I have movies that I purchased from Amazon and complained about previously here. Now I can't watch them at all and the movies I purchased now say purchased with limitations. What is that? Amazon never used to employ fraudulent activities but they are sure hard at it now. If I paid for it I should be able to watch it. I used to have order subscriptions also but I have really cut back my purchases from them because I just don't trust them any more. Products would come broken and they did nothing. Dad to see them go down hill.

I placed an order on Amazon using a gift card, but after receiving an email instructing me to reset my password, I found that my recent orders were cancelled and my gift card balance was wiped. I reached out to Amazon support and was connected with an agent named Jojo, who abruptly disconnected the chat without resolving the issue. This was extremely unprofessional and *****************, Im left without my order and without the funds from my gift card. I need Amazon to restore my gift card balance so I can place my order again, but so far, Ive received no helpful response. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a company of this size.

I ordered items on Amazon I received only two, when calling customer service line, they keep passing you to the next person, they have no resolved the issue, I tried to fill out the form. But they keep telling me it's wrong, I can't get a replacement, I live in a apartment and I always get stuff delivered that's not mines, some knock on my door yesterday and I told them it's the wrong apartment number. Amazon drivers just wanted to deliver without even looking at the apartment number once the drop it off

Amazon is not getting pre athorization before charging for services like prime membership after it has been canceled by the consumer. I am a consumer who has had this problem with them recently and I feel that it should be reported.

So Im done with Amazon. I have been an Amazon shopper for long as they have been a business. One of their drivers backed into my mailbox and knocked it down. Then he drove off. My husband was home but the driver was gone by the time he got outside. My husband went to the local hub, they gave home a phone number to call. I cant get anyone to call us back or take care of this issue. This is so unacceptable!! Shame on you Amazon!!

I recently purchased the Advanced Scar Gel and when opening the packaging I was offered $30 if I would give this product a 5 star rating on Amazon. Easy bucks! This is pure bribery by the seller and ruins the Amazon review standards. I gladly leave a positive review where it is due but I am totally appalled by such unethical marketing techniques. Amazon's Policy clearly states:: It is illegal to receive payment or any other compensation for writing Amazon product reviews, as Amazon's policies strictly prohibit it. Amazon takes a zero-tolerance approach to incentivized reviews, and violating this policy can lead to account suspension and permanent banishment from the platform.  So, I wrote a review on Amazon platform about this practice as to warn Amazon and other shoppers. I received following reply: Please edit and resubmit your review. Hello Stefaan , We couldn't post your review because it doesn't meet our guidelines. Please edit and resubmit your review. Before you do, make sure it meets all of our guidelines. There you have it. I am wondering how many 5 stars ratings are bought or are totally fake? Furthermore, Amazon is reluctant to do anything about it. As long as their revenu keeps coming...

Amazon seller, Lillipelle Direct, is an accounting subcontractor for Amazon named ***** *****. Mr ***** operates on Amazon under the false name of ******* **. Amazon protects this sub thru customer runarounds preventing refunds for the junk Mr ***** sells on Amazon. Buyer beware of Lillipelle Direct products on Amazon.

Unreliable and horrible support. Nothing delivers on time and rarely to the correct address. If I can get the things I buy from any other source I always do.

Why pay for Prime when it's a bait and switch? Order a product for same day delivery, but it's running late, arriving the following day. The following day, out for delivery, but running late, it'll arrive the following day. Refunds are now taking 45 days from drop off at *** and up to 15 days when dropped at Whole Foods. Want to watch a 12 year old movie? That'll be an extra $4.99, because nothing even remotely worth watching is included in Prime Video.Amazon is now a parody of Amazon.
