      This is at best an unethical business, at worst a scam. It made unauthorized charges to my credit card and refused to refund the charges.

      Keep charging CC for $185 when no charges are due and will not issue refund.Will not respond to emails or phone calls. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!

      I have had a real bad experience with VOIPO, LLC's business practices and possible fraudulent activities. I subscribed to their service in March-2021 and subsequently cancelled my subscription in Mar-2023. I received a confirmation as well to that effect. However, they charged my Cr Card on file again in Mar-2025. They did it twice. My complaints to refund the money have been responded to by stating that they have had 'invoicing' issues in the system and an assurance that they will refund the money. This has been going on for the past 4 weeks. I have also filed a complaint with my Credit card and they are investigating. How come this company does not have issues in their billing system while charging me but has system issues while refunding? Please be careful in dealing with them.

      I use VOIPO for voice over IP phone service. Recently, I realized that they had charged my credit card 8 times for the annual fee, for a total of $1,480. The annual fee is $185. I immediately notified them of the error. They responded that it was a mistake and their billing department would be informed. After 2 weeks, I had heard nothing and contacted them again, receiving the same answer. It has now been 21 days and I have not received my refund nor have I been contacted by them. Lastly, this happened a few years ago, when they billed me the annual fee 2 months in a row. When I complained, the reversed the error. At this point, it seems likely that this is not a mistake but a plan by VOIPO to rip off their customers.

      Voipo has billed my elderly parents multiple times in the last month. You cannot get anyone on the phone to dispute this. I emailed them to get a resolution and no response. Will have to cancel the credit card to keep from being billed. My parents are on a fixed income!

      I had Voipo service for more than 10 years and although not very reliable I kept it to retain a phone number I had in the 60s. Things changed in 2024 when they started charging my credit card for $185 without my consent. I was able to return the equipment and get my payments refunded on 09/30/2024. Then on 03/05/2025 they charged me twice for $185 ($370) which I tried to resolve by contacting billing, but no reply. Now Im trying to deal with my **** card to get my money back, something that should be simple but not so much. I have to say if I could leave a negative star I would. Please be aware if dealing with this company what hardship you you may incur.

      They incorrectly started billing us our for our full annual fee every month. It was on auto pay, so it got paid. When I notified them, they assured me the refund was being processed. Two months later, I have not received it, nor have I received any update. I have tried to call them on multiple times, and just get put on hold and no one ever answers. I email them and get automated responses. We are a small not for profit.

      Voipo has charged my credit card multiple times without my authorization. I have asked for a refund and they said they would do so but I'm still waiting after 2 months.

      After cancelling service this company has charged us two years in a row. We managed to complain and again cancel service in June of 2024. They did refund the charge. However again this March we were charged again. I tried on numerous occasions to reach them by phone and I am left on hold. They NEVER connected me to an agent. I have disputed this last charge with. my credit card company. The supposed phone service they provide NEVER worked. I agree with previous reviewers that the company is a fraud.

      I pay 2 years in advance. I am on automatic renewal. Four times I have been charged early, without any knowledge of being charged. Once a year ahead of time, this time 5 months early. In the past I was able to get them to reverse the charge right away. I cannot reach them by phone, only online. They admit to the early charge and say that it's a mistake. They say that they are working on reversing the charge, but they have not. It has been 20 days now that I have had this charge on my credit card.
