I ordered 2 items. One item was not moving, although was supposed to be delivered the next day. I called and customer service said they would expedite my package and it was now coming from out of state. And that it **** was at fault. When they were never in possession of either package at this point.The next morning, my other package was "relabelled". Originally it was in ***** and on it's way. They created a new package in another state farther away to send! Now that is going to be super late. (Still not here!)My other item magically arrived at my local Amazon facility on Friday! Saturday morning it was at an airport 250 miles away, instead of the couple miles to my house. I called about that and escalated the call, but they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and do not care. And now, Sunday, it's back at my local facility and was given to *********** for delivery. So, Amazon literally retaliated for my inquiry about my package. They made everything take longer after I called and i have screenshots of everything. Amazon is terrible to their customers and they do not give a t*** about me or you. $$$$ I will be shopping ANYWHERE ELSE from now on.Review fromJessy H.

I think Amazon is an awful company. Their packages constantly come dented or ripped their customer service is terrible and their products are junk they are very rarely as described. Let's say I order five things from Amazon I might get one that works and is as described and have to return the rest. I bought a $300 item on there that stopped working 5 days after the return window closed and was told oh well there was nothing they could do about it. My roommate bought a $200 item that broke the second time she used it but the return window had just closed and was also told there was nothing that could be done. That's hundreds of dollars wasted on that websites shotty products with them saying sorry there is nothing I can do and in this economy that's just not right. I returned an item and over two weeks later had still not received my refund when I tracked the package through *** it said package cannot be found so I called customer service and was told oh yea the package is here we just haven't processed it yet it can take up to two weeks and I said it's been over two weeks and the customer service rep said "ok I'll get on it you should have it in a week" I'm sorry but I pay for Prime and in my opinion it shouldn't take almost a month to get my money back for their awful product.Review fromTalika S

Amazon has gotten worst since the pandemic! I order over **** on there and the driver did not even bring it up stairs. He said he left it in the mail room. We do not have a mail room ! I live in 5 th floor walk up! My apt is on the 4th floor. The rep going to tell me didnt u get ur package its there ! Um this is the Bronx! It can be stolen! I paid for delivery to my apt door not to the first floor! The support suck! They keep putting me on mute like this is a joke!! The rep on the phone ***** did not want to give me the iD . My package was delivered to random resident at my apartment complex. As mentioned to customer service, the door was unrecognizable and missing my wreath and tweed doormat. Following, ****** (customer service rep) stated that this must've been an error and sometimes deliverers post "RANDOM PICTURE" to complete the job. To add to this experience, she then proceeded to tell me that a refund (with confirmation to my email) was sent. I told her I had not received this email and she stated "not to worry" and to connect with amazon again if I never get this confirmation. When transferred to leadership of amazon customer service team, ******* as well confirmed that she had never sent any email for a refund. I have a documentation/screenshots of all communication. If you want to use some Gift Card by AMEX and you have already Back Up card in your Amazon account, you can not use the Gift Card and they charge to your Back Up card without any notification to you even though they sent you the e-mail with the Gift Card No.My partner won the Amex gift card ($300) from his employer's party , their anniversary. He used it buying a shoes at Zappos.com and nothing wrong. He already received the shoes but still has the balance around $200 and used at Amazon.com. Even he has his back up CC (Amex also), he added the Gift Card and cheked out and received the order confirmation under the Gift Card No.However, when checked the balance of the gift card, it was not deducted. So, he went to his Amazon Account and what it say was "they could not process the card and charged to the Back up card". They've never ever send e-mail as the gift card was not processed via e-mail and charged without his authorization.This is not acceptable. In the fact, my partner placed the order because he has extra money from the Gift Card. If he does not have the gift card, he would not order because it is not necessary item. ( We have a lot of Bluetooth speakers, so he does not need but he want to set it for another home, so ordered).If Amazon can not process it or they don't have the verified system, they should contact to the buyer and tell as they charge default card. That why I don't like to keep my credit card info on the Amazon.com. It is not secure and they do whatever they can using your CC.Review fromGlenn S

Amazon has really gone down hill. Not paying for Prime anymore if they can't deliver a package when they said they would. Instead they come 3 to 10 days later. And the people in customer service don't care. To them it's like, Oh well you can cancel if you want. What an attitude to have. One day Amazon will be a thing of the past.Review fromjosh s

My buyer and seller account have been locked for "misuse of Amazons services" for 1 month now. I've been selling on Amazon for 10 years now and have been a Prime member for the same amount of time. Yet Amazon is happy to continue to allow customers to purchase my items without me being able to fulfill the orders at all. They are also happy to charge me for Prime as well as Subscribe and Save and the storage fees for my inventory at the warehouse. Called customer service every other day for that month and emailed seller support 6+ times. Two times I received a response to my email from seller support telling me to call customer service. **************** 4 times has referred me to email seller support. Don't waste your Money on Amazon Prime. They promise 2 day delivery and rarely deliver. I just order 3 birthday presents for my niece and 2 could have been delivered on Monday but NO Amazon promised delivery day is Tuesday. Well Tuesday is here and the package started out 1 Hour and 35 minutes away at 4:50 am. It is now 5:30 pm and NO delivery scheduled for today. Why am I paying $139.00 per year???? Horrible customer servic3 over the phone seeking assistance because my families business is located literally down the street from the warehouse in ***************************** and there email for the interviews says my families business so for multiple days we have had people pouring into our shop seeking an interview from an amazon employee from 10am until 3:30 and yet I went to the warehouse seeking any kind of assistance with the situation and yet the operations person and the person with the driver vest that bot were veryyyy unprofessional and disregarded me completely then when I called corporate I was hung up on 7 times and cussed out because they kept arguing about my amazon account while I constantly explained it had absolutely nothing to do with my personal amazon account
