      I place and order for 4 items and our our business closes at 6pm. I received a notice that is was handed to me at the desk. Our whole facility is closed at 6pm gates and all. On our facility cameras, I saw two individuals get our of a car and set those packages outside the gate which our facility is on a boulevard. At 610pm per the camera an individual came on a bike and scooter in other hand got on the phone waited 15 min and loaded the packages, then another came by and picked the other up. Why would the driver put on the invoice handed to front desk and he cannot get in the facility. This is horrible. I took video an placed a police report regarding this. Yes they said it would be replaced, don't put on the invoice it was handed to front desk and you cant get in.

      I ordered two items for a funeral that happening today. When I ordered the items? Two weeks ago and somehow the order kept getting left at the location. I called asked for some help because the delivery date KEPT changing. Of course since its in shipping status theres nothing nobody can do not even a supervisor. I couldnt even find the appropriate attire to wear to the funeral so guess what BIG thanks to AMAZON for promising that my order will be delivered in two days turned into never and I actually still dont have it and again its still in shipping status so nothing anybody can do

      Ordered an item and had to return it. Amazon is charging a restocking fee which was not noted when I purchased the item. This is totally wrong and actually fraudulent on the behalf of Amazon. They state a full refund within 30 days. I think it may be necessary to start a class action lawsuit against them to help other customers who may be experiencing this issue as well...

      I would love to see a more user friendly ********************** Music app to were we control our recently played playlists and if a customer has ********************** that should include the unlimited for the music app as well

      Was told I was going to be getting a refund for an item that I purchased through a company supported by Amazon its been over three months and I still have not received the refund. Amazon stated they paid the refund to a card thats been outdated, and has an expiration date of 2024, however this seems to be my fault and I will not be receiving the refund. Just be careful ordering anything from Amazon that is not American makes you will not get any help and they will not cover their warranties. I am out over $1000 and the product that I purchased was a hot water heater and it still doesnt work so now I will have to fork over another over $1000 for a new hot water heater because they wont even allow me to return it, and get my money back.

      I brought a duromax generator on 3/18/2025 .which has defected carbon dioxide sensor i try to return it and was told it was nonreturnable so i call them after i contacted ******* was told it was defected they will not let return or refund my money

      I have had my Prime account for many years now. I thought the stakeholders were going to stand up for the American people as well as our global partners for once. Showing what a detriment the tarrifs are to everyone due to the orange baffoons decisions. You shouldn't have walked back this breakdown. Big big mistake.

      Very Shady Business tactics all together with the website. Spending enough time looking for certain products yields results for the same product at 3 or more different price points. Literally the same product, just worded slightly different and a few different photos. Country of origin is always China in these situations. I found the same brake fluid flush kit that ranged at several prices from $60 all the way to $460. All were the EXACT same kit. In this situation the photos were actually almost all the same. They also mislead at checkout. Went to pay for a product and saw they had rewards for my prior purchases. Wound up getting it for free. The order wound up getting canceled on the day it was supposed to arrive; which was a good thing. Upon further investigation, those rewards were actually coming from my debit card rewards. They made it look like it was from amazon itself. Why do they even have this information? **************** was a joke as well. Two minutes of inactivity in chat would just cancel the interaction. I went through 5 different people because I was told to wait while they looked into it and the chat just ended due to the timer. This is a business that people should go out of their way to avoid.

      Unreliable experience for a first business order. The package was delayed by a full week, and despite being home during all reported delivery attempts over the past three days, no driver ever showed up. I ultimately had to cancel the order and request a refund and purchased from a more dependable supplier. If you're running a business, I would strongly recommend avoiding Amazon for critical deliveries. **************** is horrible, and no help was given.
