      Under "Your Orders" for 9/13/2022 delivery there was this statement "Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a resident" IS A COMPLETE LIE. The packages were left on my front porch which was fine and I did not see the delivery person. For that person to state that lie so easily is utterly annoying to me and I repudiate it. Telling a lie may be a small thing to some but it is a bad seed planted and will grow exponentially in this unfortunate age of fallacious public statements. I rate this delivery as 1 star and would rate it less if there was that option. The products were adequate, but the delivery person lied

      I purchased (2) two items that had a delivery date. One of the items I paid $10 for expedited delivery. As soon as the items shipped the dates moved back multiple days. The item that was expedited will now arrive five days later. Amazon let me know that despite the fact they charge people for expedited shipping; they have nothing to do with shipping therefore you are screwed. There is absolutely no recourse. Even though there will be no one here to receive it, I am out $80. Their delivery dates are completely fraudulent, because how it was explained to me was those delivery dates don't mean anything and YES they can charge you for expedited shipping even though they have no control over that and if it arrives late "sorry". This should be illegal. I can't cancel my orders, but they will not be delivered when it said they would be. I will be out of town for two weeks and now I am out $80. I don't have $80 to give away to Amazon. The $10 expedited delivery fee is maddening, especially when a supervisor tells you on the phone "We have absolutely nothing to do with delivery. We just charge extra for it."

      Over the past several years, I frequently have a package delayed in delivery. I have been able to call Amazon customer support and ask to speak to a representative in *****************. I have been able to speak to a person who is able to identify the location of my package. Frequently this has been an error in Amazon's shipment such as the package was loaded on the wrong truck.I ordered a pacakge on Thursday, September 15th. Today the tracking information on the Amazon website shows: Friday, September 16 7:00 PM Package delayed in transit 4:00 PM Package delayed in transit 5:17 AM Package left an Amazon facility. *********, ** ** Carrier picked up the package. *******, ** ** Today the status on the website shows the package is delayed. I called Amazon customer support. I asked to speak to a customer service manager in *****************. I was told this optionis no longer available. On the website it shows the package will be dlivered today but there has been no change in the tracking. The person I just spoke to said the package will be delivered tomorro.w. I pay for Amazon prime. This is unacceptable.

      As a Prime member, I have ordered a rediculous amount of merchandise from Amazon. Amazon Logistics has repeatedly failed to deliver the merchandise on the day promised, and **************** is like being passed around by used car salesmen. I pay a premium for Prime, and sometimes pay a premium on merchandise to have it delivered the next day. Amazon Logistics has repeatedly failed to deliver the next day, and gives me a 3 day window for delivery. Why am I paying premiums, in advance, for merchandise that is not delivered as promised? I no longer trust Amazon to keep their word or resolve an issue properly.

      I purchased two Kindles, one for myself and one for my family member. We share an Amazon account, and therefore, one Kindle Unlimited account. It is impossible to have two kindles using the same Kindle Unlimited account without seeing each other's books. So when I download a book to my Kindle, it downloads to theirs also and vice versa. We don't want to see what each other is reading or have their books taking up storage on the other's Kindle.You should be able to share an Amazon/KU account (i.e. with a spouse) and have the content only go to one device. So, basically for two family members to each have a Kindle with our own content, we'd have to set up two Amazon accounts and purchase two KU subscriptions. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Several times I called to get a package they delivered to my address that was supposed to have gone on the otherside of our country instead of sending a driver to pick up the package to deliver it across the country they put me through h*** to verify who I was. So this is where your package has gone people. It says it's delivered but because inexperienced people ship it to the wrong address and Amazon is to cheap to hire American people who speak English or people from ******* who speak English.

      You have now stolen over 80dollars from me. I called your customer customer service based out of ******* who could have cared less. I have been a Paying customer for over 5 years. This last time which you stole 18 dollars plus 3 for rushed shipping along with my 15 dollar monthly subscription is too much. I have never done this but it is not acceptable. Your customer support who was unable or unwilling to help hung up on me. If I do not hear back I will contact my attorney general.

      Canceled an order I had already paid for because it was priced to cheap saying ut was out of stock but the same part number is indeed in stock but is double in price now

      I wish I could give zero stars!! I have always loved amazon and never had an issue! However, we just got married and registered on amazon. We registered for a honeymoon fund! We booked our honeymoon and tried to withdraw our money! You are not allowed to redeem for cash and or gift cards. You can ONLY use on amazon purchases. DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS!!!!! YOU WILL USE YOUR HONEYMOON FUND ON PAPER TOWELS AND TOILET PAPER RATHER THAN YOUR HONEYMOON.
