      Amazon has zero customer support. They were selling a ****** play gift card with an expired bonus (ended 6/30). However it is still on the website as of 7/9. I bought one not knowing the bonus has expired since it is in fine print at the bottom. When the bonus didn't work, I asked Amazon for a partial refund. They denied it, every though I spend $10K plus a year on their website. They admitted no wrong and still wouldn't even remove the link.

      Refused to provide a refund for an accidental kindle purchase a few hours old and and could not provide an acceptable reason why.

      I have been a Amazon account holder for many years spending thousands of dollars. I purchased a Amazfit GTS2 smart watch in Feb this year which was defective just outside 30 days. I called Amazon and they offered a replacement or refund. I liked the watch while it worked so I opted for a replacement. Within a few months I had the same issue with the smart watch. I reached out to the seller directly who offered a refund but wanted the order # which I presented to them. They messaged back stating the order # was invalid. I tried to provide the original order from Feb but at that point my message was blocked via Amazon as the order # was invalid. I reached out to Amazon and they told me I had to contact the vendor bit to ensure I give them the 2nd order # which the vendor already advised is not valid. I now have a 300 dollar paperweight..beware of tech purchases through Amazon!!!! I will never purchase anything expensive from them again!!!***************

      They frauded my friends card that was stored on my account Then were extremly rude to me. They refused to honor an item that came broken. I paid for free 2 day shipping for over 6 years and never got an item in less than 5 days. SCAM

      I bought an AIRCARE humidifier from Amazon. It is defective. I called Amazon to get a refund, which told me I had to call AIRCARE for my money. AIRCARE TOLD ME I PAID AMAZON, WHERE THEY WERE THE **** TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY! AMAZON said it would take 2 days for AIRCARE to give Amazon the money, to give to me. Amazon isn't wanting to return my money. I called yesterday and today- that is 2 days! I need help getting my money back on defective merchandise!

      I dont leave reviews unless its bad. So here we go yall. I order a food saver vacuum sealer thingy. I actually have the Amazon delivery guy throwing the box on the porch. I heard a loud thump on my wooden front porch so I check the camera while arming myself with my shotgun. Then I see its Amazon, long story short; I let him leave. I did not open the door at all until he left, I opened the ******* knew it was broke. I just knew it! I tried to use ******* wouldnt snap close all the way. A small piece of plastic was broke off sitting at the bottom of the box. I ordered a replacement immediately. Then Amazon says return the broken item.for what? I threw that c*** in the trash with force once I saw that it didnt work & now Amazon is trying to charge my card for not returning something that was broke by their employee. On camera, I still have the ********* will go fully public with this if Amazon continues to try & charge my debit card. My name is got **** ****** *************************** from ********************************************************. Better check my resume

      I have the same issues as others. I tried to return an item that was still packaged. Messaged the seller to ask about returning the item to only receive an email saying the seller has left the store. I called 5 times about it between may 9th and may 16th when finally someone says we see the seller has left the store, we will issue a refund in 2 weeks. So I called today, July 6th, because it did not make sense on why I have not received a refund to only be told "we can issue a promotional credit but we can not issue a refund". **** would never
