      On March 5 VoIP made 2 unauthorized charges to my credit card renewing my service through 2031. As a senior I have no idea if I will even live that long!! My current service was renewed until 2027. And that is all I agreed to. But these two charges for $185 each were not authorized by me. I tried calling but they have a recording to try later and there is no later. Over a period of 2 weeks there is no one answering the phone. I sent countless emails to their support address and 1 reply email said they were referring this to their billing **** but still no resolution. Other responses simply say they got my email. My credit card company is also trying to reach them.Anything u can do to connect with their billing **** would be appreciated and in the meanwhile my suggestion to the public is to not put a credit card on file with this company. They will use it without your authorization.

      I cancelled my service with them 2 years ago, see the attached screenshot. I noticed a charge pending on my checking account a week ago and emailed them. They said they would look into it and get back to me. The charge went through and I was charged $185 for service I cancelled 2 years ago. They haven't bothered responding since then. If I don't get a refund soon I will take legal action and charge them for legal fees and interest on the money they were not authorized to take.

      After multiple issues with double billing and billing before the renewal date, the service with VOIPO was cancelled and their equipment was returned. Three months after cancelling the service, VOIPO has again charged my account $185.00 for a one year renewal. This was not authorized. I have tried to contact VOIPO by email (no response) and by telephone (they will not answer). I just want them to refund my $185.00.

      The company keeps charging $185 every few months - first they charged till 2024, then ********* and so on. They keep saying its a billing issues. I was harassed by their billing to a point I cancelled their service. They charged me again on March 13th for another $185. They do not pick up their phone and only allow filing a ticket online, They keep responding their billing is bad and continue to charge w/o authorization.Can someone kindly help? They need to not charge customers without authorization and cant' keep charging for future dates like ********* ? Their email responses are cryptic and they don;t take any action.

      Ive been a VOIPO customer for 2 years. My contract renewal is due May 9, 2025. I noticed I was billed the renewal amount on March 5, 2023 for the full amount for two years. I opened a support ticket asking to be reimbursed since I was not notified about renewing for 2 years and it was 2 months ahead of the due date. Then the following day I was charged the same amount TWO MORE TIMES. In total, they have charged my credit card $555 for a service that costs $185 for 2 years! The ticket has been opened for 7 days now without any responses, and I have emailed their support and billing emails without response. Their support phone number indicates they are not receiving calls. Their Live Chat is not working either. I have also contacted my credit card to dispute the charges. I would want them to refund ALL CHARGES as I consider switching providers - they charged me last year a renewal too that they had to refund.Reading from the other complaints it seems they do fraudulent charges frequently.

      Due to questionable billing practices by VOIPO, I would like to port my phone number to another carrier (*******). To do so, I need to provide accurate information that includes my VOIPO account number, a PIN that allows the port and information from my **************** Record (CSR). ********************** has not responded to a support request asking for this information. Additionally, live chat and support / sales phone is not available.After submitting the request, VOIPO generated another invoice for services from 07/16/2030 to 07/15/2032.Thanks.

      Similar to the hundreds of complaints about Voipo that I've seen on BBB, they've overcharged me for a renewal, not once but three times. It happened last year where I was triple charged for a renewal that I didn't authorize. Back then, I asked them to remove my credit card info from their system, which they clearly didn't do since I was just charged again TWICE for a renewal that I didn't authorize. The renewal was supposed to only be $185 and they charged me twice for a total of $370. I put in two tickets with them a week ago and have received no response. Also, nobody answers their phone. If they had a billing issue with their system, it should have been fixed over a year ago. This leads me to believe they might be running a scam to steal money from people by overcharging them and then leave them no recourse to get a refund.

      On 2/25/2025 I requested via ************************** that an account be established to provide me with voip phone service.On that day an account was activated by VOIPO and my credit card was charged $18.The very next day my credit card was again charged $18 On 3/3/2025 I received the hardware from VOIPO necessary to enable phone service from my house.On3/4/2025 I received an email that my number *************) had been ported to VOIPO and was ready for use.Unfortunately the system didnt work. I had a dial tone but couldnt dial out to any number and calls to my ************ went directly to voice mail.On 3/4/2025 I registered my first complaint vis ticket VTP-644-***** on their web site. No response for multiple days with multiple tickets opened on their web site.Decided to switch to OOMA and ordered equipment from Costco.On3/10/2025 my OOMA equipment was delivered and I set up my phone service with ******** using a temporary number they assigned.On the same day I requested that OOMA port my ************ number from VOIPO.On 3/11/2025 OOMA emailed me that the porting request to VOIPO was rejected because it needs a PIN number. I requested the PIN number from ********************** via email and a ticket was opened PNK-940-*****.The same day VOIPO responded via email that they needed my billing address to verify it was me, I sent that and have not had any further response from them in spite of multiple request from myself. It is also impossible to reach anybody via any of their published phone numbers.

      Their system started billing and charging me without my authorization. Sometimes twice in one day. I have created a support ticket and tried to contact this company directly. However I am not getting a response.

      We pay for one year and two year agreements with VOIPo. Get better rates that way. In November 24 we noticed that we were charged for the two year agreement more than once. Contacted them. They said it was an error and they would correct it. This charge has since continued on a monthly basis. We continue to file tickets with the, tried to call them and email. We are not getting any help or responses. When we called again this morning - recording says they are unable to take any calls at this time due to too many calls. Account **********.
