      They canceled my account at will for a reason they couldn't tell, maybe it was a made-up reason, I put a lot of things in it, including air conditioning, now there is a problem with the quality of the air conditioner, what should I do, I have used this account for four years, and now suddenly close my account, the email replies are all fixed format replies, completely useless, I hope that BBB can help me convey information to people who Amazon is really willing to help, rather than the robot replying to me again and again

      They have threatened to ban me because their drivers can't follow the simplest of delivery instructions and continue to deliver to the wrong address

      I ordered a ********* surface to draw o n the go. My disabilty is progressive and shortly after receiving it, lost my ability to draw so I requested a return/refund within the 30 days and ig was approved. It was bought from a 3rd party seller, they didn't send me a prepaid shipping label, and I couldn't afford to ship it til the next month so I sent the seller asking if that was okay, he never responded. So when I could afford to, I shipped it to him. He refused the delivery (so it is back in my possession). I sent the seller 2 messages asking why he refused it, he never responded, so I called Amazon and asked what to do... I just noticed the character limit and this won't fit so I'll just give the gist... Amazon told me they'd file an AtoZ claim and would call me with there decision in a week they said this every week and have not once contacted me, I had to contact them. This has been going on for 4 months. They say customer satisfaction is their top priority but that's bull s***

      An item was purchased and said to be delivered by a specific date, when the item arrived the delivery person stated it was broken in Amazon care and not only would a refund be issued, but I would receive a new one. I waited a few days to track the updated tracking and not only did it never come, a refund was never processed. I called customer service and was told all they could do was process a refund that I would not receive a new one because I ordered a 'Used but in Good condition" item. Very poor customer service seeing as though whether new or used, the item was broken in Amazon's care not mine. A new one should have been shipped. I spoke with a TM and two managers that all lack customer service skills and the managers should not be in leadership at all. Poor representation of what good customer service is and need more training.

      Amazon apparently is afraid of getting feedback from customers as it provides no method of providing feedback on their website. Are they afraid of learning about their mistakes? I am on a cruise to ****** and have WIFI but no cell phone service. When I wish to buy something they wish to perform 2 step verifications but it is impossible since I have no cell phone service. If Amazon allowed me to turn off 2 step verification or change it to email I would not have a problem but they provide neither. They need to *********** software engineers who are intelligent enough to anticipate these kinds of problems an provide a solution like turning off 2 step verification or substituting email verification instead. Also they should provide a feedback mechanism so I can provide this complaint directly to them. Really BAD service

      It is the WORST company to deal with regarding their seller account side. I have been trying to open a simple or what I thought to be a simple account to sell Dog Print Paw Magnet. It has been going on for three weeks with no resolution. Emails after emails requesting you do this and do this with no positive outcome. Amazon must hire from out of ***************** as you can put your phone number on the form; however, I have not once received a call. Remove this option. They were quick to charge the monthly fee within a couple of days. They do not care about the little person wanting to list a legitimate product. I bet if I attempted to sell a *** toy, it would post as soon as I pressed the enter button.

      When calling Amazon to address issues, calls can be directed to scammers claiming to work for Amazon. When reports issues to Amazon, they gather information, yet do not do anything about it. I was stolen about $3000 just for calling Amazon to cancel my prime account. Whether the scammers are real Amazon employees or not, a big company like Amazon should not allow such practice. Whenever I am calling Amazon, I feel anxious if I am going to be robbed again.

      Multiple times over the years Amazon said they will get me a product in 2 days. If I get them in 3 I am lucky. Most take a week. Now, I have to wait 3 more days for part that they said they would have to me today. When called, they would not help, discount, explain or do anything meaningful. Do NOT do business with Amazon.

      They do not take care of there customers my item was 5 days late and was well over a couple hundred dollars and there compinsation was 5 dollars and a I'm sorry we can refund you're money but the item I ordered was for the vacation I was going on and was needed before I left now I don't have my item and I have to scramble to find a play area for my child while I'm on vacation if I even go now that we don't have the set up our child needs for this trip I will never order there again

      Amazon has very deceiving business practice. I was about to purchase a watch after spending some time searching their website, I picked up the item which had a discount of 65% and I had about 8 hours to complete the purchase, when I went to pick guarantee for the product and finalize the purchase ready to pay, the price suddenly went up such way if I didn't hesitate, I wouldn't notice it. I call Amazon customer service to complain about it and their answer is " the item is a flash sale and price changes every 15 minutes", they even had the nerve to say it is indicated on the page, when I challenge them to show me where was such information they failed to prove it, they even insisted there was a timer which I also challenged them to show me and once again they couldn't . Then they proceed to tell me there is a timeframe to complete the purchase and take advantage of the benefits which in my screen was 7 hours and 11 minutes!!! They went back to the argument of the "15 minutes" time frame which is not posted ANYWHERE nor there is any other indicator for the customer! HOW COME THE ***** CHANGES JUST WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO MAKE THE PURCHASE?!!! FOR THE UNAWARE CUSTOMER COULD BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES OTHER THAN THE ADVERTISED *****....SHAME ON AMAZON!
