      Groupon is a scam! I have been trying unsuccessfully to get my refund for years, to no avail! Their customer service is terrible and doesnt even seem to exist! Ive tried to call Groupon as well, to no avail or help in any way! They keep sending me emails requesting more and more information which was already provided to them. The merchants that offer these Groupon discount sometimes are already closed for business permanently, they wont honor the Groupon, unable to contact them at all, dont honor any appointments, etc. Groupon has terrible business ethics! Its no wonder theyre laying off thousands of employees. Be very wary if you want to purchase what seems to be a great deal! Very unhappy customer!

      I wanted to use the ** **** 5-day voucher from June 2nd while traveling with my family in Chicago. On the morning of June 2, I purchased two adult tickets and two child tickets on the Groupon site. One adult ticket was immediately approved and registered for use, and the remaining tickets were not purchased due to credit card problems, so I registered another debit card and purchased it. Regarding the request to cancel the deal, which is "processing" due to a credit card problem, a cancellation email was received in about an hour. However, among the deals purchased with Debit cards, one child was immediately approved and registered for use, and the remaining one adult and one child appeared as "processing" for more than an hour, and no further progress was made. When the deal purchased with a credit card was in the middle of "processing," I knew it could be canceled, so I asked to cancel the remaining processing deal, and purchased a voucher for one adult and one child again with a different ID. The credit card deal, which requested cancellation of the purchase in the process of changing the card due to the rejection of the card approval, was canceled immediately within an hour. But for debit card deals that are 'processing' for hours due to their system error, they drag on time deliberately to process the deal, and they say they can't give a refund because it's a 'fianl deal'. This is a clear compulsory sale to customers. I didn't change my mind after a long time after purchasing normally. On the day of purchase, I even repurchased it from same seller with a different ID on the Gruppon site to solve the problem that cannot be used due to abnormalities in the Gruppon system, but later proceeding with payment and not refunding it is an immoral forced sale. I want to get a refund for two deas order right away.

      It’s awful I am merchant and I specifically said the lowest I would go for my service so I’m the beginning it was that price but i kept giving people lower prices it went from $197 to $111 taking half when they said only 30% as a merchant it is the worst deal and the fact I never agreed to a lower price made it awful

      Groupon is a complete ripoff. I purchased a hotel stay for Las Vegas. Unfortunately my sister passed away two days before my trip. I was not able to reschedule or get a refund because I was within the non-refund time schedule. Well Groupon I’m sorry my sister death wasn’t on your schedule. I will never use Groupon again. My first and last time

      Groupon took money &112 off my card without my permission. When I contacted them they basically told me I did it and I couldn’t have my money back. I explained to them I didn’t I was working at the time the only reason I knew was because my account overdraft and sent a warning message to my phone. I even sent them a message from the merchant who i contacted myself and she stated that she had cancer Groupon. They offered to give me Groupon bucks I don’t want that I need my hard worked for money back. Groupon is a scam now this has happened to several people unauthorized charges. They need to be stop immediately

      I purchased a Groupon for two acupuncture sessions with McClure Acupuncture located on 23185 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH,44070. On April 20th, 23, I used the first vouched and scheduled the next appointment for the following week. The doctor redeemed both vouchers at the first appointment. I did not make it for the second appointment, nor did I call thinking that my second visit was prepaid and there is no need to do anything. McClure called me and said that I owe him $75 for no show no call. I told him he can keep the voucher that he redeemed, and we are even. He said, NO. I owe him the fees. Then, I said he will need to give me back the voucher and I will pay the fees. None of that happened. I was back and forth with him and Groupon. None of my request were fulfilled. Groupon gave me back $23, which is far from the full price of $76 I paid for the voucher. I ended up paying the &75 fees because I did not want to go to collection, and I really wanted to stop this nonsense. I am more than disappointed with the type of business McClure is doing and Groupon too. I wanted to choose no star !

      Groupon is a sham, save your money. My family and I used one of their Groupons to attend a bowling event. We used coupon as described but when we arrived at the location the vendor refused to accept the coupon. When I asked Groupon for our money back they are refusing to refund the money. There is no corporate office to contact. All responses are online with individuals in another country. Groupon is a scam.

      I booked a hotel through Groupon, but my reservation was not sent to the hotel. After I asked Groupon to cancel the reservation since the reservation was not sent to the hotel, I was told the reservation can't be canceled because they sent it to the hotel when I tried to cancel this order. Will never buy anything with Group again.

      I paid $159 for a hotel reservation to Groupon. Got to the hotel, the hotel did not have the reservation. I contacted Groupon, they said they had it on their end. The hotel spoke to Groupon directly and told them they did not have it and would not allow me a room unless they received payment. Groupon continued to say it was reserved. I had to go to a different hotel and pay $185 for the night. I have talked to multiple customer support reps the best they could do was give me Groupon bucks. They would not refund my money. Completely disgusted with this company!!!

      Purchased a $25 gift card through Groupon. When I went to use the gift card the gift card number and pin, neither worked. I wasted over an hour of trying to either be reimbursed or be issued a usable gift card number and pin. The person I messaged with ********************, was highly incompetent and kept reasking the same questions. I provided the date of purchase, authorization number, the last four of the cc used and she ended up telling me the purchase is not within 12 months and I needed to chat through the app. I asked how using the app would be any different and she said since it is a guest account, they don't have any of my information. I purchased the gift card with the same account I have always made Groupon purchases through. Their customer service is absolutely worthless and this is the last purchase I will be making with Groupon. I feel they not only owe me for the amount I paid for my gift card, but for wasting my time!
