      I brought a (Allewie Full Size Platform Bed Frame with Fabric Upholstered Headboard and Wooden Slats Support, Fully Upholstered Mattress Foundation/No Box Spring Needed/Easy Assembly, Dark Grey) From amazon, I have noticed the delivery was not made in good shape. Without opening the package i returned the item, Amazon is not refunding you and that they are requesting outrageous private information from you just to get your refund. Amazon is demanding to provide the Driving License which concerns my identity and privacy to provide full refund.

      I purchased, and want to purchase more 4 Aces cigarette tubes from Amazon, and the price on the box is $2.49 per box, but Amazon charges more than that, when it's CLEARLY MARKED ON THE BOX!!!

      I placed an order for Christmas presents. Order information:Order date Dec 19, 2024 Order total $225.08 (4 items)I ordered 2 pair of boots. The boots didn't fit. I returned the boots and Amazon received the boots on January 03, 2025. I spoke to an Amazon representative on January 20, 2025 and was assured that I would receive my refund to my AMAZON account on January 21, 2025. I still have not received my refund. On the product page it states that you have 30 days to return the items for a refund. Now Amazon is stating that I have to wait 30 days for a refund. They didn't wait 30 days to take the money out of my account. This is ridiculous after I was guaranteed that the refund would be in my account on a certain date. Then the associate had the nerves to hang up on me after I asked for the legal departments information so I can file complaint. At this point I am going to try and find a lawyer to see if I can get a class action lawsuit going for misleading consumers. I buy alot of high price things on Amazon and I read the refund policy for this reason because if I'm not satisfied I want to return and get my refund. I would not have ordered them if I would have know I have to wait 30 days to get my money back. I will being canceling my subscription for ALL of my Amazon accounts and subscriptions. I refuse to give a company my money and they can't respect or value me as a customer.

      Serivce they not are provide correct information even u summmit the invoice they donnt belive it i think they are rude npt corprate i did msny time to rrach out but no snswer they always no good invoice . Am using the seller the ****** they say proudct aumituc and they selling same proudct and even i never the proudct

      Amazon uses **** for delivery service, however, items never arrive.I ordered a $600 item that never arrived & **** lied saying they delivered ******, Amazon is requiring that I file a police report before they will do a refund or reorder.I have been a Prime member for many years and Amazon has gone down hill.Their customer service is non-existent.I have cancelled my membership and from reading the other reviews, it appears that a class action lawsuit is in store for this company......

      Seems like every other order there is a problem with shipping the item. I have to contact customer support after a week of no activity, for them to say, oh yea, I'll escalate that and it will ship in 24 hours. Does not ship, so contact customer support for them to tell me the same thing. What other online business does this. It is the basic premise of online business. I put in the order and pay, you ship the items. I should not have to constantly check and keep a business accountable for not shipping items. If I didn't bring these cases up and forgot, I would never get my items which feels like plain theft. Obviously the best selection of stuff out there. However they have shown they don't have the ability to run a business this big and expansive

      I ordered a Apple Watch 7 series from Amazon I never got a confirmation message from them to unlock my lockbox Ive called them for 5 days and they tell me that I didnt order anything I used Zip buy now pay later to purchase the item from Amazon my account was deleted and I dont have the information I was given they said that my item was in the lockbox but they will not provide me the lockbox code or replace the item I have got i they will not refund me any money back, I just want my item or my money back so I am reaching out to the BBB to solve this issue thank you very much I hope to hear from you soon.

      I've about over Amazon and it's lies and overpriced tactics whats the point of Prime when Products constantly show up late and they have no excuse for it. The customer service agents are incompetent and lie about where a package is when they're running late. Someone needs to bring a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Amazon because this is getting out of hand with they way they get away with scamming customers.
