09 2022 This year I bought a new printer a Brother J4535DW printer. In July of this year, I get a notification from my printer that my color ink cartridges are getting low. OK, so I price cartridges and find the best price on Amazon for $65.49 each for the XL capacity cartridges I go to the packages for the XL ink cartridges I bought this past July 15, 2022. I ordered one (1) XL Magenta, one (1) XL Cyan, and one (1) XL Yellow. The cost of all this with tax is over $ 200 . I find out I have one XL Magenta, One XL Cyan and one (1) regular size Cyan. I do not have one XL Yellow I paid for.I just have to contact Amazon and get this righted. I get on Amazon Chat. I explain the whole situation to some person. They tell me that they will credit my Amazon account, but I need to send the wrong cartridge back. Then, the person tells me I will have to pay a restocking fee of about $15.00 For the wrong cartridge Amazon sent to me. I said NOPE. This is not going to happen. I said elevate me to your manager.I elevate two more times. This last person also tells me they cannot do anything. I tell this person some time back I bought an expensive robot vacuum for a relative. I returned a broken one twice and they replace it. Then on the third return Amazon says keep the vacuum and we will return the money. On other occasions Amazon does the we can do this as a onetime courtesy and makes a bad issue right. I tell this person, just give me a credit if you cannot waive the restocking fee. Then I am net zero out of pocket. Nope, Amazon cannot do this I am told again. Now I am livid. I say OK, I am canceling my Prime Membership fully, I am cancelling Prime Video, I am cancelling Prime Amazon Music Ultimate, and I will obviously not make any more purchases on Amazon, a cost of over thousands of dollars a year on top of the loss of the annual fees I pay for these premium services. FOR $15 . This person says I cannot help you. They owe me $40 for the smaller cartridge.Review fromGerald M

My concern is about Amazon.com Services LLC selling product that never existed to be sold in the first place. A few weeks ago Amazon Services LLC listed product (Speaker) for exclusive sale by them at reduced price at X amount in Amazon Market place. The computer stated 1 item in inventory so I made purchase. While your sales/inventory computer program did what it was programmed to do...count inventory until inventory is depleted and stop further purchases while displaying item is no longer being sold/out of stock, I was immediately shown a date of expected delivery and emailed same info. A few days later on delivery date, I received sale cancellation notice via email. That day I complained to customer service about the unexpected cancellation and left it at that. Your people have zero communication with any Amazon warehouse where item is sold to inform customer of after purchase status and stage of processing for delivery. All they know to say is the inventory count displayed from their computer. A few weeks later the same item appeared at same price being sold by same business ( Amazon.com Services LLC ), and same happened. I made purchase and the sales process was same. Was not given delivery notice conformation the day before delivery date as Amazon always does. Seeing this, I called the day prior to item's projected delivery and requested confirmation of delivery time and if product was being processed for shipment to me. No one at Amazon could find an answer to my question until talking to a supervisor about the tentative repeated issue due to past experience with item. The only answer I received was his inability to communicate directly to any one at the warehouse. He was able to see the item was not in inventory and was never being prepared for being shipped to me...once again!Amazon lacks being a good business to depend on for receiving item purchased.A waste of time and will need to start purchasing from brick and mortar storesReview fromSarah E

I wrote a review on a company who sent me my chocolate and it was MELTED. It was for an associate appreciation event. I was not rude at all, simply stated the facts: 1-* from ********************************* on September 12, 2022 Was MELTED on delivery I'm upset to have paid $26 for hershey bars for an employee appreciation event, and they are completely melted. Not returnable either, how unfortunate. If you're going to sell chocolate, you need to package it correctly. Amazon would not publish my feedback, stating:While we appreciate your time and comments, reviews must adhere to the following guidelines A few common issues to keep in mind:Your review should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it. Feedback on the seller or your shipment experience should be provided at https://www.amazon.com/hz/feedback.We do not allow profane or obscene content. I was not rude, was simply stating a fact and issue!Review frombeth c

The customer service has gone down hill over the past year. I have tried several times to speak with customer service regarding return issues, but they give me the run- around. I can speak with anyone and no one fixes the issue. I have been a customer for 10 years. I have canceled my membership.Review fromMish M

Definitely getting worse. You can't trust delivery dates. Things go missing. I've had the wrong order delivered and then after I returned item, I'm told I didn't return it. Deliveries are not often at my door. I have to go searching for it. I'm currently waiting on an item I specifically chose for 1 day delivery. It's now day 3 and they wouldn't let me cancel the order yesterday. I ended up going to the store to buy what I needed. I am going to be giving my business to someone else from now on.Review fromAdrienne S

******** s I had a horrible experience with Amazon on 09/03/22 I purchased a dog cage and expected delivery was supposed to be 09/6/22 it didn't come on that date I waited two days after that I couldn't wait any longer I had to go back to work. I called Amazon for a refund, they told me I had to wait until 09/09/22 to receive my refund call back. So I did and they told me on the 9th they couldn't issue me my refund because I can pick it up at the post office. I thought that was ridiculous, at this point I was discussed with there customer service and I refused the package in order to receive my refund.the point that I'm making is because of there customer service I no longer wanted the item and because I wanted my money back they put me through changes.Review fromE. Amazon.com customer service has drastically decreased in the past few months. I reached out via chat support appx 3 weeks ago regarding an order I received and needed to return. The item was never opened from its original shipping package. I was told I couldn't return the item however would be receiving a credit to my account. After waiting several days and not receiving the credit, I contacted customer support again, spoke with a different representative who told me no credit was being issues and there was nothing that could be done. The item I purchased stated nothing on the product page about not being returnable at the time of purchase.Today I contacted Amazon customer support regarding 2 different orders that are showing as delivered to my door step and/or parcel pending locker however we never received. I communicated that I've checked with my roommate, neighbors and apartment leasing office for the packages and had no luck finding the items. I was told by the representative that its my responsibility to receive the packages (which I was confused by and asked for more clarity as I have purchased items from the amazon website and haven't received the items from the shipping vendors they work with - when I asked for more information on this statement that chat was closed and I wasn't able to continue the conversation. this was intentional)Review fromCarmen J

For the past 2 years I've had problems with Amazon's delivery drivers not adhering to delivery instructions. I have added within my order specific delivery instructions because I *********** impaired. Each time I complain directly to Amazon they state the issue will be addressed and it is not. There is not even an option to indicate the customer is handicapped or mobility impaired. It is difficult to next to impossible for someone like myself to use stairs or attempt to use a "hub". I've indicated this numerous times on my orders and nothing is done. It's always left somewhere that is difficult for me to walk to. What is the point of delivery instructions if they are not adhered to? This might be a HUGE reason why my doctor says my injury will never heal properly.Review fromKaren D

Was a huge prime customer but now it seems even though its listed as Amazon prime it takes well over the two days to get packages. Thinking about canceling my membership. Please dont listed as prime if youre not going to be able to back up the shipping.Review fromMatt M
