      I order 3 items that cost me 300 some bucks and 2 items were missing i contact Amazon about this to try get a replacement or something they tell me I need to send in a id to start a refund or replacement

      Shipping has been going downhill the last two years. Next day, two day shipping is not accurate. Not even close. I've tried the specified delivery times four times so far (4am-8am) and not once has my order arrived on time, so that feature is useless. Returning items is becoming harder to do as the FREE returns need to be returned to a *** Store which for me is an hour away. I do like the variety available and think it's a worthwhile place to shop but am increasingly becoming frustrated.

      Ive been a member for a while on Amazon and it seems lately within the past two years every time I buy something it lasts no morethan six months to a year and it breaks down. I am not buying anything from Amazon anymore. Thats electronic that has to do with batteries Anything cause none of them ever work and its not one item Im talking about. Its past the return. And now youre stuck with it.

      Amazon is not what it used to be. I placed an order totalling 47$ and paid with a 50$ gift card from a student of mine. I got the arrival date only to get to that date and my order was canceled and no signs of my gift card. I talked to 10 different associates in 1 day trying to get the matter fixed. Which in the end I just hung up because I couldn't take any more of their lying. I've never felt so violated and disappointed with this company. Total disgust!!!! 1 was forced to select a star otherwise 0 stars in my opinion.

      April 10, 2024 - preordered item, promised delivery range early 2025 December 19, 2024 - received delivery date clarification of January 17, 2025 January 17, 2025 - received notice of delayed delivery, consented to delay February 2, 2025 - received new delivery estimate of February 16, 2025 February 16, 2025 - item is now available on Amazon storefront with 1-day delivery options, preorder is still unshipped **************** extremely automated, unhelpful, and unwilling to connect to human being. Human being also unhelpful with providing information, reassurances, or resolutions.

      Im so upset. I am owed ******. They seem to think this extra charge is a pre-authorization charge but my bank is saying its a debit. They took a charge twice and Im basically having to wait almost 2 weeks to see if it processes. Literally took a payment a second time for a product that was already taken on my last day of vacation leaving me with almost nothing to get home on scrambling trying to figure out how to get food and gas money to get home and figure out how to have enough groceries for the week because Amazon took a second payment. Of course its not their fault they said its the bank and the bank said I can file a dispute but they will cancel my card and I wont be able to have access to whats left in my account but that its on Amazon end. What was supposed to be a great weekend has turned bad and I just want to make it home but they wont just give me my money back and want to place blame on the bank. Im so fed up with Amazon.

      *** why do I have to jump through a thousand pages just to try to connect with a representative. You want to submit feedback to them about how poor their service is, no you have to jump through page after page after page after page after page a thousand, million, billion times and still end up nowhere. Its stupid that there isnt a healthy competition of major storefronts to shop online.

      Amazon send emails that a prescription is no longer available and offers no way to find out what the issue is. After 10 minutes trying to find the info on my account or with the chat bot, I finally got a human who said it was discontinued by doctor and refused further info.I know that my doctor did not discontinue this medication. And I later confirmed with them. For a person without the mental capacity to recognize an ERROR, this would have the potential for severe harm to patient including and up to death.

      I ordered a Valentines Day gift via a Get it today listing. I watched the tracking all day since it was a tv to assure it did not get stolen. It went from shipped to out for delivery. Then sequentially updates as to number of stops, finally it stated that it was the next stop on the divers route. The screen showed him in my neighborhood. An update came through on tracking map, it stated that location of driver is temporarily off line, then I got a message from the driver Hi, I'll be arriving with your delivery soon. Please secure pets if you have them and turn on a light if it's dark. Thanks! I turned the light on. The new delivery time updated to, it will be there between 8:45-9PM, I waited until 9, then it updated that it update still there by 10 I waited fighting sleep, clock stuck 10PM and suddenly a message stated, Sorry your package is late, will be there by 10 PM the next day, today. Its one thing for a package to be late, its understandable, but to mislead and essentially lie to your customers for any reason is just unethical. Not to mention the situation selling something with a label get it today ordering a special gift for someone and having to show empty handed. No explanation given, apologies are useless when this all happens. I noticed also a not stating a delivery was attempted, it was absolutely not attempted, I was at the door and have ring cameras all around my house. Another thing that is simply not true.

      Amazon lies and offers overnight and it not overnight and the employees keep telling me to shut up and it'll get here when it gets here. And Amazon guaranteed it wouldn't happen again and I had a recent issue with them in October and they guaranteed it wouldn't happen again.
