      The customer service is horrible. They lie about delivery times and dates. As soon as I order something the date of delivery changes. I had some medicine I ordered in December and it is now January ********************************************************************** saying they never got ( what turns out to be an essay) email explaining the situation but the sent it in twice. I moved into my new home 5?months ago and they have lost about 90% of my pkgs. they are horrible.

      Beware! *** purchased several large items from Amazon Prime. Im promised a delivery date during my purchase but shortly after my order, that date changes. Most large deliveries take close to a month to get. When Ive tried to cancel my order, they tell me I cant. I purchased a TV, over $700 on December 27, received the defective TV, Amazon Prime was aware of the defective TV but sold it anyway. I still have not received my refund a month out. Not acceptable. *** had to contact my financial institution to dispute charges that they have yet to refund. You are better off buying from a direct store.

      I have been an Amazon prime customer for YEARS and this month I canceled my membership and will not be buying from Amazon ever again. Youre losing thousands of dollars a year from me and many others because of your association with ***** and willingness to remove DEI policies.

      After a decade of being an Amazon prime member, I cancelled my membership. All of a sudden, they could not find my address for prime deliveries. They even went so far as to tell me to go to the house pictured on proof of delivery and get my package. Since then, I only use Amazon if I can't find what I need locally. I recently placed an order well over $100, and everything except 1 item was delivered in about 9 days. It has now been 22 days since my order was placed, and 3 conversations with customer service, and still no package. For the past 2 weeks, I've been promised 2 business days, but its still not shipped. I explained that I can now use Amazon to contact the manufacturer or seller directly and cut them out of the process completely by ordering directly from the manufacturer. Apparently they are now so big the don't care about the loss of membership and other business. So done with Amazon.

      I returned an item and must have missed an option to request money refunded to card I ordered on versus Amazon credit. I received credit and I am trying hard to get my money back as I returned the item and need to get something else NOT from Amazon. This was VERY deceptive and created that way on purpose. Once this is figured out I will not order from this company again. They make so much money. They can give me money back. And it's impossible to talk to anyone.

      Paid for Amazon Prime and was suppose to get free 2 day shipping in December-January. I've never had my items arrive in that time frame. It's taking a week or two to get what I ordered so I canceled my subscription. Does anyone actually look into these 4000+ claims? It seems like the company is getting away with cooking people out of money. When I had Prime before *** or ***** would deliver. They used **** for my PRIME deliveries.

      Amazon has become absolutely ridiculous and abusive to customers. Requiring an ID to receive a refund - holding my money hostage - after I have already successfully returned an item in mint condition - is illegal. My ID was not required to purchase the item, so it should not be required to receive my refund. And even when I send the *** I was given the runaround. This is absolute consumer and financial abuse - and those doing this and who are responsible for this illegal company policy should be fired - amongst other consequences.

      On January 7th, I placed an order for a ************ Chair priced at CAD ******, which was charged to my Mastercard. At the time, the order was successfully placed. However, on January 10th, during delivery , I did not receive the one-time password required for delivery, and as a result, the courier was unable to complete the delivery. Later, I was notified that my payment required verification, so I had no choice but to cancel the order. After canceling the order, my account was frozen. When my account was restored, I noticed that the order information was no longer available. However, the amount of CAD ****** was already charged to my Mastercard ending in 0760, and I am unable to confirm the status of the order. On January 14th, I contacted customer service regarding this issue and was informed that the refund would be processed within 5 business days. However, after checking my credit card statement, I see that the amount has still not been refunded. On January 21st (Tuesday), I contacted customer service again and was assured that the refund would be processed within 2 business days, and I would receive an email notification. However, as of today, the refund has not been credited back to my account, and I have not received any updates or explanations regarding this matter. Additionally, there is no record of this order in my order history, making it impossible for me to track the return or refund process. This is the third time I am reaching out to customer service about this issue, and it has yet to be resolved. I am just a student, and it was Amazons system issue that caused my order information to disappear. Does this mean they can just refuse to refund my money? CAD 440 is a significant amount for meit can support me for a long time. What should I do?

      Amazon should review and aquire seller info. before advertising an item. For example: I saw a tiny house for $9,600 with free shipping. But when Amazon got me in touch with this manufacturer the price was $15,000 with a hefty $3,500 shipping fee. So obviously it's a deception. I've been paying for prime membership of $14.99 for over 3 years and have ordered hundreds of products. The one problem also is, you can not leave a negative review for Amazon, only the product and seller, which also seems unfair. Amazon should be held accountable to some degree. One instance as well, their customer service is outsourced to other countries, who provide little help and my last inquiry, the call was dropped. An $18,500 would be purchase is quite scary if I was duped. Just can't risk this. Something needs to be done about this.

      I purchased the new kindle colorsoft and received one of the defective units that have the yellow bar at the bottom of the display. I told them on January 16, 2025 and they said they would provide me with a replacement and I can expect to receive it on Tuesday January 21st 2025, meaning I was supposed to receive it 5 days!!! That already seems quite long right. but nope it was then delayed till Friday January 24th, 2025 so now the time Ive been waiting is 8 days and today when I checked to see the status of the order it was delayed for a second time till January 26th, 2025!!!! And both times the item was delayed I contacted them just to make sure it was correct seems simple right.1) start chat 2) tell them 3) get info But nope they transferred me to different support agents well over ******************************************************************************************************************** but also I feel very disrespected as if they have a problem with just me alone very poor customer service and very bad
