      I went to purchase a Groupon for bowling, the first time I tried to submit the order they said my card info was wrong. So I did it a second time and it went through. Days later when I got the reminder email I realized there was two separate emails in the thread. After checking my bank statement they actually charged me TWICE! I reached out to Groupon on 4 separate occasions to get one refunded because they double changed me. And because they dont do refunds they said there was nothing they can do. Which makes no sense to me because the double changed me! Tried giving me a $10 voucher to use for their site for the inconvenience thats the equivalent of a boss giving you a good job pizza party which is like a slap to the face. The company is a joke and will lie and clearly steal from you so dont waste your time.

      GROUPON has become a SCAM, a big, big SCAM. It didnt use to be so.I discovered, NOT before, but after, I completed my purchase, that I was charged in excess of $25 for Shipping on an Order < $75.00. I emailed GROUPON Customer Support ************************************* immediately writing that I wanted the order CANCELLED right away and immediately. But up till now, however, the order has NOT been cancelled. The items have now all arrived individually and will now cost me more, a lot more, to return than just keep them.This is unacceptable because if I had seen or known the shipping fees, I would not have completed the purchase. The shipping fees were obscured, and I think intentionally. This was deceitful. Truly, Truly deceitful. Paying with PAYPAL in GROUPON is a SCAM. ------------------------------------------------------------------When one chooses PAYPAL as a payment-method on authentic and honest websites, PAYPAL sends you back to the ordering site to either Complete or NOT-Complete your order. GROUPON does not give the purchaser that option. Rather, GROUPON immediately submits the order without the purchaser's review and approval. If one has multiple payment methods in their PAYPAL account, PAYPAL gives the one owner the option to choose or select the payment method from their available options. This is not the case when ordering in GROUPON and choosing to pay using PAYPAL. This is truly a SCAM in GROUPON and it ought not to be allowed.

      I paid 36 for a Groupon. It did not work. They will not give me a refund. Beware all sales final. Everything they sell is junk.

      I posted a business ad hence been contacting Groupon to have it removed and they will not. No one has responded to the emails and they keep refreshing the ad . Groupon I am and will not honor any of your deals. Period!

      I recently purchased a parking pass from Groupon for the airport from a Parkwhiz parking lot when I showed up to park the lot was empty could not park there and no shuttle buses available to the airport Ive contacted Parkwhiz several times and Groupon and ask for a refund for the unused pass and both companies have been running me around since 25 April.

      As a new business owner, I started selling on Groupon to help build more clients. I worked on a client on May 5, 2023, for a 60-minute voucher for $60.00 is what the voucher said, but I only got paid today May 8, 2023, for .24 cents. I have the receipts to prove it. I highly recommend avoiding this company as a business owner I'm highly disappointed.

      *********** laser treatment in corona del Mar, customer service zero, the owner/operator bita ,when I arrived they had me sign in sheet quickly she took me in the room started the treatment right away without any consultation she was out of bed cover paper did not try to bring a new one in, I complained to her that she missed areas all over my treated area she ignored me pretend she did it than said you let me know next time , I told her I still feel the stubles on my legs my bikini and see hair every where I kept on calling and texting to go back for redo They told me to wait 2 more weeks than when i called in 2 weeks. They didn't respond and she never came on the phone to resolve the matter with me i asked for her on the phone, she kept on dodging me , she said flat out I am not refunding through her receptionist... by the time receptionist said u want to come for a redo ,i didn't want to go there anymore... nd I got my money waisted ,with an unprofessional woman..

      This company has the worst customer service. Their message indicates that a live chat is available. There isnt. This company also states you will receive a call back for issues in 24-hours. Ive waited longer than that and still have not been contacted. I tried reaching out to the corporate office but the number is inactive. Essentially, the company took my money for a coupon for an oil change ($60) but I never received the coupon or receipt. Now, they have my money but I cant reach anyone to resolve this issue. Buyers beware.

      I purchased two Groupons for an ******************, one of which I gifted. However I had to return both of them due to the expiration date as we would be unable to use them before this time. However when trying to return the gifted Groupon, it stated it had already been redeemed, which it had not been by the person I sent the gift to. I contacted customer support and they told me to reach out to the merchant to confirm that the groupon had not been used under my name or the person it was gifted to. The merchant confirmed that someone else had used my Groupon and had somehow stole my code; they could not provide me information on this person however they did clarify that someone else received credit for my purchase. I provided this information to Groupon as the representative stated once I had written confirmation he would process my refund. Then the representative stopped answering me once I provided him with this information. I opened a new live chat with another representative, who then stated I had to wait for confirmation AGAIN on their end from the merchant. This all took a total of 3.5 hours to discuss as they were not remorseful for having me spend all this time trying to prove that someone else redeemed MY code. Even once resolved, Groupon stated they will only give me credit towards their site. I do not even want to use Groupon any longer due to this issue and not feeling secure that my purchases are MINE, that cannot be stolen by others. Either that or Groupon is administering multiple of the same codes to their users. I am entirely dissatisfied with their customer service as well as their lack of remorse for an issue I find to be quite serious. Someone stole my voucher!!!!! And they are requiring me to prove this? They should be able to look at the voucher link and see who it was redeemed by, which was NOT me, the purchaser. This is a serious issue and they should be ashamed of themselves as a company.
