Amazon marked a package as "delivered" to my address, but I never received it. The tracking information confirms delivery, but the package was clearly left at the wrong location. There was no delivery photo at my door, and it was not received by me, any member of my household, or my neighbors. I contacted Amazon immediately. It feels like some of the representatives just dont want to do their job. Ive been told multiple times that if the current supervisor "cant" resolve it, the issue will be pushed up to a higher team. That team, in turn, takes even longer to respond. I firmly believe they have the authority to issue a refund right away, but instead choose to delay and give customers a hard time. Whether its due to laziness or avoidance, its unacceptable customer service. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, they told me to wait until two full days before they would even begin to investigate or issue a refund. Their response placed the burden on me to locate the package, suggesting I check with neighbors or household members, even though I already stated it was not received. This delay is unacceptable. Amazons delivery error is not my responsibility, and I should not have to wait or jump through hoops to be refunded for an item I never received. Ive been a loyal customer for years, but now Im stuck waiting for an investigation just to get back money for items I never received. If Amazon cant guarantee accurate delivery, the least they can do is offer a prompt refund when a customer is left empty-handed through no fault of their own. It'll be much better if they would just take treat their customers with dignity and offer an immediate full refund for the undelivered package. The owner of this company should have an improved policy and faster resolution for customers affected by delivery errors, address poor customer service and policy issues, and policy changes that empower **** to resolve issues without unnecessary delays or passing the *****

Ordered over $1000 worth of goods last year, and Amazon was generally very good. But then I got the wrong product shipped to me. Understandable, those things happen. And because it was a pharmaceutical item, it could not be returned, Again, I understand. But Amazon would not send the correct item I had paid for. Now because of a $10 item, they've lost my business. The only word I can think of to describe this business practice in "stupid."

I returned an Amazon item to the local Whole food store in ********** *****. The associate was rude. She scanned the code on my phone and told me that I will receive an email as a proof that I returned the item. The item is still showing that I didn't returned it. I called Amazon customer service and I was told that the associate didn't scan the code correctly therefore I have to wait a week before it will show up in the system. To get my refund it will be another few days. So it looks like that it will be around 2 weeks before I will get a refund.

I bought a $100 PlayStation gift card. The code Amazon gave me had already been used and did not work. After being ping ponged back and forth between **** and Amazon, I filed an inquiry with Amazon. I was told I would have an answer within 3-5 business days. I called back on the 6th day, and the customer service *** said it looked like the inquiry hadnt even been looked at. I got bounced around to the games *** who had checked the escalation a few times and then said sorry there was nothing he could do. I then was escalated to the manager, who said because it says there are no refunds or return of said product that theres nothing she can do. However, there is no disclaimer that says we may sell you a code that has already been used, no warning, nothing. AMAZON STOLE $100 FROM ME. Whats to stop them from doing this to everyone? They could just sell regenerated codes to customers and have no responsibility for reimbursing them. ****! Shame on you Amazon.

We were gifted two physical Amazon giftcards and when we opened them, the inside of the claim codes were scratched off, or did not include the numbers at all (misprint). Obviously, since the cards were sealed in unalterable cardstock, Amazon at some point made a mistake in not ensuring the safety of their product. The cards were irredeemable as we received them, and going to Customer Support gave us the run around. At first the money would be deposited back into our account, no issue. Now, they want us to provide receipts, (which we don't have) for these $100 gift cards. By not hiring enough people to safety check their physical gift cards, letting the printer run out of ink, or whatever the case is with both cards, it is irresponsible for Amazon to have us inconvenienced for an issue they created in the first place by not ensuring that we get what we paid for (or in our case, what our family paid for). They are 100% benefitting by cutting their costs, not checking the product, and then capitalizing on the policies they created which demand we take actions we simply cannot do, being the recipient of the cards. There are no receipts. Even if there was, who was to say that the information on this receipt wouldn't have been tampered too?Instead, Amazon is profiting off of this practice and thieving it's customers intentially and negligently.

The drivers themselves have, so far, been good but the entire delivery estimate is a total farce.I've had multiple orders sit as 'ordered' until the last minute just to end up delayed despite the facility being less than an hour away. There's no way to get any actual information on what's happening with the order, where it actually is, or when to even expect it.

AMAZON needs to change! **************** is horrible. They advertised B1G1 free on bicycles. I spent well over an hour and it would not reflect the free. Finally contacted customer service and they too tried and contacted their supervisors Priyanka and her supervisor ********. The names were given to me and not misspelled by the customer service agent, ****. Finally, they said that this had expired! Nothing honored as advertised and no compensation!!!! Between your 30 day, actually received 14 days, return policy...... ******* and ****** will get my business!!!!!

I've been a customer with ********************** for a decade, but I am cancelling my Prime membership today. I've had extremely poor customer service experiences recently that have pushed me to this point. The company attempted to charge me for an item I returned, and they allegedly could not locate. I had to spend 2+ hours of my time to get in touch with a supervisor to assist. *** in the returns department was rude and unhelpful.

Amazon allows there employees to tell other people to keep a wrong delivery. Amazon will pay for packages not being delivered to the correct address. Beware packages that are kept are a form of stealing and Amazon will loose money while there drivers are dropping the packages off in correctly at the wrong address. Hope you aprove of this action Amazon. I thought you like to make your company shine.
