I purchased an adjustable desk from Amazon, and while the desk itself works fine, the power adapter it came with is defectiveit emits a constant noise that makes it difficult to use. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, Amazon has refused to replace the adapter, issue a partial refund for the defective part, or allow me to use my $20 promotional credit on a compatible replacement.Returning the entire desk is unreasonable. *** did not follow my delivery instructions, so I had to carry the heavy desk up 19 steps alone. Now Amazon expects me to disassemble it, repackage it, and return it, all because they wont issue a refund or send a replacement adapter. The $20 credit is useless because Amazon does not sell the adapter I need. *** requested a partial refund for the adapter, a replacement, or the ability to use my credit on a third-party seller, but Amazon refuses.Amazon has been accused of manipulative business practices by the ***, and this is another example of poor customer service. I want a reasonable resolution without returning the entire desk.Review fromJennifer W

I spent ***** with amazon and when three separate orders never showed I called, and I jumped through their hoops when I was told aa case number was not good enough, they needed a copy of the police report when I asked them where in their policy did it state that they said they don't release all their policy for everyone to see I said that was against the ****** I was told they don't have to follow those laws. Took me two weeks to get my refund and I still only got a partial refund. The big machines such as laser printer and 3D printer were faulty and this was known to them, yet they sold anyway and when told send back i can have a full refund I am told when they got the printer back, I had to wait 30 days or longer to get either a full or partial refund. They made mistakes and cover them up with lies and excuses then when you try to talk to a supervisor your told no., they spout the policy this and that yet don't follow the real policy. I kept screenshots of everything.Review fromBear G

I placed an order for server items including a heated blanket that was supposed to be full size and a set of sheets The order was supposed to arrive by the 20th of February. On the 18th of February it started showing that part of my order would not arrive till the 21st of February I reached out to Amazon via chat and asked why my order was running late. Instead of receiving an answer I was told that they could reschedule it so that it would arrive on time and they would credit me $12.39 for it running late. I never received the the credit and part of the order arrived The heated blanket was not the correct size so I did a return and since I wanted one the correct size instead of waiting 3 to 5 days for the money to go back onto my credit card I have them put the money on an Amazon card. The sheets never arrived I reached out to Amazon about not receiving the credit and the sheets not coming yet and was told I would not get a $12.39 credit because I had one of two options they could release the hold on the order that was in transit and get it delivered by the end of the day on the 21st or I could get the $12.39 credit so why would I want the $12.39 credit when that's not the amount I paid for the sheets The sheets never arrived on Sunday the 23rd of February I reached out again to Amazon and told them I wanted the sheets canceled and the new heated blanket canceled because I was tired of the lies I don't want to deal with Amazon anymore and then I want the money put back on my credit card I was told that would happen and they would cancel those The sheets got canceled The heated blanket did not get canceled I was then told it couldn't be canceled because it was in transit even though the sheets were canceled during transit then A lead told me that what they could do is they could credit me back for the blanket once it arrived. they would not credit my credit card they would only put on a gift card. Lied to repeatedly. Have the chats shaved as proofReview fromKENNETH B

I bought a renewed premium iPhone 14 . it worked fine for 2 days, then as I'm driving home from work it just stopped working and said I needed to contact my service provider because my service has been blocked. I call **** and come to find out Amazon sold me a STOLEN/LOCKED phone! And now because of it my phone number is now suspended. I am an auto buyer, my phone is my livelihood. And to top it off they were so cold and incapable of giving sufficient service! I have to return it to a Whole Foods now and I must pray for an actual refund. This is NOT right that this huge company is able to literally do whatever they want to people with no consequences! I am out of a phone, phone number and $500 and Amazon wants to act like I was inconveniencing them by requesting justification. Please lets stop giving Amazon and all these huge corporations our business!!!!!Review fromCalvin a

Amazon service has really gone downhill. They seem to be using more third party companies to deliver i.e. **** and ***. *** had two pkgs delivered recently and tracking says its been delivered to my city yet it takes another week to get to my house. When i FINALLY find a way to talk with someone they tell me its in transit so this last one started in ** and yes there was bad weather. It left ******** and arrived ti my location on 2/20/2025 and they say it will be delivered on 2/26 and wont let me pick it up. Both *** and Amazon seem to just be reading a reply from their teleprompters. Im beginning to order directly from the company even though it costs me shipping. Amazing is not worth the headaches its been causing as late. Even with Prime the packages are later than they say. If they cant do it they shouldnt promise to do it. Its misleading and quite frankly has become a sham.Review fromHannah R

Title: Ongoing Delivery ****************************** Experience I have been a loyal Amazon Prime member for nearly a decade, consistently leaving product reviews and actively participating in the Amazon Influencer Program. However, my recent experiences with Amazons delivery service have been incredibly frustrating.Multiple times now, packages worth over $100 have been lost, misplaced, or stolendespite my account having clear and specific delivery instructions. Its extremely disappointing to repeatedly see a package marked as delivered when it is nowhere to be ******** make matters worse, my most recent interaction with customer service left me feeling unheard and dismissed. After escalating my issue, I was connected with ****** *., a customer service supervisor specializing in product returns and delivery instructions. Unfortunately, he was extremely rude and unhelpfulhe was short with his answers, repeatedly talked over me, and cut me off mid-sentence. Before ensuring all my concerns were addressed, he hung up on me.This is not the level of service I expect from Amazon. I have been a dedicated customer for years, and these repeated delivery failurescombined with poor customer supportare making me question whether my Prime membership is worth keeping. I sincerely hope Amazon takes this issue seriously and works to improve both delivery reliability and customer service interactions.Review fromJerry H

I am very concerned with Amazon's declining customer service... The percentage of ********************** not delivering items the date promised at time of purchase is growing at a disturbing rate. There should be some type of consequence levied against Amazon when they miss their promised delivery date! I could absolutely understand if it was an infrequent occurance, but I have been experiencing about a 30% miss rate and growing!
