    Absolutely horrific customer support. The ********************** migration from *******s prior Ascurion aftercare mobile phone device coverage to ********************** was a complete debacle. They failed to migrate my (and many other customers') current device (see below) to the Care+ monthly subscription plan,and they also associated my account with another user (last name *****). I contacted the Servify ******* Care+representative last Friday and they indicated both issues would be resolved by July 3 so I could proceed with filing a service claim on my ******* device however a ticket wasnt even opened on the issue last Friday. I had to call again July 3 and demand that the issue be escalated and a ticket number issued. Servify's front end customer care also is unable to interface with the backend tech team, it appears there is a firewall between the two so their front end reps simply sit there and wait and hope that the backend team resolves issues the front end team has no clue whether thats in fact the case or on what timeline tickets will be resolved. This is a case study in failure, failed systems migration, failed post-migration testing, failed customer care.

    I literally don't know why ******* would change the insurance servicer to a company with awful service. This looks bad on *******. The customer service representatives were rude and condescending. Also, the item was delivered well after the "next business day" window. I will be switching back to my carrier insurance until ******* switches their insurance servicer.

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the way my recent claim(WFTVZRK9GYLH) for a replacement ************* 4 phone has been handled. Even though my phone was still under manufacturer warranty and was damaged, it has taken far too long for the replacement to be processed.My mobile phone is essential to my daily operations as a small business owner. I explained to your representatives that I would lose business and miss important calls and emails without my phone. I was relieved when the claim was approved on June 4 2023, and I assumed that the replacement would be arranged promptly.However, it has now been five(5) working days since the claim was approved, and I have received no update on the progress of my replacement phone. I have called and emailed multiple times to follow up but have not received any response. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with your lack of communication and urgency.I am a loyal ******* customer who has always trusted your products and services. However, this experience has left me feeling let down and disregarded as a customer. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and send me my replacement phone as soon as possible.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Yes, I did receive the phone, and not even a week later is not working as it should. It has an extensive line on the top left of the scream and another line on the middle. When I called you last week, I was told that nothing could be done because my old phone was still in transit, so again, I am without a working phone and not sure when you guys will do anything about it.
