      in the last 3 months, orders I have placed with Amazon, 2 items never got delivered , this week 6/20, alone 2 packages were reported as delivered but never received at my address, /contacted ***** with tracking #, they track it ,ask me my address, and tell me items were delivered to a totally different address not even close to my name or address, so are the 3rd party sellers mixing up addresses or ripping people off, , I have requested refunds for both items since I never received them, and should not pay for these orders

      I had the worst experience with Amazon and will no longer be doing business with them. Theres no phone number on the website but can only have someone call me. When this person called me there was no care or customer service. I spoke with 5 reps, none helped me nor cared that I was upset needing help. One rep gave me a fake number not for Amazon 338 ****. The escalation department Tischana left the phone on and heard her talking about me. She forgot to push mute. What kind of business is this? No care for customers. No service? Fake numbers? Nothing got resolved. So disgusted and will continue to escalate this issue.

      This is a review of a Amazon Service issue. Ive always tried to see the good in all, goods, and services interactions. My negative reviews are rare, but when something really stands out, I must report the good and the bad. Amazon has the program A-to-Z Guarantee Claim. Its supposed to protect buyers that have their items sold and fulfilled by a third-party company. I am a prime member and pay for the benefits of being a prime member, which included faster shipping. I purchased something that was sold and supposedly fulfilled by a third-party company. After over 2 weeks, I hadnt received my item. At that point I contacted the A-to-Z Guarantee option. I advised them that due to the length of time, I had already purchased another item and I wanted a refund and just cancel my order for the item. Well, they denied me getting money from the third party. So, the A-to-Z Guarantee program should be called A to D, D as in DUD. My item did arrive almost 3 weeks late and due to all the shipping issues, I found a buyer for my item. Ive learned ALWAYS use a bank card so if you dont get what Amazon is advertising as a benefit, you can ask for a refund and if you dont get anywhere. Dispute the sale. I should have done this after a week

      Azamon took ***** cent out of my account without my permission I had paid them the ***** I owe them yet they went behind my back and took my money I'm so upset with them

      Amazon does not honor the warranties they advertise on their packaging. I bought an Amazon fire tablet with a 2 year worry free, new replacement warranty. When needing to use the warranty, the sent me a crappy refurbished one that was in worse condition then the original. They refuse to send a new one even though it's clearly advertised on the original packaging they would.

      I just found out that I e been enrolled into a subscription for the last 16 months that I never signed up for, as well as starz that Ive been paying for for God knows how long. I reached out about the refund, and the response I got was I am sorry to inform you it we are unable to issue a refund for previous months and that was from a supervisor that RUDELY disconnected the chat before I could even respond back. I call customer service, and they explain that I will be receiving a refund MONTHLY for the amount of months that I have been charged for. UNACCEPTABLE.. I should not have to wait 16 months for a full refund when you already have my money.

      Amazon closed my store card account after being a loyal customer for years and paying on time and even early, reporting it to credit agencys and then telling me to just open up another account, messing with my credit yet again. This is not how a business should treat loyal customers.

      I purchased for paperback books for my grandson in Feb 2022 from Amazon. When the envelope arrived, the contents were gone and was noted that it was empty when received by post office. I notified Amazon what occurred and asked for them to replace the books. They did, but I was charged again at an extra cost. Apparently Amazon is not interested in customer service. Buyer beware!

      I purchased decking material and I have not had the decking material a year and it's changing colors. I purchased the material in October of 2021 and the material started to changed colors, going from ***** to grey. Now, Amazon has only a 30 days to returned the items, but the description says it will last for years, weather resistant and durable quality material, hold up to against the weather as well. The tiles that are exposed to the sun has faded, but the tiles under a cover has maintained it's color.. I have spent over $2,000.00 for these tiles and Amazon.com has not offered me any solution, but to get in touch with the manufacturer, This AsterOutdoor is sold by Amazon Warehouse and shipped by Amazon.com. But they won't hold up to this material. AMAZON IS NO LONGER SELLING THIS COLOR, BUT THEY ARE CARRYING IT IN THE GREY COLOR.

      I am trying to get compensated for the damage they knew wasnt any good. Amazon only gave 30 day warranty on a product that claims to last for years to come. Now, they have taken the color off the market. This isnt fair to me, a consumer.

      Been amazon prime user for 7+ yrs. They recently restrict my access to give comments and also deleted all my previous comments on products. I just don't understand, I give comments to products because I found the comments there help me a lot, when choosing product, size etc. So I just want to contribute and give my own opinions. It takes time to take the photos and post the comments there!! I am ******, I emailed them and asked for a reason. Never got response.Seriously thinking dropping off amazon, target next door is sufficient for me!
