      I totally feel like Amazon tried to scam me. I cancelled their prime services to take effect at the new year renewal ***** but they did not cancel on that date. I continued to use the services, expecting them to cut off services at anytime in April. But they did not cancel my services. They claimed there is no record of me sending a cancellation notice. I did so from their website. But instead of cancelling, they took money from my account instead, and since I unknowingly used the services after the actual cancel date (I only remembered that it would happen sometime in April), on which that cancellation did not occur, as expected, and because two weeks later, after I noticed they renewed my membership rather than canceling it, and I wanted a refund of the money they took from me, they kept throwing back in my face, "but you used the services since the cancellation date." Yes, because I expected it to be cancelled and the services stop when cancelled. But I noticed today that the services have not stopped. I thought perhaps because I was being allowed services until the end of the month or something. But I decided to double check, and I discovered Prime was not cancelled, it had been renewed. So I call a service **** and wait for a real person. And they were not going to give me my refund. They made it seem like it was my fault, so **** it up, loser. I had to yell at someone to get a partial refund. They have continued to refuse to give a full refund.Does anyone else get scam vibes from this? This is terrible customer service. Just terrible.

      I have had numerous issues with my orders in previous months. Very dissatisfied. Amazon is plummeting. And they should have stayed out of politics. Im out.

      Inadequate return process. Email said Id have my refund in 2-4 hours and its been over 2 days. Contacted customer service several times and they did not help

      Placed an order yesterday within five minutes after it came through my email I noticed it was the wrong size. Call them immediately and cancel it. They shipped it.

      Amazon helps sellers to cheat on customers and ********************** replied to me. The seller said they received an unsellable laptop after I saw the message in their live chat and I tried to write back, and the team leader had no patience and cut me off. This is why I try to write back to the review of the seller and Amazon is not even allowed to write or complain. This is why I wrote back (If the seller ships the unsellable item and after the customer receives it. The customer will report to **********************. Will ********************** take the note ? I was receiving the missing item ext hard drive because this sale was a 2.5 TB storage laptop and the laptop is 2TB storage with 500 GB external hard drive storage, since they're missing the external hard drive, and I was reporting to two customer service on the phone, and they told me the seller should not charge me the restocking fee and I requested to return the laptop.but when using the message to the customer service they can't help the problem and is this way the Amazon help the seller to cheat on the customer for the money? The customer service even really read the message when I wrote that the seller shipped the missing item and dishonestly the sale.

      I have two different orders that I ordered from Amazon and they shipped them out and they were supposed to be delivered last week and they still havent been delivered or my money back from the company

      Amazon get your stuff together!!How hard is it to follow simple instructions? I have complained and complained about the flex and the delivery drivers parking in my driveway. Amazon refuses not to fix the issue. ZERO for stars!!!!

      I am filing a complaint regarding the suspension of my ability to post product reviews by Amazon’s Community Review Team. After posting several reviews, my ability to submit further reviews was unexpectedly restricted, with no prior notice or explanation. I have made multiple attempts to contact the Community Review Team but have not received any response or clarification about why this action was taken. I believe this restriction is unjust and request the assistance of the Better Business Bureau in helping to resolve this issue and restore my review privileges.
