      I purchased an ice machine / water dispenser in April of 2024 through Amazon Seller PETSJOY. It has been working fine until a week or so ago where the ice maker and cold water feature would turn off automatically. I contacted customer support through ******* and we have been in communication by troubleshooting the problem, then to learn that their product is defective and that they would offer 5% off if I would like to purchase another ice machine from their company. I am not satisfied with this decision, I purchased their product less than 1 year ago with use of regular wear and tear they conclude the product is defective. I will not purchase again from them, they do not stand behind their product after less than 1 year of purchase. I warn others to beware of buying from this company. A huge disappointment.

      i'be halved my amazon purchases because of their cust srvice, which is why i ordrted from them in first place, i no longer feel my orders are safe! and they no lonher have free returns! good luck

      I am beyond frustrated with Amazon's customer service. I recently encountered an issue with an order, and after multiple attempts to resolve it, I was left on hold for an excessive amount of time. When I finally got through, the representative was dismissive and, quite frankly, dishonest. I caught them in a lie, and instead of taking responsibility, they just kept making excuses and giving me vague, unhelpful ********** make matters worse, my package is just sitting there with no updates, and when I ask about the issue with my order, Im suddenly told I need to verify myself for a refunddespite never even requesting one. Theres been no suspicious activity on my account, so I dont understand why they would make up lies and complicate the situation further.Ive been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has made me question my trust in Amazon. Its incredibly disappointing to be treated like this, and Ill seriously reconsider shopping here again if this is how Im going to be treated as a customer.I just want transparency and a solution, but instead, Im left with lies and endless delays.and they still have my money and the items i paid for

      TERRIBLE SUPPORT FROM AMAZON SUPERVISORS! Amazon hires cheap low quality labor outside of the U.S! I wasted over a 1/2 hour on the phone earlier with Amazon when I discovered they took advantage of my credit card on file and been charging me for a movie channel (Cinemax) for the past 3 months! The first rep I spoke with told me it was a glitch in the system. I told him I had a hard time understanding his thick accent, he asked me if I wanted a supervisor. I said "Ok", hoping someone that speaks English well would come on the phone. Manager Sachin came on. He seemed to have no patience and his personality was that of a genuine jerk! I had to repeat questions to him and he would not respond timely or correctly. I told him that I discovered 3 charges on my credit card for a movie channel that I never requested. He said it wasn't a glitch. He said we did it on our end! I told him it didn't happen on our end. He insisted it did. He instructed me to add a pin onto my ********************** Video. I asked him multiple times if we would have to add this pin every time we opened up ********************** Video. He said no. He either lied, did this deliberately to upset me, or was totally incompetent, because after midnight, I discovered that the pin is needed every time we open up ********************** Video! I called back at 12:19am to complain about this manager Sachin and get this problem he caused me, fixed. I spoke with a woman manager that I could not understand her accent. I asked her name and all I could understand is that it began with Pra. I asked her to repeat it and she would not say another word. I could see she was on the phone still and had put me on mute. I kept asking her to respond and she just kept ignoring me! Eventually she disconnected the call. My issue never got resolved! She was just as rude and ignorant as the other manager! They both should be fired from their jobs! Amazon needs to keep jobs in the **** and stop hiring people from other countries that don't care about American customers!

      Amazon is an awful company they allow fraudulent activity to happen and the do absolutely nothing about it. As a prime member I will be canceling my account with them. I called the company and advised of the unauthorized charges which they confirmed was on someone elses account. But did nothing else about it just swept it under the carpet and said call your bank. What that its its it??? Poor customer service. The proper thing would have been to report that person, open an investigation. But instead they did nothing. Be careful with this company.

      I placed an order for a 75 inch T.V on January 15th 2025. It was supposed to be delivered Saturday January 18th 2025 between 8 am and 8 pm. My t.v never came even after i contacted customer support at 6 pm. Im disabled and someone was supposed to be setting this t.v up from Amazon as well. Not only do they not know where my T.V is or when it will be here they told me if I dont have it but the 21st they can order a replacement which I would have to wait longer. This has been a major inconvenience and I have nothing to watch. My son came over and wanted to make sure this transaction went fine due to my disability. Hes upset and so am I. Then they had the nerve to ask me if I contacted the carrier. I have no clue who that is. Amazons customer service and more so delivery guarantees have become past horrible. The customer is not number 1 at all. Something needs to be done! Sorry just dont cut it.

      I rarely use Amazon to sell items, but I forgot one item that I had listed. Someone purchased it and because I didn't mark the shipment properly on their website I contacted their support. I spoke to Slipi via Chat with Amazon Support. They said I had not marked the shipment properly and sent me canned responses including weblinks to their cancellation info. I asked for assistance and after waiting for a few minutes I received this response:*****:I was then told, "This is a seller fulfilled order hence you can contact the buyer for payment issues."I was told to contact the buyer, but the information is not on the website or anywhere I can access because the order was cancelled.Losing the sale cost me over $40. Their chat support is horrid and I would highly recommend not selling with them. I'm cancelling my seller account ****.

      My delivery instruction specifically state to not leave my packages downstairs by the building entrance. Instead I ask the drivers to actually come upstairs to my front door and deliver the package to me. The driver on this specific day was too lazy to walk upstairs and left my packages downstairs and being so my packages were stolen. Amazon told me that I have to file a police report for them to do anything. Why would I go out of my way to file a police report? We order online for convenience. If I had time and did not work 7 days a week, I would be shopping in person instead of online. I spend at least $1000 plus per year because I use Amazon for my business. They are truly scammers.

      AMAZON LIES TO ITS CUSTOMERS WHEN THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED. THEY WILL NOT TELL THEM THE ****** THEY DO NOT GET THE PRODUCTS THERE ON TIME.AND THEY'RE THE WORST. IF YOU WANT TO BE WITH A GOOD COMPANY, DON'T GO WITH AMAZON BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY ARE ARE THE WORST. I ordered a tree for my son's birthday. They lied to me and said it would be there in 2 days. I looked up and they had returned it to the d*** Seller. Now I have no birthday gift for my son. AMAZON SAT THERE AND LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE. THEY TOLD ME THE **** WAS ON ITS ******* CANNOT TRUST LIARS ON ANYTHING. They forced me to give them one star.They should have a negative five *********** on here. I used to trust Amazon. Now they're nothing but liar and feeds, they steal your stuff, they don't give you what you want, and and they charge you out landish amounts.

      I have had great customer service with ********************** until today. I was charged for shipping in error on 12/13/24 and they said I would get a promotional credit. They final issued it today! After I contacted them about 8 times!! But you can only use on Amazon items and shipped by Amazon. Ridiculous. I asked for a Supervisor and shouldn't wouldn't do anything to help me!! Very disappointed!!!
