Amazon has constantly withheld my items from me I am two miles from one of their warehouses. They would show item out for delivery I would stay up at night waiting for my item so it would not sit on my porch for the porch pirates to get the last time it showed delivery all the way till 11:30 I contacted customer service I told them there's no way Amazon will deliver at 11:30 I was told the items would be there the next day. So the next day I checked on the item device surprise it had said I have rescheduled the item for the following day I contacted Amazon again this time they had a warehouse manager contact me he promised I would have the item the following day the following day came my item never showed up the incompetence of this company is unsurpassed and this is happened on several occasions they take your money have your item but are incapable of delivering it to you and expect you to sit there twiddling your thumbs at their convenience unacceptable beware of this company they will lie to you make hollow promises and pretty much just jerk you around if you complain.Review fromJeannie C

I dont have my Amazon card. I cut it up closed my account and it was totally paid up. Theyre still charging me for a prime card that was closed out. I had spoken with a customer service rep about this issue last month when an email posted showing I owed ***** and some cents for the prime card. The rep told me my account was closed but there were a second account . Now I have a ***** balance.Im not paying anything because its closed. I want this off my credit.I closed it because they kept sending me some chews that I had discontinued the orders finally they reimbursed my money and I was done. Is there anything you all can do. I will not continue to just give my money away because theyre deciding to **** me. Please help. Thanks in advance.Review fromStanley C

Do not use amazon for anything. For the past five years, from 2017 up until last May of this year 2022, Amazon has signed me up to an Amazon Music subscription without my permission, four times. If I don't cancel it, they will be taking money out of my account every month. I have called them every single time, to cancel it, and after a long window of time later, they sign me up again without my permission hoping that the large window of time would prevent me from catching it. And I know for a fact that I do not listen to music on amazon ever. Nor do I listen to music online, ever. My last phone call was last Tuesday where I demanded them to give me my money back, and they have some woman on there trying to play as if she's nice, when it is impossible for her to be nice when she knows that the company she's working for steals money out of people's account everyday, and she has people like me calling to tell her bosses to stop doing it, everyday. And they returned it without any explanation or dispute at all. They would not have returned it without dispute if it was my mistake and not them being thieves. It may be a small amount for a subscription, but it will become a large amount if I don't catch it. That is what they are hoping, that I don't catch it. Which is beside the point anyway because it is still money that they are taking which is not theirs. But I keep track of my expenses knowing that without it, I would be out on the street with no way to support myself or the people that I care about. Amazon knows that too, and just doesn't care. Nor do they care about their workers on their on-site job locations. Do yourself a favor and do not support amazon in any kind of way. Because if they have it in them do this scheme to me, and the people that work for them, then they will do it to you, society, and every one that you care about. Why is it that when you click on the link that says talk to a person, the site says the website is experencing issues and will be fixed as soon as possible. This has been showing that message for over a year and isn't fixed yet.There's no way to talk with anyone when you have a complaint about drivers delivering your packages, I've seen them just throw the packages to the ground, leaving them in my driveway, leaving them at my back door even when my instructions say to leave the packages on my front porch. Then they lie and say they left it where it was suppose to be by the the instructions given. No body is held accountable for not doing their job. I spend a lot of money with Amazon and that *** change. The government needs to crack down on the way Amazon operates and how they treat the consumers. Use to be a good thing but now the consumer does'nt have a voice against them. SAD!Review fromDavid I

PLACED TWO ORDERS THROUGH AMAZON TO WHAT APPEARS TO BE SCAM SUPPLIERS. FIRST ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED. SECOND ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS IN ************** BUT I LIVE IN *******. WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAIN, WAS TOLD THAT THIS SUPPLIER IS NO LONGER WITH AMAZON. ALL THIS TOOK PLACE WITHIN ONE WEEK AND NEVER THE ***** I WAS CHARGED FOR THE PRODUCT ANYWAY. OBVIOUSLY SCAMMERS HAVE AMAZON NUMBER AND KEEP ESTABLISHING FAKE SUPPLIER LISTINGS WITH THEM. SEEMS TO BE NO OVERSIGHT IN WHO THEY CONTRACT WITH.Review fromSusanne B

Horrible customer service from supervisor and ********. It took four weeks to get my refrigerator only to receive it damaged. The delivery company amazon hired has a list of complaints a mile long. They rescheduled my delivery for four weeks. They no showed, no called for one of those weeks. During this time i had made numerous phone calls to amazon to get this resolved, only to be met with non english speaking reps who did nothing to follow through or get this resolved. Also during that time my refrigerator was marked down 101 from what i paid. I spoke to a rep who told me to call once i received the item and then they would do the refund of the difference plus an additional 50 . It was finally delivered after four weeks and i did a chat to have them do the adjustment. I was thrn told they will not do that. Amazon has gone down the drain and i am finished with their **** poor customer service. Never agsin *** i am cancelling my account with themReview fromMichael C

On 6/13 Amazon.com charge me a $14.99 for a prime fee. I have a student account that charges around $7 a month. I called Amazon and a customer service person informed me they stoled my **** card information and applied it to an unknown dormant account that neither of us can verify and if I wanted to have this fraudulent activity stopped by Amazon I had to get my bank to chargeback the $14.99 to close my account. So Aamzon will not do what is right by taking action on an unknown account and instead passes the blame ball to me to have me do a chargeback and have Amazon view my account negatively by marking it for deletion which impacts my character and account reputation.Review fromKyle M

They are terrible to get a real person on the phone and lied to me when they did. They no longer care if the customer is satisfied or not. Very disappointing.
