      Service renewals without authorization: VOIPO charged my credit card on 03/04/2025 as well as on 03/15/2025 the amount of $185 each. Despite confirmation that funds would be returned to my credit card, nothing has happened.This is not an isolated incident. We will file a separate claim for another account where multiple charges to our credit card has occured.

      On March 6, 2025 I had my **** charged $185.00. No invoice, no amount due. I contacted the owner and was told I would have the charge refunded. The charge was removed on the Voipo website, but no refund has been made to my **** account. I have since contacted the owner with no response. I have e mails if this would be of help

      I was charged for services I no longer have with the company. I've tried to resolve the issue with them peacefully and through their proper channels but to no avail. I've submitted tickets in their support system to only receive stock answers. I've been told the issue was "escalated to billing" but the refund still has not been issued. I've been patient but it's since MARCH ************************ When I followed up today, March 28, I was told "there was an error with the billing and it's been escalated to billing." - still no actual refund and still pending. Why? i don't know. I tried calling and no one is answering. I'm just placed on hold. I waited over an hour and no one answered. This company is absolute trash and I just want my money back. Not my first complaint with them through BBB.

      I am filing this complaint regarding unauthorized charges to my credit card and VOIPo's failure to issue a timely refund. On March 4th and March 6th, 2025, VOIPo charged my credit card $185 on each occasion, totaling $370. These charges were unauthorized.I immediately contacted VOIPo customer support to report the unauthorized charges and request a refund. The support ticket ID for this issue is WGX-247-87307.Despite repeated assurances from VOIPo customer support that a refund would be processed, I have yet to receive any refund. I have records of communications with VOIPo, where they acknowledge the erroneous charges, but fail to resolve the issue. The support team provides identical responses, without any action being taken.I am finding many other complaints online regarding the same issue. It appears that VOIPo has a pattern of fraudulent charges. I want VOIPo to refund the $370 that was taken from my account.

      Erroneously charged for service without my consent. I never consented to auto pay my credit card was billed improperly. Several contacts have failed to resolve the issue after more than 3 weeks.

      VOIPO has repeatedly overcharged my account in a similar way to other complaints. Most recently there were four payments of $185 withdrawn using Autopay on March 4, 2025 for a residential account. These payments overlap service already paid for and extend into the year 2036. I submitted a ticket ID: ************* and am waiting for a refund. Similarly for a commercial account, 6 payments of $185 were withdrawn for overlapping and future periods. This ticket ID was *************. The company sends a response that refunds will be processed, but I am still waiting. They also warn that if you respond to their reply that your ticket will move back to the start of the queue and delay processing. This appears to be a stall tactic. The company is apparently getting free financing from their customers by erroneously withdrawing significant amounts and delaying a refund. The same thing happened to me in March 2024.

      I have had an account with ********************** for many years. My account is presently paid through March 2026.On March 4, 2025, voipo charged my credit card $185 for a two year extension I did not request.Account is not due for renewal or extension for another year.Attempted to call VOIPO service number but no one answers. Opened online service tickets requesting refund and get robo replies to the effect that "we have identified internal billing problems" and say it will be referred to billing. This has been going on for 3 weeks. No followup. cant reach anyone at company. This appears to be deliberate overbilling by Voipo. I have contacted my credit card company and am considering contacting the district attorney. Starts to smell like systemic consumer fraud.

      My credit card was charged 4 times on March 4 for $185 each or a total of $740. This was for renewals of service contracts which I did not authorized. In November of 2024 the exact same scenario happened. At that time I was able to eventually speak with a human and was credited. I told the representative at that time I was canceling at the end of my contract which is June 2, 2025. I checked my account on about March 10 and saw the 4 charges. Each are 2 year service renewals which would extend my service from June 2025 thru June 2033. I called immediately but received no answer so I placed a billing inquiry on March 10. VOIPo replied saying a "small" number of billing errors happened and they expected resolution soon. I immeadiately returned the equipment and received an email that my account was now closed. Fortunately I had downloaded all the billing details since I can no longer access my account. I replied asking again for a credit and received an email saying if they owed me money I would receive a credit. I followed up a 3rd time on March 12 by email and have not recieved a response. I called them on March 24 at 4pm PST. After 54 minutes of waiting no one answered. I called again on March 26 at 11am PST and no one answered after 15 minutes. I believe this is a scam. It's been 22 days, certainly enough time to issue a refund.

      This company has fraudulently charged my credit card 9 times over the last year. The first 5 were finally refunded after countless outreaches from me. The most recent 4 charges were reported to the company 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing on resolution. I have tried to call customer service and I wait on hold for several hours and no one answers.
