      I cancelled my Groupon select subscription and Groupon continued to charge me. I shared screenshots of my chat convo requesting the cancellation 2 month prior. They wont refund me although they did not have permission to continue charging me. Now theyre ignoring me.

      I purchased vouchers on the site. Went to use then and wasn't able to use them due to "the fine print". I immediately asked for a refund. I checked on the refund status and noticed only one of the two vouchers was refunded. After reaching out again again I was told tough luck, it's easy 3 days... this is a predatory site.

      Horrible! I accidently purchased a gift card not realizing that the restaurant is no way near me and they would not refund my money back. Worthless customer service and I still never got my money back.

      GROUPON:BACKGROUND:On 7/13/2024 I viewed WOLFLODGE Groupon specials and wanted to book it for 7/22/2024 and 7/23/2024.The booking that went through was not for the amount that I selected and agreed upon. The amount was changed to a much higher amount that I was not agreeing to, when it populated.I have tried to work with Groupon to cancel/change this reservation, and got a run around.The chat feature on 7/13/2024 was not responding I made several attempts to communicate and bring this to their attention.The next day I tried to reach them again through chat and was not able to chat so I emailed them- this was one day after the reservation information came back with the charge amount that I did not choose nor was not willing to pay.Much communication later with WOLFLODGE, and they couldn't help and couldn't refund me since they have not received the funds from GROUPON yet and communication with GROUPON which stated my cancellation request came in late ( one day) so they wouldn't refund ******************************* IL ****** I am asking for a refund of $******.I communicated with Alph L and ******************** at GROUPON 1. **** Lodge was more than willing to work with me, but they couldn't because they have not received the money that Groupon was holding.2. Groupon stated that ************** wouldn't credit me, at the point that they still have not communicated with them.3. Groupon did not communicate with **** Lodge, they never responded to me, whom and when they communicated with Wolf Lodge.I have communicated with GROUPON many times and got same response. Please see below some of the conversations.I need help in receiving credit of $****** Thank you.*****

      Buyer beware! They canceled my purchase without reaching out to me. When I asked why they did that I was told that the tickets I purchased were sold out. If they were sold out why did you sell them to me? I contacted the venue and they were in fact not sold out. These tickets were for an event for my son's 13th birthday and due to the fact that I'm having to wait 7 days for the refund to occur I am unable to repurchase the tickets. Had they reached out to me and offered to refund with Groupon bucks which are available immediately I would have been able to salvage my sons birthday party. In response to my complaint they said they could offer me $5 to make things better, that's just insulting.

      I recently purchased a Groupon coupon that turned out to be misleading. The advertised offer wasn't what they actually provided. After contacting Groupon customer service, they agreed to a refund. However, the process took a concerning turn.Groupon forwarded me to a chat for "verification" purposes. Later, I discovered this chat was actually on **************, a separate website. During this chat, I was asked to "verify" my card used for the purchase. Unbeknownst to me, this "verification" turned out to be a $1 registration fee for **************. Even more alarming, it immediately triggered a recurring $46 monthly subscription on my card!I contacted ************** directly. After being hung up on twice and denied access to supervisors, I managed to explain the situation. They acknowledged the lack of transparency about a subscription during "card verification." Additionally, I pointed out the violation of "double opt-in" laws in the **, which require two communication channels (email, SMS, etc.) for subscribing. Fortunately, ************** promptly refunded my $46.However, this experience raises a bigger concern. The way Groupon directed me to **************, and the hidden "verification" process strongly suggests a potential scheme to mislead customers into unwanted subscriptions. It took me a frustrating four hours to fight for the $64 they attempted to trick me out of. Currently, Groupon hasn't issued the promised refund, and contacting supervisors there seems impossible.This situation requires thorough investigation of both Groupon and **************'s practices.

      I bought a massage and have been unable to use it. I want to exchange it for something else but I cant find that option anywhere. No option to even have a live chat, absolutely no way to reach customer service. I just lost $65 and thought I was saving money using Groupon, wont make that mistake again!

      I ordered a family group discount on Groupon for Mesquite on July 9, 2024. For the dates 9/24 for a gift for my daughter. I was charged $60 on my debt bank card. But the proof of purchase was never place on my account for proof. And I could never dispute. I emailed to complain, since I had to pay for the Rodeo tickets twice. The ticket number they assigned #******** andq #******** but states you have to access support in app. But it doesn't allow you if the purchase is not there in the account. Please help me get my refund.

      I purchased the voucher that could not be delivered to me. Was back and forth with customer service for a month, only to learn that they took this long to not refund me my money: We're responding to let you know that unfortunately, the "Cooling off period" during which refunds can be processed has passed. We understand this may not be the news you were hoping for, but according to the terms of the deal you purchased, we're unable to process a refund or accept a return at this time. what a scam!!!!
