      They aren't monitoring who's selling products some of these manufacturers don't even exist or they're all under one person. I had tried to but a no instead of the normal 1-2 weeks it was a full on month the value was up to 45 dollars as there were still December discount( January 3rd) after 2-3 weeks go by and im suspicious as there are other products that have been sent damaged or not up to snuff. I ask about this package but there is nothing they can do so I just wait. Come to now the week of the delivery it was supposed to be Friday but come to find out it says it was delivered on the 13th of January. I don't know if I got an invisible mop set but my mop never arrived( I'm home most of the time theyre dropping things off ). I just got off taking with them but they only offered a pittance of ****************************************************** even explaining the reasoning of the app marking it delivered.

      Amazon had me falsely registered as a Prime Member, with a payment of $14.99 to be collected by them on 2/11/2025. I did not register for a Prime Membership. Any trial Prime Membership/s were cancelled. I was alerted to this FRAUD by an email that stated that I was not utilizing my Prime benefits for Amazon Music. After receiving this spurious email, I logged in to Amazon, only to see that they had me "rigged".

      Terrible I ordered Amazon basic pads with wings 144 count size 5 I thought but when they arrived next day February 2 2025 I saw they was a size 1 no problem I opened the Amazon app saw I could return up until march 4th of this year ok no problem hit the link I was asked why I am returning I put ordered wrong item cause it does not give option for size ok then I was asked if item was open I select no item unopened in its original packaging then I was told not eligible for return like what how I cant return what makes it ineligible in its original package untampered with and why does it tells me I can return up until march 4th anyway I was told it was nothing that they could do very rudely as I was told to call the manufacturer which is Amazon I never heard you couldnt walk into the store or buy online pads and not be able to return for wrong size due to health and safety reasons how its still packaged all in all I am out of $14 and some coins they told me to sale them to get my money back why send me through the steps of uploading pictures just to be like oh we cant help you even more so why does it say its eligible and not be up until you have a problem then u see its not I think if I saw it was ineligible for returns I would had paid extra attention to what I was buying I been shopping Amazon pads for years this will be my last I will be canceling all my memberships with them I am disgusted I was treated very poorly and the have false advertising never heard you cant return pad I want my money back and a apology

      Packages are rarely delivered in time. Ive even tried having packages delivered to my sons house that is closer to the job and I still do not get them in time or they are delivered to the wrong address. They tell you that if you spend $25 you can choose a timeframe to get the package delivered. That never happens and you receive an email stating it will be delivered at another time, that never happens and it ends up being days before its delivered.

      For $21.50, we ordered 6 packages (of Nature's Bakery Whole Wheat Fig Bars, Blueberry) each containing 6 bars. What we got instead was just 6 bars, not even in a package, but in a paper bag. This actually happened the second time. This time, we had to speak about this to three Amazon agents, each time requesting an elevation. Each agent told us that we actually ordered just 6 bars. However, even if that were true, they had to charge us only $3.84 -- because on the Amazon website the advertised price per ounce is $0.32 and each bar is 2 oz., so that 6 bars would cost 6 times 2 times $0.32, which is $3.84. Eventually we seem to have gotten our $21.50 back, but it was a very unpleasant experience. Shame on amazon.com for taking part in this scam!

      Ive been providing reviews of Amazons sellers since 2000 A.D. I vigilantly went thru a list Amazon provides of my purchases I was informed that I hadnt yet been reviewed. With such pressure to keep up, I eventually provided reviews of 80% of my purchases. Occasionally, Amazon sent a request to rewrite my review I usually did. I feel Ive been loyal and responsible to Amazon. However one of their staff members decided I wasnt good enough to write reviews who deleted all of my reviews claiming there was unusual activity on my account recently. I feel this choice to delete all of my 25 years of work I was persuaded and pressured by Amazon to create was uncalled for. Amazon treated me like an unruly employee that needed to be fired.

      Disappointed, Dishonest, Dishonorable. I ordered 3 Carhartt t-shirts at a sale price of $14.99 plus tax on December 28, 2024. Today its January 31, 2025. The excuse Amazon gives for the delay of the shipment is The package is delayed due to severe weather in the delivery network. The tracking for this particular delivery is **** When I put in the tracking numbers, *** site says Currently, we are not able to provide the tracking details. We cant locate shipments if we havent received information from the shipper yet, or if the package information is older than ******************************************************* a refund, not a replacement for the lost order. The customer service representative stated that the item could not be replaced at the lower cost. I asked what the seller was and was told Amazon. I have the same t-shirts arriving today at a higher price. I know they sell them from their warehouse and they are in stock. This seems deceptive, unprofessional and unethical business practices. All I wanted was the shirts for the price agreed upon. I paid with an Amazon credit card paying interest without delivery. That in itself seems like a fraudulent practice. Why should I be charged prior to receiving, let alone the shipping of the item. I was told by customer service that I would have to take the refund because I would likely never receive the item I ordered at the price agreed upon.

      They are very corrupt. I ordered an item and one day later it went on sale i was told they do not price match. This practice seems very sketchy and completely wrong as they advertise to be customer oriented but fail at every turn.

      After shopping at amazon for a long time I have finally come to the conclusion that they are fraudsters. I paid for prime for a lot of years and NEVER received anything in two days. So recently I canceled prime. So that will save me around $15 a month. Upon further investigation today I have found out that they have somehow been logging into me and my husbands online banking 3 times a day!!!!!!!!!! How in the world do they think they have the right to get into my online banking??? So I am getting on to warn others about amazon. Knowing how popular they are and how many people shop with them. Be VERY WARY of them. I think we should all find others online retailers to shop at. Reason being because they don't have the right to infringe on my personal banking. If I could leave less than a 1 star rating I would.
