      On March 5, 2025 I had $185 removed from my bank for services not due for renewal until 2026. I have submitted support tickets, emails, and attempted to call the support line. I have been unable to reach a representative to resolve this issue. This is not the first time this has occurred.

      I received unauthorized charges from this company. This is not the first time. I had 2 x $185 charges in 2024 and now there are 2 this year. They are not answering their phones and haven't replied to emails.

      I have been a Voipo customer since 2011 and discovered a pattern of overbilling, including double billing, early renewals before the prior term expired, and overlapping service periods. Despite previous complaints and Voipos past admission of billing errors, they continue these practices. Total amount paid: $2,172.00 Total overcharges I am disputing: $1,275.00 Disputed Charges: - Double Billing: Feb 4, 2023 Two charges of $185.00 each - Early Renewals: May 11, 2012; Oct 27, 2012; Mar 28, 2013; Oct 31, 2013 $185.00 each - ******************** Aug 31, 2014 $185.00 On March 3, 2025, I emailed Voipo requesting a refund. They have not responded. The next day, Voipo deleted all customer support ticket contents for all customers, including my past billing complaints where they admitted errors. They claim "database corruption," but only ticket contents were removed while subjects remain, raising concerns of evidence destruction. An online search shows many customers report unauthorized early renewals and duplicate billing by Voipo. This appears to be a systemic issue. Desired Resolution: - Full refund of overpayments: $1,773.00 - Explanation of overcharges - Confirmation that future unauthorized charges will not occur I am filing this complaint because Voipo has not responded to my direct refund request and has a pattern of unfair billing practices.

      I was charged for service renewal FIVE MONTHS IN ADVANCE. This is an improper charge. I contacted Voipo about this billing error on 3/5/2025 and again on 3/7/2025, seeking reversal of the charges. Their system issued a ticket #, but they do not respond.

      Not authorized charge to my credit card in the total amount of $1295, in the past 7 moths. Company refunded $555, after 2 month wait, waiting on another $185 that is pending since November. Once again on March 5th, 2025 I was charged three times $185 for service renewal that I did not authorized. I want full refund and compensation of $100 for for wasting my time and accruing interest on credit card.

      Voipo Fraudulent charges:Voipo Ticket ID: ************* My credit card, without my consent or permission, fraudulently charged for automatic renewal of service for $1,110, ($185, 6 times) from July to December 2024 by Voipo phone service. Their support asks to only send email so I have been asking them via emails for refund, several times. Their response via emails was always that they will refund, which they never did. I see that billing ticket is currently still open and the refund request pending processing by our Billing team--I'm very sorry if no update has been provided as of yet. Currently, we do not have an ETA as to when that refund will be processed, but we'll update your ticket now and our Billing team will get this resolved as expeditiously as possible. We've disabled any auto-payment options on the account to ensure this does not reoccur.-----------------------------------------I have not received any refund from Voipo yet. ********* *****, March *******

      We haven't been Voipo customers in years. We have been erroneously charged $185.00 on our credit card on March 6, 2025. This is unauthorized and after reading through other complaints this looks like it's a common practice with Voipo LLC. If this doesn't get resolved promptly we will be taking legal actions against Voipo LLC.

      We have two lines with Voipo ************** and **************. VOIPO has been charging our credit card mutiple charges and when we reported the issue they said they will refund us but they did not. We called and they said they have so many refunds to process and asked to wait. The first charge occuerd 03/07/2024 to this date we have not received any refund. The second line we have with them has also the same mutiple charges occued on 07/08/2024. They charged $185.00 X 7 charges = $1,295.00 + $155.40 Interest = TOTAL ******** We called again and they said that every time we call it will delay our refund. We sent emails but NO *****. NO REFUND UNTIL NOW. WE CANNOT EVEN REMOVE OUR CREDIT CARD FROM THEIR RECORDS TO PREVENT MORE CHANRGES. THEY SAID WE HAVE TO LEAVE THE CARD FOR REFUND THEN THEY KEEP CHARGING THE CARD AGAIN!!voipo DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ANY MORE. THE MESSAGE "DUE TO HEAVY CALL VOLUME WE CANNOT TAKE YOUR CALL"

      On 3/4/25 I was charged for another 2yr contract of services that I did not authorized. My first contract was to be from 11/24 to 11/26 but a week after the original billing I was billed again and after several calls the second charge was refunded. Now less than 4 months later I get charged again for another contract extension from 11/26 to 11/28 which I did not request. Frankly I will never authorize another extension of the original 2yr contract (that expires 11/26) and if I could get a partial refund for it I would drop this carrier like the plague.
