      What is going on with Amazon? I was expecting an over night shipment that was supposed to come between 7A.M.-11:00 A.M.. It went past the 11:00 A.M. time frame so I looked in my account to see where my packages were? It stated my packages were lost and I could request a refund. Packages lost? I think they are lying. Also about 3 weeks ago I was supposed to get my packages by a certain date and they were never delivered. This time Amazon stated it was the bad weather in my area that was causing the delay. The weather was just fine an in matter of fact an amazon truck did come into my neighborhood the day my package was to be delivered. Also everytime I order from amazon either *** or **** delivers my packages. The company was great when I first started with them, but now they have been terrible and dishonest in my opinion. Iam weighing in on cancelling amazon all together.

      Order by ****** ******* All Amazon knows how to do is take your money. They don't take accountability for their mistakes. And I want to put on blast the EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by these Supervisors - ******, ******** and ****. ******** and **** both hung up on me on separate calls - all they kept saying was there was nothing that they could do. I placed a large order for $76 and my form of payment was a **** giftcard. The order went through. After a few days, I learned that the order went to a Saved Form of payment on my account which was an actual credit card (not the giftcard that I used). This was my mom's credit card. No one contacted me about this change. This was my mom's credit card. When I called in initially and spoke to ******, she stated that she could not fix it by putting the order charge back onto my **** giftcard. But she did say that Amazon.com would issue a refund credit for the order without me returning any items. All 3 of the Supervisors could find no record of Amazon.com notifying me when they decided to charge another form of payment. They did say it should have been done. I expected the refund credit that ****** spoke about in a timely manner. After 10 days with no refund on my mom's credit card I called again and spoke to both ******** and **** (separate calls). They both hung up on me when all I was trying to do was have Amazon.com follow through on the refund credit or change the Form of payment. They were no help at all and frankly just rude. ****** did not follow through with the credit and ******** and **** did nothing but say "Return the items for a refund". For some items I did not have the packaging anymore to return the items (I was expecting a refund credit as ****** was handling). ******** and **** had no response to me saying I was missing packaging after all this time. Everyone out there, stop using Amazon.com and buy elsewhere. This is a terrible company to use. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

      FRAUD!! Found an unauthorized Amazon Prime charge for $15.89 on my bank account. When I called the **** it asked if my call was related to the last item I looked at, lol. Nothing was purchased, only browsing! The *** advised membership was activated 1/26/25 but when looking on Amazons site, no record of Prime membership. I was quickly given a refund. I dont have my card information on file and did not sign up for Amazon Prime. Amazon is getting shadier by the minute. Beware and pay attention to your bank account.

      I purchased items using Amazon credit card for a non profit organization. Do to unforeseen consequences I needed to return some of the items. The return was made requesting the refund go back to the original payment method. Amazon accepted the return but the refund was made as a credit in an Amazon gift card not to the original method of payment and they will not move that credit to the original payment form.I suggest that any consumer not use an Amazon credit card and be very careful due to their business practices, which is not acceptable!

      Ordered headset for work 2/11/2025 - shipping went from 2/13 to 2/17 after I paid!!! Prime member, prime Items - contacted **************** ***** that same day who gets me to not cancel the order by offering a refund and I can keep products when i get them - she put a note on the order- then today when I contacted amazon for that "Offer" I am told they cant do it - So I had issues working for 4 days and they don't care ---- customer service doesn't matter to them, I was also told I can return the items for a refund - the kicker is they said that they "didn't ship it until the 15th so that means it is 2 days shipping was honored" well why the heck didn't they send it until 2/15???? What took 4 days to box and label? ***** from Leadership team today pretty much said we cant do that , we honored 2 days shipping and if you want the money back return the items.....

      I think they allow too many bogus sellers, they ship their call center jobs overseas. You can never get someone that understands English. If you are within ** you should only talk to US representative. The call centers are NOT friendly, they are NOT accommodating to the customers. ********************** does not stand by their products

      They are constantly losing my packages and then the customer service **** leave the chat when I'm simply trying to get information. They keep saying that this won't happen next time but I'm still constantly having "lost" packages or delivery delays but then they don't get delivered. This company needs to go out of business

      This is the worse company I've ever dealt with! Every order it is always delayed over and over again! Or the product is damaged and they just say sorry! Sometimes I don't even receive what I order! The drivers are always stoned and flying through the neighborhood running stop signs! And sometimes the side door to there van is open while they're driving fast! And half of the stuff they sell is cheap garbage from *****, fake discripritions! I've even got used stuff delivered! ! This is one shady business that needs to be shut down and closed!

      **************** has gone downhill fast if its not amazon **************** a personal vehicle, we never get the package or its late by days and package looks like been through war. Personally I will start recommending order straight from the company or brand and forget amazon and there i dont care about you ways, remember its your money they want, should care more about how they obtain it. Be safe out there
