      I had to be wise enough and actually go to my account and see exactly what was being done about my money being returned to me. I've been told at least four to five times that someone would contact me before actually talking to a gentleman who put me on hold and then a lady came back to the phone and I found out that my request for refund has been canceled. Initially on August the 2nd when I ordered a product I accidentally ordered two instead of one. So I immediately contact Amazon told them the situation and the third party seller was contact immediately however they sent the product out anyway. So now I'm stuck with two products and don't know what to do with them because I want my money back nobody's telling me what to do they are trying to charge me half price for one of the products and they're also trying to charge me shipping. The product is $58 and some change and I have two of them and I want my money back. The fact that they sent two after I requested only one and we told them in enough time myself and Amazon told them in enough time however when I realized that my request for a refund was canceled I'm just baffled I mean like why is my request for a refund cancel and they've done it again Right now at this very moment it's saying that it's canceled and that was August the 2nd today is September the 7th so they're just not being forthcoming about it I need a total refund and I can't seem to get through to a reliable source over at Amazon. I even contact Amazon *** by email and got a response and that I had to go back to Amazon that the *** didn't handle that so please help me.

      I ordered a tv and it came broken. I returned it the next day and have spoken with two reps regarding my refund since the tv has been received at the return center over a week ago. One apologized and said theyd process the refund, then I got an email saying they wont issue refund. The next rep says wait for 30days and we can investigate. *** ID provided by ********************** had the package delivered. So why do they get to hold my all my money mean while make me have to pay interest on it! Im beyond over ordering from Amazon. Been a prime member since 2012 and this is how they treat you!

      This company is a nightmare to deal with. They lose your items and you get nothing. Their site tells you oh were so sorry your package is so late you may now request a refund. This takes you to a page of no where. I truly wish I had gone and looked for my things in person. Amazon is unreliable, they have horrible customer service and packages are always late. Theyre so big they dont care if they lose a couple of customers and show you that to your face.

      Their customer service is not helpful at all. During these times of fraud they freely verify your card information however, will not remove your card information because it is not you. Makes no sense. While they continue to freely charge for prime and services you requested to stop. *** their manager at night shift is extremely rude, never in my life hace I come across worst customer service and they refused to provide any of their names and refused to remove my card information. This I would consider fraud. Please be careful before trusting this site with your card information and while their customer service agents, specially manager *** support fraudulent activities. Its my card, my information, if I am the customer and confining my past purchase and information, I should not be hung up while Im simply asking to have my card information removed.

      If there was 0 stars thats what they receive in this particular situation. Bought 16 tires and paid for them. Found a really good deal. When they sent the first batch of tires there were 18 but they were all different sizes and none were the size that I ordered. When I talk to customer service they said they would send out the right ones but theyre going to be shipped from Yokohama to them they would double check the size before they sent them out. They sent another batch out and they are all wrong. none of them were the size that I needed or ordered and paid for. After they reassured me they were getting them sent from Yokohama to them first and they would double check the size before they sent them to me. So when I call back and ask him what happened they said if you return something twice that they will issue a refund regardless of the situation that was there policy. I tried to explain how they were supposed to double check them and everything I was looking for these tires online for approximately a month could not find them anywhere for a reasonable price heres the kicker. So I go to check the next day after and I find the same tires for sale for a lot more almost $500 more a tire at a different company selling on Amazon. When I checked the name on the internet and was checking on if they were any partners in the company that all of a sudden had these tires but never heard or seen them prior to looking. lo and behold Amazon was a partner. Which leads me to believe that they intentionally sent the wrong tires twice and then sold them on another partners website. I dont feel like thats right I dont do business like that but I guess when your Amazon and that big they feel like they can do whatever they want to consumers. just cause they make a mistake. I was definitely not impressed but nobody will hear you they just tell you what youre going to do and thats it. Bully you and say your going to take a refund and thats that. No very professional

      We buy a lot from Amazon. A LOT! Amazon is seriously at our house 5/7 days of the week, often bringing multiple packages each day. We've been a Prime Member since they started. However, the Amazon employees are clueless, from people behind the scenes (chat, reviews, etc) to people actually delivering/throwing the packages.1. My reviews are never accepted. My reviews are honest, never include cussing. Yet, my reviews never get submitted because of "community standards". Often times, we get damaged products that were clearly damaged BEFORE the items were even placed in the packaging, so shipping isn't to blame, but Amazon rejects it because it mentioned "shipping" which proves they either don't read the entire review or lack comprehension altogether!2. Amazon also rejects bad reviews to the sellers if the order was fulfilled by Amazon, so crooked sellers continue putting already damaged products in the boxes and envelopes.3. However, they will accept reviews that clearly mention a product WAS damaged when it was received. So I can't post an honest review ON the product because they don't want me to mention how it WASN'T damaged during shipping, yet other people have complained how something arrived broken and that's perfectly fine, even though it hasn't nothing to do with the product. Complete nonsense!4. SO MANY reviews on Amazon are bought! Why Amazon continues to let crooked sellers BUY reviews by promising a 'free' item whenever someone leaves a 5-star review is insane!!5. They've started charging on returns, $8, if the return is under a certain amount. So if a $5 item is delivered damaged, then Amazon wants to charge me $8 for *** to pick it back up.

      Delivery issues:We are prime members and have not had delivery issues before now! Product ordered on line 9/2/22 with Amazon indicating delivery by 10 p.m. that night for Prime Member. Stays update sent you'd via email saying 4 stops away from my home around 9 p.m or so . No delivery!!! yet tracking showed driver in my neighborhood (street names shown ). Called customer service (outsourcing to India) ,hard to understand representative due his accent . Said possible delivery Saturday ,9/3/22 by 10p.m. Not delivered so had to call back on the 5th(4th holiday) and was advised by nice logical comprehensive U.S. rep delivery by 9/6/22. Still have nothing yet so far. The weird thing is tracking details reflect Amazon Chino processing at 9:50 p.m. then tracking reflects City of industry processing. Well Chino is 20 minutes from me and City of industry is 35 minutes away so don't know if product will be delivered today night or not. Why go further away from destination in the first place? Not logical in my mind. Someone above reps need to explain to me ,customer as reps can only give company standard playbook. Duh????

      Offer delivery date they couldnt deliver on, waited the next day for delivery which was pushed back another date. Long story short , never received package, my money to purchase is still held up. Then they put in my notes for cancellation (Customer refused delivery because it was previous cancelled). Very very disappointed and lost money over Labor Day holiday.
