to be based out of **********. They have no clue how to resolve even the simplest of issues - theyre are however profusely apologetic as the sign off from your chat session with a promise to refer your claim to the escalations department who will reach out at once to resolve your issue. Three months later, absolutely zero progress towards resolution and they FOUGHT MY BANK DISPUTE, blatantly lying in order to do so.

      Bought a ticket to Christmas in Color and the code wont work, tried multiple times. Did chat with Groupon, couldnt fix issue, said could take 7 days to escalate. Too late to use for date I needed. Will not issue refund . Poor customer service, will never use again and will post reviews everywhere I can find .

      Groupon is a total ripoff. They deducted funds 2X for a service I only ordered/received once. I got the service on Nov. 15th but was charged again on Nov. 18th. Am email dated Nov. 19th indicated "an item is in checkout", but the cart is empty. Customer support is non existent. The website only offers a chat, which is a 3rd party. They send a link to ************** who charges $62.00 to assist with your issue. I quickly declined and only received a refund of $61.00. What kind of scam is this !?!?

      I purchased a parking space at a garage in *** via Groupon. When I tried to use the voucher, it was not available. I checked my credit card activity and confirmed the charge to my card. I contacted Groupon **************** via email and they gave me the run-around referencing the fine print and refused to refund the charge. Groupon is a scam. Buyers beware.

      I purchased a 6 hour "Cozy Maid" Groupon. Cleaner (******** *.) only stayed for 4, didn't even bring a vacuum, and left half the house untouched. I had to redo everything she did the next day. They and Groupon are a total scam! You can't reach either for any help. Cozy Maids claims to be "Satisfaction Guaranteed", but the only person you can contact is the cleaner who ripped you off in the 1st place. There is no way to reach Groupon for a refund. They have a "chat" link where they send you to a link for your credit card entry which they said in the chat was for a $1 refundable charge, but the fine print says you are signing up for a $55 service.

      I ordered a movie ticket through groupon but when I went to redeem, the pdf file was broken and the link was broken in the app. Groupon refused to refund me so I disputed the charge with my credit card provider but groupon pushed back and reversed my dispute charge. Using groupon is too risky and not worth it.

      Groupon is a scam in regards to helping you with a merchant or giving your $ back. All Ive gotten is a run around. The story each time I call is that my complaint has been escalated and I will receive an email when there are any updates.

      Information is not accurate. My Groupon said it included certain items that I did not receive. I am no longer a Groupon customer because of it. I am alset with the lies and miss guided information. I'm so disappointed with their customer service system. They don't even have a phone number to call. By email The associate completely blew me off and disregarded my concerns with a cookie cutter response. Furious with Groupon. Never again.
