      I ran into an issue with them delivering my package, they said that it was going to be here on a certain date and didnt. Then went back and forth with them for days trying to get them to deliver it. **************** was horrible and of absolute no help.

      I have had a terrible experience with Amazon as I ordered on November 14, 2024 a Mother of the Bride Dress for a wedding event that was scheduled for December 12, 2024 which by the way did not arrived until after the event. While trying to return the dress I was asked it I wanted to order something else in its place instead of putting the money back on my credit card. The customer Service Agents who I spoke to his English wasn't that good. So I filled out the return form and was waiting on them to emailed the Return Mailing Label because the package was due February 1, 2025, as they said I would receive in 5 days. I had to call them several times for them to email the Return Label as the deadline was approaching. I finally got the Return Label along with the instructions as I quickly mailed in off on January 28, 2025 with the **************************** Priority Mail. So to my surprise the package came back to me on February 8. 2025 saying that there we no such street and was unable to forward. I immediately called **************** to let them know what had happened. I got the run around again and was finally told that my return order was no longer in their data base,I am so disgusted and angry because I believe that they deliberately sent the wrong Return Label to not return my money and did not operate in good faith to me as a customer.Submitted by *** *.

      I purchased a refurbished computer from Amazon, and I received in completely inoperable. I contacted customer service and was told BY ********************** **************** that there was no need to return the product, they would send me a replacement. Then it was requested I return it. I am unable to drive making it impossible for me to be able to return the computer. **************** again then says no worries this won't be an issue again we required the seller to schedule the computer be picked up from your address. Then again, refuses to do so. I have been lied to repeatedly and then refused a refund. Amazon has not only lied to its customer, but they have also stolen from me, taken advantage of me, and completely ignored me and refused to assist me in any way. I deserve my money back for a damaged item, and especially when I'm told by 2 of AMAZONS CUSTOMER SERVICE **** that it would NOT be an issue. To tell your customers that an item doesn't need returned or will ensure it gets picked up from my home considering my disability, and then tell them they have to after the fact is unacceptable.

      I believe Amazon is embezzling money from customers they are not specifically telling you what is going on on the receipts and what discounts are going on what products...I spoke to a customer service agent she was very rude and she logged me out of my account and she did not know what she was doing and she refused to tell me what her name was and her employee ID number so I can report her.. I feel like Amazon is taking advantage of people and stealing money from us... And the fact that is the customer service agent that I spoke to barely spoke English I couldn't understand anything she was saying and she was being very rude about it with the tone of her voice... I've been in Amazon customer for the last 10 years I've had so many problems with these people.. on a normal receipt and any store it would itemize what you get a discount on she said that I got a discount on all seven of my items and the fact that I'm getting my return back in the return wasn't the exact amount that I have paid for is ridiculous this is probably the last time I ever use Amazon to order anything from this company is a monopoly and I feel like that should be illegal... And the fact that they allow people to sell crappy items on their website that break right when you open the package should be illegal that is false advertisement... Even though there is a review on it I believe that they should not be able to sell items that are already destroyed and not well made...I really hope Amazon gets sued for embezzlement because that's pretty much what they're doing is there taking money from people and selling crappy items and when they want their money back they only get a portion of their money back.. and the receipt doesn't say anything an itemized of discounts...

      Amazon is a scam when it comes to payment. You order and your charged your order amount to process. Then your charged several different amounts and even from third party. No telling when it will charge your card. You should only pay once when you place the order and that amount. Not see several charges later from different people.

      Amazon has gotten awful with there prime delivery of 2 days. In the last 48 hours I've had 2 orders being delayed. Or if you had an order delayed they want you to check with the seller, what are we paying for. Amazon should be researching all vendors on their site. I use to rate Amazon with 9 stars now the company is only worth 3 stars. If I have to pay for this service we'll let's just say it's time to change.

      Amazon ***** for a two weeks Amazon have been giving me a run around. I bought tail lights from a third party seller I file a-z claim every day they want more information and I give them all the information I have. I tired to contact the seller for just the wires I needed but he decided to send me a replacement. So I discarded my taillights because I was getting a replacement. and now the seller is saying that he didnt want me to discard the lights. You did not read that I just needed the wire that was never sent for the light.       First off you can't understand anyone that answers the phone in customer service just because they" Speak English " doesn't mean you can understand them. Done with Amazon not only do they put misleading sizes and photos up but want you to do all the returns with your phone. Nobody is scanning anything on my phone!!! In a world scams I think not Giving one star because I have to!!!

      I ordered a MEDIUM size mystery box. I got ripped off. Tried to get help, went through it all. Left a bad review about Amazon for cheating me out of my money. They lied and did me so wrong.
