      On March 5th 2025 Voipo charged my credit card 4 times for $185 without permission. I opened a support ticket on the 7th of March with no response, on the 10th of March I sent an email to support asking for status and was told they are aware of the problem and working on refunds. Since that time I have requested updates twice with no more responses. This is the second time this happened, another instance in 2024 with 4 charges not approved.

      I was erroneously billed and charged $185.00 without my consent on 3/4/2025. I requested a refund on 3/7/2025 and have not been refunded. I cannot get anyone to follow through on the phone, chat and email to respond. I have been calling for over two weeks and keep getting ..."Our billing department is experiencing a higher than usual volume of support tickets at this time and our response times are slower than usual. We are working through all tickets and issuing refunds for any billing errors.All billing tickets are being handled in the order they were sent. We appreciate your patience as we work through them.Please do not reply, open additional tickets, or call in about your ticket or it may delay its handling unless it is an emergency. Most of our phone and chat agents do not have access to billing.We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.       Hi, I am ****** ****** *************) with this company more than 15 plus year. Suddenly they have charge my card six times last year 2024 without my concern, and finally I've get back refund this Jan 2025. And again they have charge six times $****** dollar on March 4th, 2025 (******) and March 5, 2025 (5x******). According to my contact I am not due till October 19, 2025 if I want to continue to renew my service with them. I've create 2 ticket about this issue and no respond back. Now I am asking your help to get total (6x******= $1110) back to my card from them. Please let me know via phone call or send me a letter about it asap. Thanks.

      I stopped doing business with VoIPo in 2024 and returned the equipment. I got a confirmation email that they received the returned equipment. Just saw an unauthorized charge on March 6th for $185 and again on March 13th for another $185. So now all I need is a refund on my card of the $370. I have called and am told they are NOT taking calls. I have sent many emails with no response.

      Just like other complaints here, I cancelled my account before due date of next billing and now have been charged 2 times for 4 years of service.Charged on March 4 and March 13 after cancelling on Feb 24 with cancellation of phone adapter device returned and received on March 3rd. Charges $185 x 2 = $370

      I have communicated with my credit card company once again. They have had no response to their communication with Voipo. A refund apparently was initiated on 4-2-25, but is still pending as of today, 4-15-25. The funds for the refund have yet to be received. The matter is still an open dispute.

      Please contact your banking organization as to the funds of the refund and expedite the refund. 

      May I also remind you that I was not a customer at the time of these charges, why am i being so inconvenienced. 

       

      hout my permission. I have never had any auto-pay service active with them, in fact, I specifically opted out of auto-pay. Finally, after much frustration, three of the charges were refunded to my credit card and the remainder refunded by physical check. After this event, I specifically directed them to cancel any kind of auto-pay and delete my billing information, and any further charges, if any in the future, would need to be specifically paid for with my approval.

      Subsequently, after cancelling my service, my online account being deactivated, and my phone number that was in their service confirmed as transferred to another service provider, Voipo specifically charged my credit card for $555. I have no business with them, other than a potential refund, and they had no permission to charge me anything.

      I attempted to contact them by phone, met with all reps being busy, online chat, met with the chat being offline, and email, responded by a blanket billing error statement.

      I have sent several messages to VOIPo support to find out why thy charged my credit card and instructing them to delete my credit card information,They have not answered.

      On 2025-03-05 I was billed $185.00 but my service is not yet up for renewal. I've tried calling them but get a recorded message about them not being available and the line gets disconnected. I've reached out online and created support tickets but have yet to get VoIPo to correct their mistake. I'm looking for a refund and to cancel my service but have no way to achieve this.

      I have been a customer of ********************** since 2015. Prior to 3-4-2025, my service was paid up through 2-28-2028. THREE unauthorized charges have now been added to my credit card account, each for $185, each with a transaction date of 3-4-25 and a posting date of 3-5-25. I have never arranged for automatic billing with this company. I have opened a support ticket regarding this issue on 3-11-25, requesting that they immediately credit these unauthorized charges, with no reply as of 3-17-25. This is not the first time that they have done this to me. As this practice has been going on for some time now, both with me and as evidenced by numerous similar complaints posted by others, I am suspicious that the practice is fraudulent and not an "accounting error' as VOIPO contends.

      I am beginning the second year of a two-year contract which was paid for in 2024. However, my bank account has been charged by VOIPo for an additional $370 in addition to the original $185 fee since the original subscription was paid. I have requested refunds multiple times but have yet to receive a refund. They do not answer phone calls but rather make it difficult to reach a real person to resolve billing issues.
