      I attempted to purchase a Groupon using Groupon Bucks (which were allowed in this particular transaction). The purchase was repeatedly denied, even though I had adequate Groupon Bucks to cover the purchase in my account. When speaking with customer service, I was not given an answer to this issue. Instead, I was told to use my credit card for the purchase and they would automatically use Groupon Bucks to fund the purchase. I completed the purchase and only my credit card was used. I again reached out to customer service and explained the situation and asked for an immediate refund. I was told that I should have used Groupon Bucks and that they could not refund my purchase. This is gaslighting at its finest. I am in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card.

      Despite relentlessly requesting to be removed from the mailing list, Groupon continues to send me upwards of 7+ emails a DAY. Groupon is 90% of my spam inbox.

      I recently purchased a birthday gift for my daughter on October 6th, was never sent an email with verification. Thankfully I took a screenshot and have an order number. I have tried creating and logging in to Groupon with no luck. I tried contacting customer service with no luck. Website seems to have a glitch. I cannot not email them neither. My daughter has tried to use her voucher via online but they are requiring a code which we don’t have. Cannot view my stuff due to not being able to log in or even get in contact with customer service. I’m very upset ??

      i bought a coupon on groupon that i was unable to use ! they told me the coupon will show up in the my coupons section where i can cancel the transaction which the coupon never even loaded there ! when i got to bowlero i had to pay out of pocket ! i went through every step with the groupon online customer service with picture proof of everything i stated and they still denied giving me my money back ! this site is a true rip off ! i am furious with the lack of professionalism they provide to have such a big name

      Customers should be extremely cautious when purchasing Groupon vouchers for oil change deals, as they will likely find themselves paying full price despite the advertised savings. This is a classic example of false advertising and deceptive practices, which lack any sense of social fairness or justice. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a full synthetic oil change at Monro Auto Service and Tire Center in Mount Holly, expecting to save on my service. However, during my first visit, the manager informed me that the voucher could not be used, and I would have to pay $106 instead. Frustrated, I requested a refund through Groupon, but they declined, claiming that Monro would honor the voucher. Trusting this assurance, I scheduled a second appointment, only to face the same issue again. Monro informed me that the voucher would not be accepted unless I paid an additional $35, bringing the total to over $100—basically, the full price of the service. This entire experience has been a clear example of deceptive advertising and poor business practices from both Monro and Groupon. Groupon sold a voucher that Monro refused to honor, misleading customers into thinking they were getting a deal. Monro’s refusal to accept the voucher despite Groupon’s claims highlights a serious lack of transparency and accountability from both companies. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable, and I urge others to avoid doing business with either company to prevent similar frustrations. Save yourself the hassle and take your money elsewhere.

      I purchased a massage through Groupon. The merchant would not return my calls to schedule an appointment. When I notified Groupon they would not refund my money even though I never got the massage.

      I'm a Groupon merchant and have called several times to have my deal paused because we don't need to offer any discounts right now. I have been constantly ignored by the account manager to pause my deal and you cannot do it yourself. There was a time not to long ago where you could pause or unpause the deal on your merchant page but that's not the case anymore. Because of this treatment from customer service, including groupon, I would like to have my merchant page deleted.

      I purchased a Groupon for cleaning services. I read the Groupon's fine print and the company's webpage. No where did it identify location restriction. A week after purchase and outreach to the company to schedule, they got back to me saying I was out of the area. I attempted to be in touch with Groupon's customer service and had absolutely non luck. There's no number to connect you with a human. After a ****** searches I was able to call, but it's just an automated voicemail directing everyone online. Online there's no live chat. You have to fill out a form. I did once, but had no response. I tried it again, but now the form won't submit and says there is an error, but it won't say what the error is. I've tried multiple times no luck. I've previously ( a couple years ago) had luck with their customer service by calling, but they must have cut the department. I will never use this company again. They are abysmal.

      ******* S.I purchased a Groupon for canvas prints but when I went to redeem the next day and I clicked on redeem now it took me to the page with my redemption code. From there it took me to a page to buy again. I tried several times but the same thing kept happening. I tried contacting Groupon through their virtual assistant but got no answer. I then tried ****** since I purchased through them. I lost my case because Groupon says I received my product and they having a tracking number to prove the item was shipped to me. I dont know how they could ship something that I never ordered I would like to see what pictures they think they sent me and the tracking number. They have my money and I have nothing. If I could rate them a negative star I would. Im out $24.99!!!

      The worst customer service you have to email or instant messaging they said they will get back you. Sometimes they do, if they do they tell you to use the same code that only has 8 # when vendors web site said you need 12#. They should refund your money if the codes don't work. Beware of goupons that have use codes.
