Amazon only allows reviews that speak half truth. Oh and dont say anything about Amazon its self they will never post it. Almost all products have fake reviews. Oh and they also dont help with any issues that are bought through a seller posting on Amazon. Funny that they would allow Mickey ***** companies be part of their business. I already stopped using their cc cause of issues with them. I do very little shopping with them any more. They got big and forgot what customer service is all about. You should be ashamed of yourself Amazon.

******* 32-inch Class V35 Series LED **************** with Voice Remote with ***** (32V35KC)Trying to charge for a return.I return it unopened to the *** store which says free returns and now they are charging me $20.74 for the return shipping charge. That will not happen because I have messages with the seller telling me there is no charge. I also made a claim with Amazon also. I feel that the seller which is "Best buy". Is miss leading customer. I canceled it right after ordering and it was cancelled. So when I received it I printed out the return label and ********* and dropped it at the *********. On the amazing site it says 'm"FREE RETURNS"

Ive been an Amazon customer for years, but its become increasingly clear that this company values profits over human lives. From the way they treat warehouse workers to their lack of accountability in ethical sourcing and environmental impact, its disappointing to see such a massive corporation prioritize revenue at any cost.Despite their public statements about caring for employees and communities, the reality tells a different storyunsafe working conditions, pressure to meet unrealistic quotas, and a refusal to take meaningful action when it comes to worker safety and fair wages. Its hard to continue supporting a company that refuses to put people before profit.I hope Amazon takes real steps toward ethical business practices instead of just offering PR-friendly soundbites. Until then, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Amazon is deserving of a - 100. Once long ago when Amazon only sold books and throughout the early 2000s, Amazon had the best customer service EVER and now it has some of the worst. I feel as if I am going through a divorce with Amazon after a nearly 30 year relationship in which I have given Amazon tens of thousands of dollars. But the honeymoon is long over. Amazon via shipping leaky mouthwash destroyed my ottoman/storage bench. Now they have me submitting claim after claim, getting estimates, and jumping through hoop after hoop to get a replacement for a piece of furniture they destroyed. This has gone on nearly two months and I figure enough is enough.I am a customer that buys from ********************** several times a week over a nearly 30 year period. Imagine how much money I have poured into this company. Now they have relocated customer service to various call centers in *****, everything is so difficult. Amazon is no longer worth it.I am weaning myself off and going to give my business to someone that appreciates it.

Amazon refused to do anything about packages I adamantly expressed to them I did not have until 48 hours later. They would not say what the driver did with the order, and refused to do anything about it. I had to call customer to tell them that the order was never delivered and that I need a replacement for both items.

I renewed $120 for a year of Amazon Prime. When I closed my Amazon account I was told that after 7 days, I would be reimbursed for the 10mos I didn't use it. When I wasn't reimbursed I called back 10 days later. They then said because my account was closed they can not reimburse me and that there would be no way to get my money back. They just took my money. Amazon is to big to have a reason to care.

I recently purchased a tablet on Amazon using a gift card. Amazon took so long to deliver the tablet I cancelled the order. It has been two weeks and I have been getting the run around from foreign representatives in other countries. Amazon has refused to return the gift card back to my account. unless they receive my personal Identification which I attempted to send numerous times using the link that was sent to my email. I was told that they will keep my funds until their system is able to process my ID.

I'am buying less and less from Amazon, many of the items are now poor quality(ie, ordered bed sheets, they ripped at fitted corners when putting on bed 1st time), I have no beef with Amazon itself, but unhappy with quality of items they sell on website.

Amazon is basically stealing my product. They let me send and sell a small amount of the product. I sold out with no interference from them. Then when I send a large amount they take the product let me sell a couple and then flag it. They wont let me sell it anymore (even though Tens of Thousands of them are sold on Amazon every day) and want to charge me Triple what it cost me to send it, get it back. So I either lose my product or lose my money. They should not have let me sell out the first time and then accept my second shipment to them.
