    Quick service, claim took at most a couple of weeks in between contacting support through emails to scheduling the technician who confirmed the issue.

    Very quick and easy. I submitted my claim for my ******* phone using ******* Care+ through Servify. They had accepted the damage claim and shipped out my replacement phone within a couple hours. I also had questions I had asked over email, they quickly responded and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service.

    Very easy to file a claim and got answers immediately, paid a small ****************** really has got this down alot better than the old service. On the old service the Manager would get on the phone and argue about a claim, and one time I didn't even make a claim due to that reason. I just bought a new phone and didn't put extra warranty on it. So thank you ******* for getting this to where you don't have to feel guilty for filling a claim. ******* customer for at least 20 years, still finding old phones s7 and other. Again Thanks.

    I took it took get fixed but the place never told me or explain that they reported that I had damaged the phone so I would be charged a higher fee. It wasn't until I got an email from ************ that I was being charged more because the place said I damaged the phone. I wouldn't go back there again. The place also smelled like sewage. At least my new phone is working but bad customer service.
