      they receive the item, but refused to process the refund. their managers just tell you to wait and then hang up. I paid the membership fee this is the way they are treating customers and members.

      If I could give less stars i would. Customer service is HORRIBLE. "***" explained to me that just because an item is scheduled for delivery same day doesn't mean you'll get it the same day. What? Placed order and all day it said out for delivery. As of 8 pm it was 2 stops away. As of **** still not here. "***" states sameday delivery means anytime between now and 3 days from now. **** Bezzos is a billionaire at our expense. Nothing like ordering an emergency item to just be at BEZZOS whims

      They canceled my account and stated that I was not allowed to make another one. They claim this is due to violations of the terms and only offered the answer that I made too many requests for refunds and the account these came from linked to my current account. When I asked for info of the account and any other info, they said that they would not provide them. When I requested evidence that lead to their decision, they wouldn't provide it. I feel they have done this without any justification and it all seems very suspicious.

      I purchased a vacuum cleaners within a month it burned up they wanted me to send it back, but there is not a box that would fit, so they kept my money and did not replaced. it. I ordered a kit of tooth whitening kit for ***** dollars never got it and they said i should have a safe place for my package i have a big mail box and an extra big one for larger packages. We also have cameras all over and they still kept my money, and refuse to give me a reund.

      I ordered a laptop for school and was treated very rude by the customer service representative and the supervisor I was transferred to. She told me after paying next day shipping on the 16th that my wait period is until the 20th. After voicing how unorganized this business is she threatened to refund my order and cancel so that I could purchase a laptop from a store. Amazon has delivered my packages to the wrong address and refused to refund me on a separate occasion. They are completely disrespectful when it comes to owning up to their ! Mistakes.

      I ordered an electric kettle from Amazon. I paid for a new one and when it arrived the boxed was taped up and obviously a return. I chatted with an agent at Amazon that did nothing but send a replacement and said if I dont send the other one back I will be charged for it too. The replacement arrived in worse condition than the first. And of course missing parts since this is clearly a return. The box is ripped up and taped together. Purposely done. No patience for the games. The agent ended the chat while I was still asking questions. They dont care and Amazon is and will continue to pay the price. Ive always had good things to say about Amazon but I may be ending our relationship soon. Things happen in shipment but when the second is worse and its obvious the point youre making. You can have it. Im good. I would like my money back!

      I got a TV Christmas eve 2021, an ******************* On the cover it says that there are several applications loaded on the *** I thought that was great. I didn't know, because it wasn't advertised in a way to let the consumer know what happening in the background. A few weeks ago my wallet was stolen and I had credit cards and I did like everyone else, I had them replaced. There charges on one of my credit cards that I had to dispute because I did not place them. They were charged on Amazon. I called Amazon to let them know I had followed the dispute on some charges that were on my Amazon account, as a courtesy. I went through the charges with their customer service representative. Four times! Everything did seem fine at the end of the first call. A couple of days later things changed. Amazon sent an email to me, June 16th, that read, my account was closed due to disputes filed on charges on my Amazon account. I thought this was a mistake and then I tried to watch television. I have an insignia television that has ******* Amazon, ******* etc, loaded on it when you purchase it. Nowhere does it say that you must have an account with Amazon for this TV to operate properly. When my Amazon account got shut down, closed, ****** stopped working because I didn't have an Amazon account that I could log into. I talk to several Amazon *************************** (C. S.) reps to no avail. They couldn't answer questions that were outside their customer service script, no manager. At the end I was told to put another credit card into my account and I will have my account. I don't want them anymore! They showed me that I am just an invoice, a virtual person. Terrible customer service, not flesh and bone, more like robots reading the script. I am leaving my account closed. No to Amazon. The big problem is that YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN AMAZON account for this TV to operate, or view ANY streaming applications. No one told me this, not on the box. No help from Best Buy store.

      Amazon allows fraudulent sellers to sell products that they have no intention of delivering. When contacted about the issue Amazon sides with the seller and forces the purchaser to wait for any potential refund.

      Amazon Prime keeps charging me a monthly fee of $16.00 without my authorization. I called them and the gave me the "run around" !! This business practice should not be allowed . Pleas inform them of the complaint...
