      If I was allowed to put no stars I would. I returned an item that did not work two months ago. Then I received an email that said they did not receive my return and that I would be charged for it if I did not return it so I called. They confirmed that yes it had been returned a while ago and that I would not be charged. Today I was actually charged $171 to my bank account. Now although I am overdrawn and now have no money Amazon cannot do anything about it they are going to refund me my money and I will receive it in 3 to 5 business days no matter what I do nothing can be done further. This was after me calling and confirming that I would not be charged. Now I am sol until I receive my money that was taken from me for no reason.

      Amazon has the worst customer service in the world. I ordered a ceiling fan because the temperatures in ******** has been over 100. The order did not come in as promised I asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me a refund. We told them the reason why we need them to refund and they dont care. I called again today and they told me they still dont know when it will be in.

      I recently ordered a shirt for my dog. I used the recommended sizing chart and it was too big. I initiated a return and first there was no option for sizing issues. I would like to have done a return/exchange for a smaller size but apparently this wasnt an option only replacing for the exact same item. Since I dont have Amazon Prime Im basically forced to spend $25 or more for free shipping or just not order it. They should have something where customers can give feedback and maybe work on a resolve to issues like this.

      Unauthorized charges for services NOT ordered. I received a text notification from my ******************* for a charge to my credit card for my Amazon account. I immediately checked the Amazon account but did not see an order. I subsequently contacted the CC company and had to deactivate my card. This is a major inconvenience to be without a card for 7 to 10 days waiting for a new card. I also have to update every account that is automatically charged to my CC. I then found an email from Amazon sent today notifying me that my account was given a complimentary access to Amazon Music Unlimited for 1 month free starting on 6/25/22. The "free" access was charged to my account. It showed only under the "Did Not Ship Yet" heading. I contacted Amazon to find out why my account was charged if it was "free". The agent kept insisting I was not being charged. I was then told I ordered Amazon Music last March from my Echo device. I never ordered music from Amazon and have the Echo devise set so no orders can be placed from it. I am now without a CC and will have to reset every autopay all because Amazon charged me for a service I do not want, did not order and had no knowledge about until after the fact. Amazon has absolutely no business changing my service or adding services I did not request. The agent I spoke to was useless and kept denying that I was charged until they finally cancelled the charge.

      Stealing money from the disabled you should be ashamed they locked me out of my own account which includes gift cards over $40 loaded on account its been over a month I've called 3 times and get the same answer every time I was in a domestic abuse case with adult protective services and wouldn't even update my phone number so that my abuser didn't get my notifications if he were to stalk me. You guys successfully suck!

      I have spent thousands of dollars at this website over many years, but I will never give them another dime. Over the past couple of months, 90% of everything I have ordered has been bait and switch, cheap quality, inaccurately described, received broken all to pieces, the wrong item. received late, or not received at all. I have tried to cancel items I was to receive weeks ago, and been informed I couldn't cancel the order even though the item never shipped. My credit card was charged even though the item was never shipped and they won't refund it. I have tried multiple times to get a CSR on the line, then been disconnected. I have requested a replacement for an item only to receive the replacement broken as well. I paid to have Prime shipping and it was taking longer to receive those items than without a Prime membership!!I am not quite sure what happened to Amazon, but they completely **** in every way now. They have lost my business as well as all of my associates due to their poor quality items. deceitful business practices. lackluster shipping, and extremely poor customer service. Even trying to cancel my account and receive refunds for items never received, continues to be a nightmare. I feel I will end up having to get my credit card company involved since Amazon's customer service department has been anything but helpful in trying to get all of their s**** *** resolved!! I am so over dealing with such unprofessionalism and complete lack of customer service!!

      I need to complain that Amazon banned my account for no reason. I bought an ipad for my friend yesterday, and after arriving today, my account was banned for no reason. I called customer service and they didn't give me any explanation or help me. Dealing with the problem, Amazon has damaged my basic rights as a customer and brought losses to my account, why should my account be closed without any violations. I ask Amazon to restore my account and compensate me for my losses, this is my right as a consumer

      My amazon account is?I don't understand why my phone number was abused by a hacker before to create an account or something and then Amazon banned that account along with my own main account, I sent a complaint to Amazon and they didn't solve my problem, I feel very sad about this I am an experienced online shopper I buy a lot on amazon and I feel like amazon doesn't respect my right to use as a customer and after this I used my friend's account to buy an ipad pro It arrived and my friend's account was also closed, then I called Amazon to complain I said my account was closed and they didn't give any reason and didn't fix it for me. Very bad attitude, I know maybe Amazon's security system is stricter Think my account has unsafe behavior and close it, but why my friend account is also connected, now I am here to complain I hope Amazon solve my problem and open my account, this is me as a consumer and user fundamental rights

      In returning a item via Amazon. I was informed by one of their agents that since the package involved a third-party I would have to pay out of pocket to have the package sent back and I would be reimbursed once I showed the receipt that I paid to have the package returned. But when I showed proof via copy of receipt I was then told that they could not reimburse me with a check or sent to my account I would be receiving a gift card or the amount that I paid to have the package sent back would be placed on my Amazon account. Has this been told to me in the first place I would not have done that. I can't buy gas with Amazon's account or if I need to go to the store to by groceries at ***** or any other store what good is Amazon's account? I want my money back like the man said I would be reimbursed with. He never mentioned any Amazon account and all the supervisor in the customer service could say was he was sorry about the guy mis spoken statement like that would make things right. Fack is I'm out of $37.98 and f me, Tham money in in my Amazon account whether I like it or not. I don't have a choice or say so in the matter. What happen to the customer is right? Am I going to get my cash back or I'm screwed?
