Great customer service via email and phone. All agents ensured they understood the problem, providing clear directions of how to document the problem. The phone and email agents were thorough. The replacement device arrived promptly. delays were communicated with an explanation.

Everything went well,a little confusing at first because I had to pay twice the $29.00 which I still haven't gotten the refund but I was able to get my phone screen fix. Servify was very helpful and friendlyServify (US), Inc.

The website was easy to navigate and claim input was simple and easy. The service was fast and efficient. It was super helpful to have the updates emailed as well.
