      I've been a Voipo customer for years without any major issues. I discovered in October 2024 that Voipo had billed me $185 for two year renewals without my knowledge or consent on four occasions during the year; on 4/5, 7/14, 9/21, and 10/14. When I called Voipo to request a refund I was told there was an issue with the billing software and that I would be refunded my money within 2 weeks. I was also assured that my name would be removed from the automatic billing so I wouldn't be billed again. That was on 10/31. On 11/15 my credit card was billed again for $185, bringing the total unauthorized charges to $925. I contacted Voipo again and was told that they would remove my name from the automatic billing and that it may take up to a month to get refunded. That was on 11/20. Then on 12/5 I received the email from Voipo stating that they were handling tickets in the order in which they were received and to not call to check in or open new tickets as that will delay the refund process. It's now 1/1/25 and I haven't received anything from Voipo. I don't see how I can ever trust them again with my credit card info since I was billed after I brought the issue to their attention. I would like to get my $925 back asap.

      VOIPO has been billing our two credit cards (mine and my husband's) $185 per month for a charge that is supposed to occur every two years. They have charged us over $2000. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 months, and they continued the charges. I finally canceled the credit card, which only stopped the charges. I cannot get through to them on the phone, and they keep sending me emails telling me I will receive a refund. But I have not seen a refund.

      I have been a customer of *********************** VOIP phone service since 2012, which my service with them automatically renewing every year. On 10/14/24, I noticed a charge for $185 on my credit card (the annual renewal fee) and contacted them about a refund. I was told I would be put in the queue. I also discovered I was charged $185 on both 7/8/24 and 9/21/24, meaning that I had been charged $555 instead of $185. I contacted them again on 11/29 after not receiving a refund, being told that they had a backlog and that if I responded my refund request would be sent to the bottom of the queue, which is ridiculous. I then contacted them on 12/23/24 after still not receiving a refund, letting them know that I was planning on filing a chargeback with my credit card company and contacting the BBB. At this point I looked back at my bank statements and saw that I had been charged $185 twice on 9/24/23. So, at this point I was charged $370 for a $185 service in 2023, and $555 for a $185 service in 2024. It has been 73 days since I asked for a refund. The company now **** me more than $500. They are stealing from their customers.

      We have had Voipo service for years and this year Voipo started billing for future services. We are now paid through 2033. We have contacted Voipo multiple times, submitted support tickets, tried calling to have the billing corrected to no avail. At this point we want to be reimbursed for all future invoices that have been ******* reviewing the complaints it appears that what we thought was an isolated incident is not and Voipo has a serious billing issue.

      We have two subscriptions with VoIPO: a bi-annual ************* and an annual fax line. We are being charged monthly for annual and bi-annual renewals. This has been going on since August, 2024. The attached list of transactions shows the incorrect charges. We submitted a ticket to have this repaired on November 25th, and we were charged AGAIN on December 10th. We have now spent more than $1200. We cannot remove our payment information without replacing it with another. We would like these incorrect charges refunded and both accounts accounts closed.

      Beginning in 2024 I opted to renew my ************ for 2 years at $185/2 year term and $36/1yr for toll free service. In November 2024 I became aware of additional multiple charges related to this service. On 11/19/24 the company acknowledged their errors and assured they would provide proper refunds. However, on 12/10/2024 they processed additional charges of $185 +36 to my CC. I have since disputed these charges as FRAUD. To date (12/17/2024) I have received no communication or refunds.

      I have done business with Voipo since 2018 with no problem. It has recently come to my attention that the company has been charging my card and renewing my account without my knowledge. They have charged me a total of ******* in 14 charges since February 2024, saying I am paid thru 2038! I have attached their invoice image, and can provide credit card statements upon request.Further, there is no way to remove my credit card from their site, they do not answer their phone, chat, or emails. Please help! Thank you ***** *********

      VOIPO fraudulently charged my credit card 5 times for the total of $925. Without my authorization they extended their service through 2036! Their customer service has not provided information on the refund.       I've been a customer since 2013 and also used ********************** for my employer. What happened to these people?? Looking at all the reviews and complaints about early and multiple renewals, blaming early billing on the computer systems and that billing will get back to me to resolve which never happened and no responses on support tickets etc. My normal renewal is in October however I got 2 charges in February and March 2024 which were billed 8 months early, another charge in July 3 months early which extended the *** # out to 2026 and then 2 charges in October 2024 at the usual due date and now extends everything out to 2028. I have opened a support ticket UZF-626-***** In October! Since asking for a refund its been crickets. (see attached) In October I was asking for the extra charges that took me past 2025. At this point I want all charges this year totaling $442 and close the account.Also reference FCC Ticket No. *******.
