      I signed up for voip phone and fax service with Voipo in 2018. They overcharged a couple times before, and I was able to get refunds. However, beginning in June of 2024, they started extending my service without my consent, and continued to do so even after several calls to their customer service asking for refunds. Attached below is PDF list of unauthorized charges to my credit card, with invoice numbers, showing the extensions of service which were not requested or authorized. Each time I manage to get through to their customer support, I'm told my request will be escalated, with no results.

      Starting in May 2025 Voipo started charging us again for our yearly services which was already paid for on January 31st. (see attachment) I have sent multiple emails to the company with no direct response regarding anything but they have multiple tickets to work through. We have waited over 3 months for them to credit or CC back the money the owes us. This is beyond egregious. There is no reason that this should take this long.

      3/6/25 tried purchasing this ************ for 185/2 year plan and didn't receive an immediate response or email once the transaction completed. I reached out to customer service and they indicated that they would refund the purchase because there was a billing error. I tried another transaction because of the billing error and again no receipt or response. I have two tickets in with the *** and they have yet to respond. I think this is a scam company. I choose them because they were on a list that ***** released of the 10 ************ providers. I also tried calling twice and neither time did anyone answer - phone just hung up.I have looked them up on trust pilot and they do not have good reviews.       The company ************************** offers bi-annual service for voice over IP. Over the past 8 months I have found 6 random CC charges of the bi-annual amount. I have been with the company for 4+ years and have never had this difficulty. In the past 6 months I have found that I can no longer contact them via phone nor can they be reached via email on a consistent basis. The first set of three charges were eventually refunded but took 3 months. Now this month I see 3 charges on the same day. This company seems to have billing problems, however I am 6 months into a 24 month service. I don't want to cancel, but for them to stop billing me.

      Voipo, ******** Tx, has now charged my credit card $185 on March 5th, 2025, 2 times., Neither charge was authorized. This is not the first time Voipo has done this. It took me over 3 months to get my money credited to my account, last year. ********************** told me it was a computer glitch, that they would fix. Obviously they didnt. I am not the only one this has happened to. I have read several complaints like mine. Something needs to be done about this issue. At this time my 2 charges are pending.

      I have two phone lines with and both were charged on 3/25/2025 $185 without my consent on a renewals that were months away. One phone I had called in and requested the account not be automatically charged because it was the phone my Mom used and she has passed away last August. ************

      Unauthorized credit card charges. Happened before (9/2024) and now 3 more times in a 24-hour period (3/4-3/5/2025). Company bills them as a "renewal" of services. I had been a customer for years and only recently has their billing ever been a problem Now it's a repeat problem, unauthorized/fraudulent charges to credit card they were told they were not authorized to charge to. They provide no means to remove card information from their system. Calling their phone support results in "busy/please try again" type of message. Online trouble tickets elicit no response.

      I've had a VOIPO account since August of 2013. On 02/13/24 my **************** card was billed $185.00 USD for my yearly subscription fee. However, starting in May of 2024, VOIPO began charging my **************** card $185.00 for 2-year renewals that I never authorized. This was done through end of the year, 2024. There were unauthorized 2-years renewals in August, September, October, November, and December of last year. I never authorized those renewals. Technically, I'm renewed through year 2037... ridiculous!!! I travel a lot for work. I did not catch this in my Amex Bill until November or December at which time I contacted **************** and asked them to put a hold on any future charges from VOIPO. I emailed VOIPO several times with lengthy emails outlining the charges and the history of those charges. I asked for a refund of the $1,100 USD I've been billed.I sent my original email on 12/12/24. I got a reply telling me that the request had been sent to the billing department and that I was in the que. I waited approximately 2 months and sent a follow-up email on 02/11/25. I get a reply telling me that the payment is in que. My ticket number is 'ID *************'. And now, 3 weeks later, not a dime has been credited back to **************** card. It doesn't 3-4 months to credit $1,100 back to my Amex Card. I've called the VOIPO customer service numbers [both ************** an **************]. I never get a customer service representative on the phone. I'll get is music.See the attached screen shot from the VOIPO webpage showing the unauthorized charges. This screen shot was also sent in my email to VOIPO billing.Thank you.*****

      On July 18, 2024 I renewed my 2-year subscription to Voipo service for phone numbers ********** and **********. I also enabled auto renewal billing to my credit card for future renewals. Starting on that date Voipo began randomly charging my credit card for amounts of $370. These changes occurred on the following dates:7/18/2024, 11/15/2024, 12/28/2024, two charges on 1/1/2025, 1/24/2025, 1/25/2025, 1/26/2025.I contacted Voipo through their web service messaging and received an email response on that date informing me that their billing system was malfunctioning and that my case had been referred to their billing department for analysis. It warned me from further messaging or responding to the email as that would push my case to the back of the queue. On March 3, 2025 I reported the fraudulent billing to my credit card provider. I demand an immediate refund of all fraudulent charges amounting to 9x$370= $3330.
