I used Service to file an insurance claim for screen replacement and the claims process was simple and very smooth from start to finish, with a very quick turn around. I was able to file the claim and book the service appointment with a short time frame of one another. I appreciate that there was no delay in getting my phone repaired quickly!

z-fold 3 interior large screen broken at hinge and just dead, front smaller screen cracked and not touch responsive with dead pixels.sent phone in by mail, got it back a week or so later in perfect condition, as good as new. very happy.Servify (US), Inc.

They took care of my problem promptly and professionally. They were courteous and helpful, and although there was a problem with the repair request on the service center side, while I was still at the service center, they canceled the old request and issued a new one within minutesServify (US), Inc.
