      I cancelled my account 2 years ago and sent back the box and now I got charged $185 for service for this next year and they won't refund my card. Talked to CS and they said they don't see my cancelling service or the box back.

      According to our ticket records, the customer requested cancellation via email in August 2022, not 2021.  Our staff responded with the cancellation instructions on both tickets, but we never received a response, nor did we receive a submission at voipo.com/cancel.  We also never received the leased equipment, because a confirmation email would have been sent once it was scanned by our receiving team.  

      However, since there has been no recent usage from the account and the equipment is a few years old, we will go ahead and waive the equipment return and finalize cancellation now.  A full refund of $185 has been issued.  If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.
