Like everyone else my credit card was charged withou my authorization. I was charged $185.00 on March 6 and $185.00 on March 7 for a total of ******. I have contacted them numerous times with no credits to my card.I am requesting an immediate refund. Their response to me: that they dont know when they will be able to credit my credit card. This is their response.Good afternoon:Thank you for contacting VOIPo Support; I'm very sorry for the delay. A billing ticket is currently still open regarding this matter and the refund request pending processing by our Billing team--I'm very sorry if no update has been provided as of yet. Currently, we do not have an ETA as to when that refund will be processed, but our Billing team will get this resolved as expeditiously as possible. Please do let us know if there's anything else we can address further and we'll be happy to assist.Kindest regards --**** C **************************Initial Complaint

I was reviewing my billing invoices along with my credit card charges and noticed that VOIPO (phone service) has forward billed my credit for services from 09/2025 through 09/2031 - i.e., for 3 service cycles @ $185 per cycle ($555 total). These charges were unauthorized and should be credited back to my credit card immediately. This is border-line theft. I have filed a complaint to VOIPO with multiple follow-ups. They indicated that they would process a full refund to my credit card but have yet to deliverBusiness Response

My credit card was "forward charged" without my authorization by VOIPo in Sept and March for multiple subscription cycles. I've gone back and forth with them over the past 2 months. They claimed to have processed the refunds (when they have not) and continue to respond to my inquiries with "form emails" as a delay tactic. I have reported them to the ***, ***, ** and ** AG's and BBB. My latest complaint was filed with **** corporate, in which I outlined my experience with and recommended that VOIPo be "delisted" as an accepted merchant. I would encourage anyone else with a similar experience to do the same with their respective credit card company. Short of a class action lawsuit, I think it's a good approach to shine some light on VOIPo's fraudulent business practices. Hopefully, if enough of us complain, they'll take action.Initial Complaint

I have Voipo service and scheduled for renewal on October. I am currently paid up to October 19, 2026. Today I receive credit card statement for two charges, on the same day, for $185. This company did the same thing in December but was for three charges of $185. This is plain credit card fraud. I am trying to cancel service but no answer on the phone.Initial Complaint

I renewed my phone service on 3/13/25 with a 2 year promotion for $185. VOIPO charged my credit card four times for a total of $740. I contacted them on their web site multiple times over the past 10 days but get no response other than a canned reply. I tried calling them and waited for over and hour on hold and could not get any one to answer. I am out a lot of money and cannot get any response from them to correct the situation.Initial Complaint

My service was paid up until 11/18/2024. This provider made three unauthorized charges of $185: On 3/11/2024, 7/15/2024, 9/23/2024, and 10/14/2024. Once I realized what was happening, contacted the company to ask for a refund. I also asked that my service be cancelled. over the course of many weeks, I made several phone calls to the company as well as emails, which took up a lot of my time. They told me that there had been a "billing error" and that they would refund all four of the unauthorized charges. They finally issued me a refund on 11/20/2024, but it was for only 3 of the 4 charges. Because they are not answering their phone, I emailed them a detailed request for a refund last week. They have not sent me any reply. I feel cheated and wonder how many other people this has happened to. Please refund the remaining $185 owed to me. I have waited way too long!Initial Complaint

I have two landline accounts that were prepaid up to July and November 2026. This company back in July 2024, charged me for a two-year renewal even though the accounts were prepaid to 2026. I complained and was refunded the credit card charges. On 3/5/2025, I was charged $185 per account again and ********************** renewed my accounts to July and November 2028. I did not authorize the charges and the accounts did not need to be renewed so early. I called Voipo, but the customer service did not answer the calls. I emailed this company and received silent treatments. This is very unethical. I want to be refunded $370.Initial Complaint

I was billed for a 2 year renewal charge of $185 on March 5th, 2025 without my authorization. This is the 2nd time this has happened since the beginning of 2024. The first time, they asked if I wanted to extend my service on to 6/2026. I agreed and closed the case. But this time, when I requested the charge be reversed, I was charged again! I received another unauthorized charge of $185 on March 13, 2025. I opened a second ticket demanding that these get reversed. Other than the standard automated ticket response, I haven't heard anything. I called into their support line today, waiting for over 45 minutes on hold. The person I spoke with said he could only send an email requesting that the billing department expedite the reversals. He couldn't get the billing department on the phone and talk to someone, he could only email them and hope for the best. At this point I am ready to cancel my service once these charges are reverse and I will NOT be recommending this business to anyone.Initial Complaint

Due to continuous, ongoing incorrect billing by Voipo I am taking my telephone number to another service provider. We have been trying to obtain a Port Out PIN for over a week. There has been one reply to my Support Ticket # DXO-151-***** which asked for my address for verification to issue a Port PIN. I provided the address. Unfortunately they have not replied or acted. I have been on the phone daily with my new supplier and they are also unable to get through to Voipo support either to obtain this information. Is the BBB able to intervene with ************************** company to help me obtain this simple piece of needed information so that i can port out MY number? I feel like my phone number is being held hostage.Initial Complaint
