      Amazon is now doing their own delivery and not using reputable shipping companies like *** or *****, instead I now have strange people showing up at my home in unmarked private cars, showing NO identification as to who they are. This is a serious security risk jot only to me hut to that person as well. I am sure Amazon is wealty enough that they could invest in a fleet of delivery vehicles as well as uniforms for their drivers to ensure their safety. Their drivers should have a standard of dress as well, not looking like the shady character that came to my door the other day while I was home alone. Shame on amazon, they put greed above the safety and well being of their employees, as well as their customers.

      I called Amazon Pharmacy and they’re charging me for medicine $1.60 and I got an award letter from Social Security I’m not supposed to have any prescription related co-pays customer service is rude and won’t help me Won’t help me solve my billing issue

      BUYER Beware. Our daughter ordered a desk via Amazon, unbeknown to us. It cost nearly $300. It doesn't fit and isn't needed. Tried through Amazon to return it. For SOME reason nobody can explain, it is not showing up in our account under "purchases." Calling Amazon on four different occasions gave us people in ***** to deal with, all telling us something different! One person said they can't help us w/out a purchase # and ended the call. Another put us on hold indefinitely, then disconnected us. Another finally sent a mailing label for us....but nobody will take it to ship it as it is too big and heavy - AND - the label they sent us goes to a warehouse in **, so the post office says they cannot take it. PLUS, they wanted to charge us $465 shipping!! It has been a nightmare to say the least. We finally reached a *** in ******* who claims they will have a driver next week pick it up at no cost to us. We'll see! Consider this a warning!!!!!! Amazon should use ***resentatives that are local and that are all on the same page and that can actually HELP.

      I returned 2 items to amazon and amazon said they received different items and now I have to jump through hoops to get my refund, I sent the correct items. I would be very cautious to shop with amazon, they saying it's going to take 30 days then they said its going to take another 30 days and this is the second time so it's now going to take 2 month I wouldn't shop at amazon, if you do beware, they are giving me major issues for my refund.

      On September 18 I received an item that ordered thru amazon, the order the item was a (SPR) self piercing rivet gun along with the order I ordered the self piercing rivets to use with the rivet gun. Upon receiving the box I proceeded to open it and to my surprise I noticed right away that the gun showed to be dirty and with los of pry marks, gouges and scratching marks ,even the instruction manual was greasy and with fingerprints. The die set was incomplete and one of them cracked! I send a message to the seller and he responded sometimes people order the product and use them and return them this rivet gun was supposed to be brand new! I paid $5,699.00 for it. The rivets were around $200. Wit tax and all shipping included it was almost $7.000.00 seven thousand dollars! the company name is innovative tools and supplies, when I get the Qr (return label) it shows a name where to return it, please note this package was sent to a person not a company! with a residential address rd please take note that also sent evidence of the rivets badly packaged and incomplete. All pictures were sent numerous times to Amazon along with the tracking number of items returned total weight of package 28+ pounds rivets dont even weight a pound. The tracking number was provided and it shows delivered. The company innovative tools and supplies just reimbursed me for the rivets and denied receiving the rivet gun, so out of the almost $7,000 I just received a $200 refund! I called Amazon right away and they contacted the third party seller and he started saying that the return had discrepancies I waited a couple of days and called amazon again and the seller began to call me names in one occasion referred to me as Home slice called a thief and a scammer! I run a small bodyshop in ***** ******** and I have 5 star reviews, I dont steal anything from anyone! Ive called Amazon since September up to this date and no help!

      Amazon is no longer an ***************** You can no longer speak to an American customer service representative that can help with issues in *******. And there is no American phone number for customer service. Everything has been sent to *****. I have Amazon prime membership, which I have paid for for years, and it does me NO good. I have order items that are to be shipped via Amazon and am told it will be delivered the next day. I never receive next day service. The main Amazon wearhouse is less than 5 minutes away from my house. I ordered a product yesterday that was to be delivered next day (Wednesday). I watched the tracker all day today and never received my package. The item was put in the truck Tuesday night and was out for delivery at 11:00 am Wednesday. Amazon was to deliver by 4:00 pm today(Wednesday). I have waited all day and at 12:22am Thursday morning it still has not been delivered. BUYER BEWARE - never sign up for prime because it does you no good. Also, remember you will never speak to an American customer service representative. My experience with the Amazon customer service people ( only in *****) is that these people in their call center do not understand English. Save your self time and money and headache and buy from some one else. I dont need the package now since it was not delivered but Amazon will not refund my money. ******** customer service!!!! I will be cancelling my prime membership.

      The ***** AI is not something we can disable. Even though I am told it is in beta. This should be illegal. I demand an option to disable.

      I ordered a package at the beginning of February and it was sent back saying customer refused delivery which was a lie. I reordered and they still can't deliver on time. The lack of ability to deliver on time is getting worse. Can't deliver something on time when you ship it the day it's supposed to be delivered.

      Paid for merchandise that never got delivered. Ordered January 19, shipped the 20th. **** never received the package but Amazon gave me 3 separate delivery dates, the 22, 25, and the 28th. Did 2 **** inquires and **** said it was never scanned and was missing. Called Amazon and requested a refund and was told I would receive my refund in 5 to 7 business days. It's gone past that time and still no refund. Extremely poor customer service. Will never use ********************** again!

      ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! Returned an item on January 4, 2025. They confirmed they have received the item on January 9, 2025 but my funds as of February 19, 2025 have not been refunded. Each call they claim that that it takes 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned....we are on our way to 2 months. Each time I call they state a certain verification of account needs to take place. This is crazy!
