      I purchased a Groupon for Brio Italian Grille in **********, **. The value was for $100.00. I printed the voucher as I always do and it **** a ****** odd as it said Gift Cards which was new to me. I called the restaurant and asked if they take the voucher and they told me that that do. I invited a friend to dinner to thank her for some help she had done for me. We had a lovely dinner and when I handed the voucher to the server he took and then the ********************* comes to the table and tells me they do not accept this and that they have had trouble with Groupon in the past. So I paid for dinner which with tip came to $125.00, I emailed Groupon support and they sent me to a website but when I go to that website they ask for a voucher number and I do not have one. When I go to my account it shows no vouchers in my account. Now I am out of the money that it cost me to purchase the voucher. I have not heard back from Groupon on what to do next. I tried calling them and they have a phone number on the Internet but the message tells you to contact support. I have been purchasing vouchers for many years and this is the first time that I have run into such a miserable situation with them. Plus, I'm out $100.00

      Purchased a bowling voucher for 12 people to use on a Saturday afternoon.. which the company stated could use on sat before 6pm. The bowling alley had tournaments until after 5! And cannot make reservations using a groupon.. first come first serve. You have a little bit of time n other people can make reservations so you could get there for the small ************ not have a lane to bowl. Fraudulent!! Groupon will not refund as it stated final sale, but it is unusable..who wants it on a weeknight with 12 people!!?? *************** I lost over$200 on this. I was going to take my ********* friends for his 16th birthday. Never use them again!

      Fraudulently does not provide refunds of purchases vouchers when the voucher does not load and provide a scannable QR code for the merchant. I purchased this Groupon and received the confirmation email which included a link for the voucher. The voucher would not load. Therefore I had to purchase a ticket directly with the merchant and Groupon is standing by a no refund clause however they have not provided a service. The voucher did not load! Because Im sure they do this all of the time. It is nearly impossible to call or chat with them without being a super sleuth. They are refusing to refund the non working voucher!

      I would of gave it no stars. I purchased concert tickets from Groupon and it was postponed. Now the concert changed performers and they won't refund my money..WARNING don't buy concert tickets from groupon

      In August, I purchased tickets for city cruises for me my son and Mom before I even got a chance to go on the cruise. They snatched the tickets and said that I had went making it no longer available for me to make a plan to go anymore on top of that they charge me $292 And my receipt says $192 was supposed to be the initial payment. They overcharged me and stole my money. I am no longer interested in anything. Groupon has to offer. Im very frustrated and upset that you have a policy for no refunds but you dont say anything about the people who dont receive their goods and dont receive a refund either I would like my money back as soon as possible. Im looking on going forward with this to the business bureau as I have been having problems with Groupon for the last couple of weeks I want this to be resolved, but you guys are giving me a very big issuewith this city cruise place. Its fraudulent.

      I bought a **************** activation key from the site. The key did not work. ********* returned an error to the effect that the key had exceeded its maximum allowed activations when I tried to activate using the **************** key they had sold to me. It other words it had already been activated.The merchant who sold the key on Groupon amirkhan @ ************** refused to issue another key or refund.I contacted Groupon for a refund but they sided with their merchant.I was left with no choice but to file a complaint with my financial institution.Groupon customer service is not helpful at all! No wonder they have an F rating with the BBB.Stay away from Groupon!

      I purchased a groupon for ***** on 10/12/24 for oil change at ******** location. The vavoline center wouldn't take the coupon I purchased because they said it was for CT. I saw the vavoline location in ********, ** and thought it was part of the service area and I was able to purchase. I don't understand why I was allowed to purchase a groupon for an oil change if the groupon was for CT area only. I was also told by the mechanics at the ************************* that five other customers came in with ********************** for delaware area and they were also unable to use the groupon and having to pay the full amount for an oil change. ******** is located throughout the *************. Therefore Groupon should make very clear which state/states this particular groupon is linked to for oil changes. I used groupon before with no problems. This is not the way to keep customers. I looked at a recent ********************** and it stated "Richmond Groupon" very clear that groupon was not for the ******** area. Perhaps they should try the same clear message with vavoline oil so customers in ******** will not purchase a ********************** for an oil change for state of CT ONLY. I am also requesting a refund because the advertising was not clear.

      There service is unbelievably awful. I bought a car wash online. The merchant never called to setup an appointment. I went to cancel the order. Ordered it on the 19th of October and tried to cancel on the 22nd (3 days if I count correctly). I could only correspond on Groupon's site, since they do not have customer service or a customer service phone number. I told me, I could not return it, since it was over 3 days. They connected me to Just Answer and billed me $5.00 for that call. Just Answer contacted me and told me they called me, but we did not answer. I was at both phone numbers and they never called. The I responded to their email and got the old 400 bad gateway. No one to call, no way to rectify it. I am calling my credit card company and stopping payment for not fulfilling the order. If I saved 95 percent on an order, I would still never, never again order via Groupon. It is not worth an hour of my time. For a large supposedly customer oriented firm, it is unbelievable that you cannot speak with a live person.

      I recently purchased something from Groupon tried to get a refund. They didn’t give it to me and one up calling the hotel find out the Groupon took $238 out to $155 and I asked for a refund or store credit and they didn’t give it and they just keep playing with me talking about. Let’s see what we can do. Let’s see what we can do but they not doing anything about the situation.
