      Have been a customer for many years. I still had many *********************** with the money paid with that was still available to be used. They close my account and erased all of my information with no notice. I have tried to contact customer service and support many many times to no avail. I believe they owe me money and I hope that no one else falls for this company anymore.

      URGENT PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY THRU GROUPON:::: They are committing FRAUD!!!!I Have been a customer of ********************** for almost 15 years!!! They stole from me and still owe me for $143 of Groupon Bucks!I recently placed an order thru Groupon...Without explanation, they cancelled my order and closed my account. Over the last almost 3 weeks I have been trying to find out what happened and how to fix. After multiple emails from Groupon of the "support team" asking for the same information from me, they decided to just close my account. Never again - They need to be held accountable!

      I purchased a Groupon for ***** club. No where on info does it say new members only until AFTER you purchase it. Then there is new info that says not for renewals.

      I purchased a groupon a few weeks ago. I entered a coupon code that Groupon was promoting on their site. It took the coupon percentage off at purchase. When I hit submit it said I was charged the full price. Three of my kids had the same experience. When you call customer service they tell you they can't add a promo code after a purchase. After arguing with them over phone, email and chat with no help, I had to dispute it with my credit card. Today I purchased another Groupon with a coupon code with the same results. It's just very unethical. I had screen shots showing the total amount they were going to charge. I find it hard to believe they can tell you the total charge and then change it after purchase.

      I will never do business with Groupon again! Bought a coupon and they charged me twice! Then, after many emails, it says in my account that they refunded my coupon without my permission, but the funds are still not back into my checking account yet, and this has been since 4 days ago!

      I purchased ************* tickets through Groupon for ******************. The ticket heading says Seaworld/******************. ****************** will not accept the tickets and Groupon is not assisting. I want a refund or my ticket to be properly allocated to ***** Gardens for use. This is false advertisement Please assist.

      My account Was hacked by hackers. I contacted them through live chat since they dont have a number I can call them at and the Groupon rep on the live chat asked me for my PayPal information which I found odd so I told them Im not comfortable with that (especially since Im contacting them because Ive just been hacked) and they never responded back to me. They left me on read for atleast 30 minutes with no answer I kept writing in the chat and no answer. Honestly so shocked this even happened in a big company like Groupon but there goes my account, my information and the 200$ vouchers I had ready to use in my account. SO FRUSTRATING!!

      I ordered a suitcase through Groupon from *** Deals. My item never arrived. And no one has refunded my money yet. I keep hearing promises of escalation and resolution via email. However that has not happened, and they refuse to provide me with any information regarding what the plan is for resolving my issue other than we will email you in a week. UNACCEPTABLE!

      My furniture was cut wrong, so I cannot assemble. Groupon refuses return or refund. I have live chat and emailed several times. No response, no action. No return label. No refund. Terrible *****************

      If i could give zero stars i would horrible, horrible company. Buyer Beware I bought some items they said they were returnable but I would have to hear from merchant. ******** replied to one item never got the return label I chatted with them at least seven times, heard from a supervisor. Left a review with ****** customer now they won't respond. You will be sorry if you purchase something from them.
