      We are so DONE with Amazon! We have been waiting for a third shipment in the last 2 days. We received one last night and another one earlier today, with the third one still to be delivered today. My husband checked his account and it said that the third was attempted twice today. The first time neither one of us was at home, but we definitely were when they SUPPOSEDLY attempted again this afternoon, at 4:57 PM, and that they would attempt again tomorrow. We had Amazon call us through the help/contact part of their site. Did anyone know that they now email you a password, a 6 digit number, that you have to tell the driver when they come to your door? Well, that would have been all well and good, and we would have figured that out if the driver actually DID come to the door, but NO ONE DID! NO KNOCK! We have a dog that definitely would have alerted us if someone was here. The agent told me that they will attempt to deliver again tomorrow. I am livid, asked for a supervisor, and told him that we would be expecting the package TONIGHT, OR ELSE!!! We figure that that wont happen, but my husband will be home tomorrow and waiting for another email (if thats the new process, but who knows?) and another attempt. They had better deliver! We are canceling our accounts after that.

      Amazon charged me $29.09 for an item listed as $19.99. Man said sometimes sellers charge more for various reasons. Very rare but it does happen. Told him illegal false advertising. Said he could not rectify the problem. Call back later Called again. Got a lady she said the invoice shows $29.09 and it was up to me to prove that the item was $19.99. They could not do anything until I showed proof. Orders are computer generated and their computer apparently malfunctioned. Told her they are using illegal pricing and deception practices and I would file a complaint. I am new Amazon customer and if this is how they treat their customers I will have to think hard about purchasing from them I checked back on line and the item is now $16.99. Extremely poor customer service.

      I have no complaints regarding shopping experience... BUT I have huge complaints with:1. Suddenly after years with them and having a basic account, in 2025 they put all of my private Whole Foods receipts on my previous orders list. Everything I bought, the date, such an invasion of privacy. I wrote Headquarters about this, and got nothing.2. I requested closing my account and data wiped on January 10, over a month ago. I have talked to **************** five times. Twice a woman hung up on me. The last time it was because I asked to speak to her boss. One guy named ***** swore on his life that on February 7 that it would be completely shut down in 44 hours. This was a lie. It is still open. Two times it was "problems with their system" excuse that someone else mentioned in their review. The lies, avoidance, disrespect and utter lack of integrity is jaw dropping.The requirement to work there seem to be: dishonesty, good at spinning lies, lack of integrity and perhaps lack of brain cells. I have the most basic account with nothing attached to it, not Prime and no outstanding orders. This should take 48 hours max.A receptionist at Headquarters suggested I write the ******************************** which I have done, and have described this in detail. I will be shocked if anything comes of this. I would not give the monopoly Amazon your business. You could not pay me to ever give them business. I have lost all respect for them. I know they will get their karma. The universe always balances it out for me.

      Repeatedly packages are delivered to wrong address and I,the paying customer is given a scripted apology. The negligence lies with the delivery person. It's not okay for me to spend my hard earned money and keep getting this kind of service.

      Going down hill fast. **************** is getting worse and they must be going broke as they can't even put items in boxes anymore. Glad i order things to be left in snow with out any bit if protection like maybe? a BOX!!! And thanks for ruining the gifts that were supposed to be a surprise to my kids.

      Not good at all!!! Amazon does not support their sellers!!! I have been trying to get a *** label and all I get is regular mail!! And it will cost $80.00 to return!!! I dont even want this thing!! I guess I can throw it in the garbage!! ****** down the drain! If sellers sell under amazon, Amazon should be liable

      Amazon withdrew $100.00 out of my Banking unauthorized 1/15/2025. Scene then I have been trying to get money back . They keep telling me they will deposit it and then do not. Even if it was purchased ,it was by mistake . All I did was look at item . They charged me a month after looking at it . even if i had item ,i could not use it. It was Gift Card for apple games and Accessories ,for witch i have no use or knowledge of using . I believe it is a scam . And i need some help getting money back .

      This is a horrible company. You ask for rush shipping for a certain day for a business they still set your time after hours. You call make them aware they say okay and still dont deliver. Then yo I call and state that you really need it and they have it on a truck but you wont try to deliver until 2 days later. Now how stupid is this I tell you its a business hours are between 7a and 5p and you still set delivery for 10pm like the dummies they are and tell me I have to wait til the next week to receive but I paid for rush shipping now but I have to wait that bad business it not like u gave this time frame before hand u gave me one date I chose that date and it was out on delivery that day but set when I would be at work to pick up for my senior residents ********* day ball. They are nonchalant when trying to tell them issue and brush you off and tell you you have to wait m not me I paid rush I want it on date given.

      I frequently order from Amazon, and over the past 6-9 months, Amazon will attempt to revert a credit or actually revert the credit saying they did not receive the return. I have documentation for each return; always returned through our local *** Store. But it takes a LONG phone call, getting passed the automated system to finally talk to a customer service *** that I cannot understand. After much discussion, they will revert the charge back to my account. I am tired of their system, and if the most recent return is charged to my credit card, I will dispute it and file a complaint.

      **************** abysmal. Received broken glass, injured by glass, amazon unresponsive, front line customer service unable to figure out how to open claim/case, process medical bills for injured person and also will not issue refund (for less than $50) because smashed glass cannot be returned.
