      I will never do business with Groupon ever again. Its been over a week since I received the camera. I have put in the claim. I cant speak with anyone. Every time I chat with someone, they tell me its been escalated. All I want is my money back. When I get someone they tell me its been escalated to our good team and that theyre reaching out to the vendor. The vendor has yet to send out the item, so basically, they can keep your money and not respond, and you lose out on everything a bunch of BS. I wont stop until I get my $180 back and more.

      Obviously, it's my fault, but I learned that Groupon does not mean coupon, nor good deal. You have to make sure you check the merchant's site. Groupon will apparently not hesitate to upcharge you based on our assumptions that if it's on Groupon, it's a good price. That is not always the case.

      I made a purchase and I reached out to the company via chat to get my funds returned. The person introduced him or herself and got no response after I voiced my concerned. I encourage anyone to never never use groupon.

      I will NEVER make a future purchase with Groupon. I Sent all the information they requested 7 TIMES and was told they will monitor the transaction. The vendor was a scam and Groupon did NOTHING to resolve the problem. They let these scam artists post on there site and they guarantee your purchase is protected. They protect the scammers NOT YOU! I Sent 7 emails to Groupon over 2 weeks and was told they would look into it. They did nothing. I disputed the charge and still had to pay. They only protect the scammers. BEWARE!!!!!!

      No phone contact. Only ridiculous email with automated responses. Every time you send an email, they respond like its the first time they've heard of your issue. Tried to purchase a one day pass to visit city attractions. 1st purchase - card rejected, 2nd purchase on a new card and different groupon account - rejected. 3rd purchase - went thru, but got an error trying to open the deal to get the pass. It was a single day pass in a location **** miles from our home. That same day, i Was promised a full refund on all ****but never got it. Fought to get refunded for over 2 weeks. ...was given 1 refund on my CC and groupon bucks for one other. Fine, but what about the 3rd purchase we never used!? First they told me it never went thru...despite 3 charges on my account. I contacted them again to fight to get the refund originally promised and instead of a refund, they gave me more groupon bucks. So I have $220 in groupon bucks I dont want to use. Spent $330 total, but 1/3rd of that was purchased because the site rejected my payment. They are a horrible company and after spending upwards of 10k over the last few years, I am done. I will never use them again. They just want money, horrible... automated ...uncaring customer service. Shame on this company for not training their employees to do the research when theres an issue.

      My Groupon account was (deactivated) with no warning claiming suspicious activity was the reason but never notified me. I have had that account for years and purchased trips and other tickets through them over the years. I only have one email account affiliated with that account and never changed anything. I have $2,398.00 in Groupon bucks as they wont refund me after the trip fell through. I went ahead and booked the same trip outside of Groupon with plans of using my Groupon bucks for my next trip. I hadnt used my account for any trips since February of 2022 but been logging in to see if they have any good trips that I could use the Groupon bucks on. Thats when I tried logging in I got a notice that my account doesnt exist .I contacted Groupon via chat and email numerous time,Ive verified the charges they requested and sent screenshots and supporting documents from my email and was asked to verify payment method I had used, which I did every time I chat with an agent, very frustrating to say the least. When they ask for the details of my last purchase and I provide they still say they cant activate and will escalate it. Ive talked to over 10 agents in chats and emails because no phone option anymore. Its ridiculous and enraging. I need help reactivating my Groupon account and get my GROUPON BUCKS BACK!!

      They have NO phone service. You can only chat or email them. Once you email them they will respond and will ask for some more information (no matter how much you originally give them. There in lies the major problem. When you respond you will get a reply of "This is an automated reply. The email address you attempted to use is no longer active. But we're here to help! " and it sends you back to where you originally sent the email and you have to start all over again.My account was hacked and Groupon closed it with a credit still in my account for a restaurant that went out of business.. I have been fighting since October 2022 to get the money back. I don't care about the "Groupon Bucks" I used. I just want the amount charged on my credit card refunded.I have supplied them with everything including a copy of the statement with the original charge. Now they want to know the OLD expiration date on my credit card even though the new card has the same, name and number. BEWARE!!!!!

      They refuse to exchange an item that I purchased. I dont want a refund I simply ent to exchange it for a size larger. At first they told me it was over their 30 day refund/exchange policy. I tried to explain to them that I shopped early in late sept for a Christmas present so Id get it in time. They kept saying theyre sorry but cld not help me! I e been trying since after Christmas to get this exchanged! NOW, I contacted them again saying I want to EXCHANGE this item & NOT a refund. They replied with, First of all we dont have an exchange policy so this case is out of our hand. Oh, I thought they DID have an exchange now all of a sudden they dont, which is it?? So apparently if u order the wrong thing or wrong size ur just stuck with it. I myself will NEVER order from this RIP OFF company ever again!

      Groupon has no phone or live chat support.They have a return policy, but it doesn't work. You do exactly what the return policy ask for but you will be spinning your wheels. There is no way that an item can be returned. And with no phone or live chat support you are stuck in the mud. So, if you order clothing that doesn't fit, be ready to give it to Good Will. I only give Groupon a one star, because that is the lowest star rating you can give. Otherwise, I would give it a zero-star rating.

      They advertise tickets they don't have. Twice I tried to buy tickets for a concert both times the order appears to process and then the next day I get an email saying there was a payment problem and I should try the purchase again. I did this twice. Same email. Finally I do their online chat and they say they have no tickets to fulfill my request. Yet this add has been posted on their site for 3 days now, and as I write this, after they told me there is no tickets, it is still posted on their site actively taking orders. Isn't this some sort of fraud? Deceptive business practices for sure.
