      Amazon has blocked me from leaving customer reviews and asking questions. Ive repeatedly tried to get an answer . They did email me once saying yes your blocked, but were not going to tell you way!! Ive spend thousands of dollars. I dont use foul language and keep it clean. Anyone can tell me who to contact??

      Amazon is becoming more of a joke everyday. I pay for prime membership for the "supposed" convenience of next day deliveries, free shipping and etc. yet I cannot count how many times their drivers have delivered orders to the incorrect address, snap a picture and send it to me to simply confirm they're clueless, careless and apparently incompetent of simply delivering a package to the proper address. It would be forgiving if not for the fact that it's become a consistent norm now. They apparently don't vet their drivers very well or not at all. The **** would be a disaster if they allowed their drivers this much incompetence.Other times, I've paid for "advertised" next day deliveries that sometimes never come; have to go through an automated bot that asks irrelevant questions before I can get someone on the line to address the ********'s even more insulting when I pay "extra" for an overnight delivery that never comes or goes to another address and be told I have to wait another day or 2 before something can be done. But I don't recall Amazon waiting a day or 2 to take my money for the order.Amazon and the subsidiary "******" should spend less time focusing on technology that invades folks privacy and more time getting their c*** together.Their lack of reliable service is definitely a strong motivation to go to local stores or a more competent online vendor for purchases when I need real "convenience" I'd give them a strong 0 or -1 if I could.

      ORDERED A FARMHOUSE CHINOIS SET AND GOT A BAMBOO CUTTING BOARD AND NOW WON'T REFUND MY MONEY BACK. I MAILED THE CUUTING BOARD BACK SAME DAY GOT ****** I NEED MY ***** BACK IN MY BANKACCOUNT ITS BEEN SINCE SEPTEMBER AND STILL NOTHING THE BANK REFUND IT CAUSE THEY NEVER TOOK THE MONEY OUT AMAZON DID. THANKS ****** ****

      I ordered a Christmas gift off of Amazon thinking it would be here, I had my package marked as delivered, but it never showed. Amazon gave me a refund So I gave them another chance and re-ordered my package. 34 days later, still havent received my package. I contacted customer support. They told me there was nothing they can do other than give me a refund. So altogether 45 days for a package that never showed and still wasnt able to give my girlfriend one of her Christmas gifts. When I was asked if there was anything else I needed, as I was typing The chat was closed on me. This was poor customer service on ********************** makes me rethink who our order through.

      Amazons customer service is absolute TRASH. I recently purchased an **** and some accessories through my Amazon account. I did receive my order, but once I received the order & paid, I had another pending charge for the same amount on my account. This pending charge took ALL of my money, but when I called to speak to customer service about the duplicate transaction, I received the RUDEST worker alive. He had the nastiest attitude, continued to cut me off while I was speaking, was extremely short with his responses, repeatedly saying We didnt take your money. I just said we didnt take your money. Before calling Amazon, I did reach out to my bank where they went into detail about how it was not on their end and it seems Amazon did in fact attempt to charge me twice. At one point in the call, he completely stopped talking to me so I began speaking to those around me about the situation. He chimed in after ignoring me for 3+ minutes saying, I just told what was going on. Im going to hang up the call now. Ive never received such a hard time with Amazon, but Im honestly rethinking my decision to ever use them again. TERRIBLE SERVICE and no resolution to the problem at hand. Just nasty a** attitudes and audacity.

      ******** customer service. I pay for **********************, but I cant count I getting what I ordered undamaged OR on time. I ordered scrapbook paper and water soluble oil pastels. Both were shipped (separately) in a thin bag for shipping. Despite coming in a metal tin, the oil pastels arrived broken. Amazon refuses to reship until they have RECEIVED the damaged item! Then if they ship poorly again, I have to make another trip to return THAT item too. They replaced the scrapbook paper, but despite me complaining that the damage occurred because of poor shipping, they still shipped in a thin, plastic envelope. I received the replacement, which was ALSO damaged AND THE WRONG PRODUCT. They wont replace that order at all. I would need to reorder, which means pay more rather than get the sale price I ordered at. I spoke to a manager for nearly an hour with absolutely no help. He kept saying we cant do that reship now, ship on time, package paper better. Finally, I asked for this months prime fees to be refunded since I have not received the service I paid for, and he ALSO CANT DO THAT. He said he could issue a one time promo for $15.00. And that was classed as a favor. Really? Im not getting the service I am PAYING FOR, and a refund for that service is unreasonable? That sounds like fraud to me. Order elsewhere. There are companies that have MUCH better customer service. Do what Im going to do and support the businesses that care about customer satisfaction. ********************, please investigate Amazons fraudulent practices.

      Complete false advertising. Will be deleting their service. Don't advertise you'll get your product by *** the next day when it takes 2 days. I want to file a lawsuit against them for false advertising. If it takes 2 days , say 2 days but when you say next day by 4am, that means next day by 4 am.

      I had a very disappointing experience with costumer service. I ordered an item and paid extra for next-day shipping, but after placing the order, I was informed they couldnt fulfill the next-day delivery. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but they failed to process the cancellation and ended up shipping it to me the following ******* make matters worse, when I reached out to request a return and refund, they refused. This was completely unacceptable, as they didnt honor their shipping promise and didnt respect my attempt to cancel the order.I feel like I wasted my money and time on a service that doesnt value its customers. I will avoid doing business with amazon in the future.

      I have NEVER purchased an Amazon gift card nor used one. All gift card activity shown in my Amazon account if FRAUD. This has been going on from Nov,1 2019 until Sept 16 2024. ALL ACTIVITY IS FRAUD. I have contacted Amazon about this 3 times with no feed back. Typical example , on Sept, 4 2024, *********** $16.44, twice used. ALL FRAUD. Every gift card transaction is FRAUD. Please respond to this. Do I need to go to the Better Business Bureau about this? Transaction # *************** is dated 11-8, 2020. Your system would not let me enter this date, but it is clearly posted in my account.

      Amazon has accused our household of exceeded number of returns. Amazon has not followed instructions to put all packages in lock box. I responded to allegations, and team refused to respond back. I was told to reply to email, and dod so. I received automated message email cannot be sent to department. A signature is required on all my deliveries, but time and time again Amazon has refused to put our packages in lock box.
