      Dear **************** Team,I am writing this email to express my frustration and disappointment with the recent delivery of my order. I received a notification that my package was delivered to my address on February 4th. However, upon checking my porch, I couldn't find the package. After contacting the local sheriff, it was confirmed that the package was in fact delivered to the wrong address and it was not stolen.I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue and have complied with all your requests. However, the sheriff informed me that it is not possible to file a report for a missing package if no crime has been committed. He suggested that I make a report stating that Amazon had stolen the package, but I was not comfortable with this option and wanted to give it a thought.This email is my last attempt to seek a resolution for this matter. It is unacceptable that I have been waiting for my order and now I have to deal with such an unpleasant situation. I demand a full refund for the two items that I have ordered, the AlphaTheta DDJ-FLX2 DJ ********** and the ******* X8 Over-Ear Headphones. I understand that it was not your intention to cause this inconvenience, but the fact that the package was delivered to the wrong address is solely Amazon's responsibility.I have been informed by the sheriff that such incidents happen quite frequently and it is considered a waste of time and resources to file a false report. Hence, it is impossible for me to provide any further documentation without your cooperation I could also make it a step further and open a civil case against amazon and the driver who deljver the in question package and anyone else involved. Therefore, I request you to process the refund at the earliest without any further ******** case you need any information or details from my end, I am more than willing to provide it. I will also cooperate with the police if they require any assistance in their investigation.

      I've been trying to get my Amazon music up and going they keep telling me they're looking into it I placed an order from cell phone chargers I placed an order yesterday that they're having a problem with their system so I asked for a refund of $9.99 I did not receive it plus they show on there and that they don't have any information about the order I've called them over the phone several times and they've gotten nowhere

      Will not unlock my account after numerous attempts at providing proof. You can't screengrab bank statements through an app, it won't let you. Try it, breach of privacy. Also bank statements will not have bank card info on it only account number. ********************** bank accounts that is, as in my case.

      Amazon prime video is horrendous, ads left and right constantly. Not even worth watching with the amount of ads which feel like they run every 5 to 10 minutes. Also every time there's an ad, the subtitles get messed up. It's crazy how it used to be ad free but now you have to pay an additional fee to be able to even watch a show.

      Almost a dozen times Amazon charged me for items I returned! I keep calling them, and the representative finds the returned item each time and gives me credit, but this is a tedious process each time, tying up my day on the phone.I am suspicious of this continuous mistake on Amazon's part. I can't help but think they do this in hopes of not being noticed and profiting from the oversight on the part of the customer.

      Lazy customer service I received a lock with no directions. I had to watch multiple ******* videos to figure out how to set the code. I gave Amazon the directions thinking they would want this information to pass on to other customers that did not receive directions. Also they kept telling me to contact seller and they wouldn't. But they had no communication with the seller and they didn't even care about the directions I was passing on. It's like they are not trying to prevent anything.

      Ordered multiple things in my everything came in a timely manner except my son's rainboots which were supposed to be delivered 3 days later. The day arrived and I received an email saying my item was undeliverable citing item had been damaged in transit. It also said to check back 2 days later for an update. I go and check thinking they would be delivering a new item, otherwise why make me wait. Instead they just issued me a refund. I called customer service to complain as the item was rainboots for my son and it was in fact raining that day, to which customer service replied, "I am very sorry that happened to you." Complete waste of time and nothing offered simply too bad, you'll get your refund. Have never received such horrible service.
