      They changed my shipping date when I removed an item from an order and now it ships out a month from now even though I have prime. I tried to change the shipping speed and all it offers is 4-5 business days after shipping, I am ordering on July 12 and it will not arrive until August 9th that is ridiculous. When I went to customer service and told them I had ********************** they said there is nothing we can do if you do not like it you can cancel your prime account. Deeply upset

      Someone had hacked my account and made several purchases. I noticed the same day and no one at Amazon did anything useful to help me. The person who hacked my account then changed it to their email so that I could not access it. Amazon said there was nothing they could do other than close that account. I had a couple of orders I made a few days ago on a gift card. I also had gift card money still on that account. Billion dollar company couldn't fulfill my order and/or give me $50 in gift cards i had lost. Cheap. Rude. Stupid. Some of the many words I can think of. Not surprised at the terrible reviews on here. They have lost my support ant business. You think they would care more about scammers hacking peoples accounts.

      amazon is restricting free speech in their review section. no matter how nice you say it if they are offended they remove your review. this company supports the *** more than Americans along with the majority of hollywood and our current government. amazon has become a national security threat.

      amazon reject negative reviews of their products in attempt to create artificial positive reviews. There is a reason why most items are ****** positives on their website. They justify their censoring and skewed review scores by saying the negative comments do not meet their guideline. Horrible company hiding their dirty nasty tactics.

      I asked to close a Prime membership, and they closed all my accounts including a Kindle account of more than 15 years with thousands of dollars in books, they literally stole my books-money

      Forget getting a helpful hand thru their ***** customer support via chat.. These people are like robots reading their answers thru a prepared automated statement with no feel of the human touch. I tried to get a credit adjustment because they went on sale today and I bought a total of about 400 dollars within the last 5 days but the only option i was given literally was to return the items and just buy the discounted ones. IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE!?? So they will be getting 6 open box items back, practically 5 days used and electronically set up already instead of crediting me the discount price and I have to go thru the process of buying the same items on sale and resetting everything up again. If this was a LIVE American based customer PHONE service I'm pretty sure I could have gotten the more sensible route.....and HEY, they don't easily advertise an actual 1 800 number customer service.....try it...Google that number.....goodluck! This 1 star is for customer care via chat, besides that ********************** is still a great place to shop!

      I bought a computer chair off Amazon last December. It is now 7 months since I first purchased this item and it is now completely unusable. I thought that this wouldn't be an issue since I purchased a protection plan for this chair. I contacted the seller and they responded with a message once per day and I'm guessing that it is because they are on a different sleep schedule than me. This communication tended to be very slow and unhelpful as the seller refused to offer a full refund. I then contacted Amazon support and they said that I needed to contact All-State since the warranty that I purchased on Amazon's website was being fulfilled by All-State. I message All-State and they said that they wouldn't cover my item since it should still be covered by the manufacturer. Since then, I messaged Amazon support again and they said that they would contact the manufacturer for me and that I would just have to "wait 2 days" for a refund. 3 days go by with no response. I contact Amazon support again and they say they will contact the seller on my behalf and demand a full refund and Amazon said that I would just have to "wait 2 days" for a refund. 3 days go by with no response, again. I contact Amazon again today and the first support agent said that they would ask the seller to issue a 50% refund and then Amazon would cover the other 50% once the seller's refund went through and that I just had to "wait 2 days for a response". I was tired of this response and I asked to be escalated to management. The support agent was very hesitant to escalate the issue and I started having to send messages multiple times to get a response. I eventually got escalated to management and the manager was very rude and told me that the previous support person had lied about amazon issuing the additional 50% and that I would have only received a 50% refund for my broken chair. The manager then disconnected the chat mid-conversation. I have been chairless for 12 days now and am getting nowhere.

      Would give zero stars if I could. On multiple occasions my packages have been lost or arrived days later. I was guaranteed by amazon employees that this would not happen yet it seems to happen every time. Amazon just likes to lie to its customers and charges for expedited ("prime") shipping and doesn't hold to the promised time. We paid for a service that was not provided. should fall under false advertising

      They owe us over a thousand dollars for an item they got back a month ago and they gave me the information as to the date they received it back. Now they have it looking like i never requested a return on this item. Anazon you are a *****. Refund our money.
