      I put my search in for ******* and purchased universal studio tickets and they sold me California universal tickets then refused to refund my money. They said the park had held the spot for me which is why they cant refund it but it is an amusement park not a concert or something where a spot needs to be held. The I bought tickets from direct universal website and there was not a price difference. They are a scam and should be investigated.

      Im visiting ******* for the weekend with my girl friend. We purchased tickets for the ******* Atlanta ****** wheel through Groupon. Two tickets for $30. I received the confirmation/voucher code but when we got to the destination they wanted to see the actual voucher so they could redeem it. I went into my account but it wasnt populating. It was as if I never purchased it and its still not showing in my account but I was charged and received an email confirmation. I had to purchase tickets at the place which is fine but I shouldnt be charged twice. There is no place on the website to speak with customer service. Ive tried calling and tried finding a live chat to speak with a representative but its impossible. I dont want a credit I want to receive my money back because I could not use their service after purchasing it. This seems fraudulent to me. Please help and to those reading this be aware of how difficult issues are to resolve with Groupon if things dont go correctly. I can provide my order # but if anyone can look into this for me.

      I have purchased the lifetime Photoshop license from ********************** that is not valid at ***** portal. This is considered to be a fraudulent sale. When I was trying to cancel my Order though Groupon, I was offered to cancel it with only one option: cancel to Groupon bulk. There is not customer service to address it over the phone line.

      We bought a Groupon to visit a theme park for our daughter's birthday. To say that our daughter is super excited to visit and spend her birthday at a park is an overstatement. We bought the Groupon on August 19th and it explicitly says that it is valid for 180 days from the purchase date. We are less than a week away from our trip and well within our 180 days of purchase and the Groupon is set to expire the day before our trip. We have tried to reach out to Groupon customer service and they are unwilling to help us with this problem. They say that they can't do anything and they won't give us a refund or issue us a new voucher. This is completely unacceptable and false advertisement on behalf of Groupon and they seem to be fine taking our money and not finding a solution. Horrible experience!

      I have had the WORST customer experience service with this company. So much so that I am beyond seeking any kind of resolution with them, I just dont believe it is possible. If you lose money with them, go fight the charges with your bank! Do not go into the black hole that is their customer service department.

      I purchased a tiny package through a vendor named Tint ************* Spa through Groupon earlier this year. Since purchasing it I was UNABLE to schedule with vendor. Vendor either didnt answer or would tell me theyre not in the shop they would call me back. Over a dozen calls and I never received a callback. On August 7th somehow my purchase was redeemed while I was at work with zero possible way for me to have been present to redeem it. Immediately when I saw this I reached out to Groupon **************** to report Fraudulent activity. They referred me to resolve with merchant. I tried again, with no response from vendor and reached out to Groupon a second time. I was told to wait for response via email from first complaint. No resolve reached. With my third Groupon reach out, I was able to contact vendor and asked how my purchase was redeemed without my presence and told them I need to have this service scheduled, they assured me that only myself and Groupon have access to my code and no one else has redeemed it. I was told again they werent in office and would call me back. They never did so I escalated it again to Groupon explaining in detail what was happening. It took a whole month for them to respond only to tell me that after their investigation services were received, when the day it showed as redeemed without my presence I reached out to them. There has been zero resolve, zero services received, zero call backs from vendor, and zero help from Groupon customer service for a $170 dollar purchase for services that were not fulfilled. This is beyond frustrating and NOT acceptable.

      I would like to express my complete and total displeasure with Groupon's **************** operations and the deceptive Just Answer ad placement immediately below the link to contact Groupon ***************** I thought I was chatting with Groupon customer service agent and ended up being charged $56 dollars because it turned out to be a Just Answer. I thought perhaps Groupon was using a third party to assist with customer service issues. The deceptive ad placement is extremely unethical...shame on you Groupon!

      My fault is I have bought something from groupon at all.Bought a fishing tour via groupon. Contacted provider and booked tour on specific date.after a week I have got call back from provider telling that they have major mechanical issue and are not able to operate any time this year, due to maintenance complexity... So they adviced to contact groupon for refund.I did contacted support team, and created case.. Next day groupon support replied back to me with advice to call merchant and schedule tour. They have "confirmed with merchant that they are operating".I did another round and called fisherman. He was pretty confused, since nobody from groupon has reached to him.I have created another claim, some indian guy sending me nonsence emails last 2 weeks, but i begin feeling I have lost money and wont be able to refund.Groupon selling services, which are not exist in reality and have no responsibility for selling fake service.Scam company, ******************

      Ridiculous company. Can't log in, can't reset password *** times out before I can input, even though I do it immediately), can't contact company by phone, chat, or email. Have wasted too much of my time trying to deal with this consumer disrespectful company.
